GotRentalCars.com review: Current car rental - [protected] - thomas carr

I am currently touring New England USA after booking my rental car through gotrentalcars ([protected]) which I collected from Dollar at Boston Logon Airport on Wednesday 30 August and have the vehicle until 16 September.

The vehicle is a Hyundai Kona ( 34DECR).

Since day one the remote key locking system has been intermittent and I am having extreme difficulty opening and locking the vehicle. Also I keep receiving an error message on the dash informing me that the vehicle is not in the vehicle, when it is as I am driving the car! In addition I have to physically hold the key to the start button to start the vehicle, therefore either the vehicle system or the key is at fault. This is causing me stress and anxiety during my holiday as I am uncertain if the car will open, start or lock !

Today I telephoned your office and spoke with Louis (employee ID 420) who I believe was in Florida he informed me to contact Dollar Breakdown and provided contact details.

I have phoned them on three (3) seperate occasions today and was informed I was in a queue for 30 minutes before the call dropped out.

I am now at my wits end to resolve this issue which is now URGENT

I am currently in Williamstown Massachusetts until tomorrow when we will be moving onto (if I can get into the car and it starts and operates) Putney Vermont
