Today morning I did booked grab from my house to malacca sentral. I did get a driver with car registration number JLV7648. Driver did pick up me at my house, unfortunately inside his car, grab driver asking me to cancelled my booking to avoid comission deduct through his grab acc. My concern here I as a grab passenger should get my point once I take a grab. However your driver force me to cancell my booking, so I need to refund back my point due to I alread paid RM 27 to your driver. Do monitor this driver to avoid this thing happened again to other customer. Tq
driver did not pick me up but has still completed his ride using my account
I would like to report a grab driver by the name, John Cordovez Pelegrino with plate number AAZ 1170, Mitsubishi Mirage White of which confirmed/accepted his ride with me even though I did not ride with him tonight. It just happened, tonight between 9:20-9:40pm, 3 May 2018. I would like to file a complaint against this driver for his unprofessionalism and irresponsible. Confirmed my ride from destination, SM Megamall Supermarket opposite BSA Twim towers Hotel to Balingasa High School. After ride accepted, it says on the app that he was 6 minutes meaning he was just nearby Megamall where in he's supposed to pick me up. As far as I am concerned, drivers could only wait up to more or less 3 minutes, 3 mins had passrd the driver's app became static meaning i could no longet trace where he was so i tried to call him. To my surprised his phone was off, are you drivers supposed to turn off their phones during confirmed booking? i texted him asking him until when i could wait but no response from him you could verify or track it. What irked me the most was he had completed his ride even though i didnt ride with him and my reward points were used up and put to waste and used by another person. Please do something about it and make appropriate discplinary action with the driver. I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon and feedback regarding my complaint. a grab car driver asked me to cancel my bookings
I will attach screenshots of the drivers info and our conversation. Is it really allowed for Grab drivers to ask their passengers to cancel the booking because they cannot pick us up? He should've not accepted the booking in the first place. This was not the first time that I encountered the same issue, can Grab operators do something about this please?

Even if the driver calls the cs hotline over some issues, you will get stupid answers like
"you did not get passenger at Kulim because you registered Penang account. You need to register Kedah account. "
Whereas the fact is that the Grab Driver app only could receive Kulim area passenger if you register Penang account.

I would like to highlight that Hrab is really practicing grabbing from passengers I am a gold to latinum regular but since they announce the monopoly of buying Uber Grab has first increase prices prior to the announcement by a dollar, and since reduce promo from5 to3 from 7 days a week to4 days cashing in on weekends now even worse I have not had a promo code for 3 weeks Just want to ask Grab is this how u reward your supporter who is you Gold to platinum if so u will get the same rude awakening as taxis an Ubet
worst service provided by grab driver
On 28/04/2018, I met the worst service of grab driver in Kangar, Perlis. I had been scolded and shouted by the grab driver. The grab driver keep scolding us since we just got in his car. After that, he asked us to get out from his car and wanted us to cancel the booking to keep his record. The driver scolded us with very rude words. After we drop his car, he turned down his car's window and kept scolding us with rude words. His car is Perodua Alza (white) with no plate WVH 5392. Grab always wants to provide the best service but how come Grab had hired this kind of driver as the Grab driver. I am very suspended and disappointed about this.

Upon alighting, my mom. a sr. citizen who was w/me realized she forgot her stuff from the baggage area of the mall.Tried to ask the driver if he could pull over and wait a little.after dropping off my mom, in stead of pulling over, he sped far far away before he stopped.When I had to get my mom, I had to walk very far away and he kept sending me rude messages "that i was wasting his time" "that i was a bugging him already".The driver was very rude & inconsiderate.

This driver would not even want to keep his air freshener for a while despite saying I get nauseous with it, says I should be wearing a facemask. Wtf?!
And when we arrived near my location, he doesn't want to go inside the street, baka daw magasgasan kotse nya when clearly you can see the street is wide enough para dumaan yung kotse.
I booked Grab for MY convenience and safety, not for the car's security.
This driver shows no concern for his passenger, only thinks what's convenient for him. Very bad service experience so far with Grab, so disappointing.

