Grab slj 5431l bad service

I always use Grab as I feeling satisfied with their kind service. But today I just feel disappointed with the driver. Was booking it at blk 62 circuit road, I walk to the outside road to ensure the driver is more easier to spot me. But then I wait about 5 mind, the driver was calling me and ask where am I, I told him that my location is in front of MRT station there, I scared he didn't get what I mean so I message to him again to make sure he get it. After 3min again, he calling me again and even ask me " Hello, you come and find me or you want me to go and find you *he seems like pissed that I entered wrong street, but I swear I didn't entered the wrong place.

I was like... what the hell...If I know you have this kind of temper I would not take your grab.

Grab driver

Hi,

I just sat in a car driven by a Grab Car driver, who was driving slightly recklessly and looking at his phone on his car seat while driving. I was really worried we would get into an accident.

His name is Zainal Bin Abdullah, and his car number is SGV5297D. Please tell him to put his handphone on the handphone cradle.

Grab driver

The grab taxi driver of Toyota Vios AAO 7110 B.E.
LA ROSA w/ Grab sticker on his vehicle & wearing a Grab shirt came one morning and parked in front of our business establishment in our open operation hours. Without asking for permission, he freely cleans/dusted his car. Given enough time, he was told that there is a "No Parking sign" & a Brgy Ordinance of One-Sided Parking in our street along the side of our place. Instead of asking for permission or apology, he ignores it and said he will do whatever he likes to do. He even threatens us that he knows where he can get us. We have CCTV recorded it.

Grab your software on bookings

I always use Grab services, however, everytime I make a booking the address i am typing is not accepted or could not be found. I have to encode the nearest place to where i am. It has been such ever since, until last wednesday, your driver is pissed that i entered the wrong street. Please do something about this before i file my complaint with the LTFRB. Can you, as a public conveyance do this to us? It i not our fault that your computer system was designed to be such-inaccurate! so why get angry at me? We are in mourning and i still get to be reprimanded by your driver.

Grab disappointed

I always use grab taxi or grab car.
But some times there are bad drivers and when the app ask me how many stars, if I add 2 or 3 stars, app will ask me the reasons.
I always write reasons for their future.

Yesterday it was a worst experience I've never had before.

One of the street was closed because of festival.
When I book the taxi, I texted them the street is closed so you have to take this way and get here.
But drivers canceled or ask me to cancel and its more than 5 drivers!
Usually when I canceled they ask me the reasons.
So I send reason to grab.
After that, I can not get ANY of taxi from grab app.
I called to customer service but they don't say anything just said "our officers will call you and tell you the reason "
I still waiting the call.
But people are saying "if you cancel a lot they will block you" is true.
VERY disappointed!

Grab cancellation of my booking without any reason

On the 9th of Feb 2017, 1926hrs, with booking id- IOS23930046-2-037, driver from grabber accepted my booking and stated he is reaching at Raffles City Tower ( Near taxi stand ) My apps stated that the he is reaching. But for 7mins I did not see any of car waiting at the taxi stand. Suddenly, when I want to check the apps to see his whereabouts, suddenly the driver by the name of Koh ki Siah cancel my booking. It was really peak hour. And the most unprofessional thatMr Koh kin siah cancels my booking without any good reason.

So I booked anothere grabcar with booking Id IOS23930046-2-038, the driver name was Mohammed Noor Bin. He was very responsible coz he told me to cancel the booking as he was stucked badly and cant make it on time. This is supposed to be followed by others. Its not very difficult to do that coz by doing this it shows the driver is very responsible

Grab night shift promo

I booked a grab car from wacat to san pedro and I put the nightshift promo code. The fare is 571 pesos. So if it is less 50%, it is 258.50 pesos only. The driver insists to pay the full amount of the fare. It also shows in his phone that 571 is the fare without any code. How's this? The driver's name is caster dela cruz rico. Nr 3084. Mitsubishi adventure (Silver)

Grab I forgot my phone on his car

I booked a grab 6:15 in the evening from Wingstop promenade greenhills to Bagumbayan Quezon City. When we arrived at our destination, I got my 3yr old niece at the back seat and I forgot that I left my phone their. I can't remember his plate # but its a gray toyota vios. When we call my phone, its ringing 4 times. After 10mins we call it again but its out of coverage area. Hope you can help me with my concern. Thank you.