Pertaining to this incident my driver was extremely rude and told me to alight half way as he say I didn't select the grab credit button but it's my first time using the grab credit and he shouted at me and told me they can only accept cash need be raise the voice at me I m extremely shocked by his bad attitude and rude.i told him I wanted to go to nearest ATM to withdraw cash but he ignore me and drive me to, hougang . pri school which is far from my destination and lie it was nearer I knew it as I ask the other driver for comfort. And it's a rainy day and he anyhow drop me off it's so bad and terrible. Also his pickup location wasn't right and he anyhow make me walk to his pickup and I had to confirmed twice coz he look so unprofessional and casual unlike a grab driver plus a black unfriendly face without a smile. The customer service staff Rebecca did not handle this case propely as she was very unsympathetic and defensive and instead of making me feel better she reply me I had to choose cash but as I mentioned it's my first time and I could pay cash but the driver was extremely rude and arrogant and just drop me off somewhere. also this staff Rebecca is very defensive and only hear the side of driver story and never give me a satisfy reply and still tell me to confirm properly the driver but this I already know as I got his plate number but I had to confirm twice as the driver jia yuan soh look unfriendly no smile and unprofessional dressed. first of all i am not complaining because i just want an exposure to everyone, i was complaining cause this grab driver scared me and my friend. i booked a grab and he park his car at the road side we didn't not expect that he was stock there and cause traffic. so a few minutes later we arrived and go in his car. and while we in our way to departure location he started to shout at us and talk a lot. then he threatened if we want we can cut our trip and leave us on the dark road. this made me mad and answer him back..

driver asked for extra money
This driver asked me to pay extra because he is stuck in the jam, saying its not worth to come and pick me up since the fare is just RM5. Thus asking me to cancel if i dont want to pay extra. And i told him i am willing to wait for him although i have an urgent appointment for work. This driver was so rude when he was tesxting me in the grab app. Is this how grab suppose to treat passengers?

Once this grab driver reach my workplace & inform that me & my colleuge shirt dirty and can't take us although my shirt was cleaning everyday... I am complaining about a grab driver here in Clark. This said driver was very rude. He cancelled my booking. He asked me to walk straight to the highway to wait for him and I refused to do so. The reason why I refused was because I have a lot of things with me and it was very hot. This driver then ended the call being so rude that I haven't finished what I was saying then he immediately cancelled the call.

On 19 april at 1759hours, I booked a grabcar and was immediately accepted by said driver for mytrip from ramada singapore at zhongshan park to 205 pasir ris street 21. Almost immediately, I received a text from the driver that he has arrived. I immediately proceeded to the pick up area ate driveway from my office. When I arrived at the driveway, I saw the said car and waved at the driver and approached it. To my surprise, the driver just drove on towards the exit, I managed to tap on the car for him to stop, but he just drove on. Shortly I received a message saying that the booking was cancelled due to car being defective. This is not the first time ihave received this message from grab, the first time I did not complain, but this time round, I know it is utter "[censor]" about car being defective, its is obvious the driver was choosing his passenger and destination (not surprise if he was a taxi driver previously". If you check my records, you will see that I am a pretty frequent customer of grab and I do not expect such service standard by your driver.

I requested for a trip multiple times for an hour. Then luckyly i had 2 driver who accepted my request. But eventually they both requested for me to cancel trip because my location was too far and traffic! I even saw how your rates shoot up because of high demands? There is high demands because they wont even accept request. Why are you allowing your drivers to cherry pick customers? Are you really in public service? This is so fraustrating!

I took grabcar to and fro on 12 April from my home in University Towers Condo to Klinik Raykat but till today no receipts issued to me on my email as previously done.
I have been customer of grabcar for the past 5 years and they always send the receipt to my email address at [protected]@hotmail.com.
SInce Uber joined I have not received any receipts.
Can you please issue these receipts as I need them to make claims.