Grab service of the driver

I'm running late for work hence I called for grab taxi to Send me to work, I opt for cash as I have $50 notes where is more than enough for the trip, after driving a while the driver told me he does not have small change with him, hence I offer nets payment instead, but he say I cannot pay by nets as I opt for cash ! He then offer me to send me to petrol station to change to small notes where I'm running late for work ! Shouldn't he be responsible for this for causing all these to happen? This is a very bad trip I had with grab ! Hope u you all look into it !

Grab grabcar driver physically assaulted me

ON 27th Jan, around 4.49 pm, I booked a grab car economy through the app, from Q sentral, Jalan stesen sentral 2 to Lucky Garden Bangsar, A driver named Elvinorahmi Bin Masnel h/p [protected]/[protected] was assigned to pick me u . His car no. WB 7954W- Perodua Axia. He called me around 4.55 om and said he is 5 min away from the pick/drop zone of the building and asked me walk towards the pick up point .

Then around 5pm he called again and I said I am walking down and will be there in 1 min . He started shouting saying he is already there and then hung up. When I reached the pick up zone, I didnot see his car, so I called on his number to check. While it was still ringing, I saw his car entering the pick up zone . I got into the car, and I said, You were not even here, why were you shouting ? To that he said angrily, I was here ! I told him " I just saw you entering, why are you lying ?" To that he started souting and said, dont make me angry I will throw you out of the car ! I said you cannot talk to me like that, I will call the police ! I took out the phone to look for the number, he hit me on my hand and the phone fell in the car . I picked the phone up and wanted to turn on the video to record . He started abusing in Malay, and said get down of my car, or I will throw you out ! I said, you cannt do this, You have to drop me and then I wil complain to Grab ! To my surprise, he suddenly came out of the driver's seat, opened the back seat ( left where I was sitting ) pulled my hand and pushed me on the sidewalk, threw my phone and the front screen broke ! He then picked up my laptop bag from the car seat and banged it on the ground .

I somehow managed to capture some part of it in the video but without his face . Everything happened so quickly that I was totally not prepared. I have reported to the police and police will take action, and I will ensure that he is punished .
I want you to take action immediately . We come here to work and not get assaulted by cab drivers !

Grab charging high on name of demand (grab share)

Guys please do not book cab using grab-share in future before checking the estimated price. T

Oday I shared the taxi with one more passenger and grab share charged be 19$ which is 150% higher then my daily commute charges & wasted my actual office transport time as well.

As regular passenger who is approaching to the office on time sometime possible to miss to check the journey cost before book the grab. Now days grab started charging cancellation as well so you can't cancel the grab request as well.

So in short its good time to move on to another system which will be fair to passenger like "comfortdelgro "...

Grab payment not received

On December 25, I have booked Grab Car trip in Hanoi. Right after I hit to Book button, Grab has deducted from my credit card an amount of 106.000 VND (the estimated amount of the trip). But unfortunately, after several tries, there are no car arrived and Grab did not refunded that amount to my account. I have filed a complaint ticket No [protected] about this issue but no response since. I have also checked with call center and was explained that amount has not been actually deducted from my account. But actually is was and if Grab do not charge me for that, there should be a refund statement.

Please kindly recheck the issue and answer me officially on this matter. Anyway, I am disappointment with the Grab system (deduct right after booking) and will consider to remove the app from my phone.

The driver that day so rude with me...so angry on him...but the main was complain on me...ok the grab car driver is not good give respected...not all some drivers

i just met a driver who is incredibly rude. i already reported him after i cancel him. i stated my situation at the cancel reason column. Thank you for reading this, i hope that you take action about this.

Grab disrespectful driver

We cancelled a booking because the meeting we were suppose to attend got cancelled due to heavy traffic and no respondents when we tried to book a grab car. By the time a grab car responded to our request the meeting had just been cancelled. Even though we cancelled our request the driver should not text the possible passenger calling us desprespectful we explained that our meeting was cancelled. Please be respectful of your customers if you want us to use your service again. I've been a loyal grab car user since the beginning. But with what happened today I am not pleased with the way the driver treats their customers. It may look fine from the drivers perspective but on the customers side that is desprespectful.

this driver who i book and to send my friend home took 1 hours to send my friend back whose place is less than 2km away and scolded my friend who was on board. he scolded her in hokkien when he say his car was faulty.his car was faulty and it wasn't my friend fault at all. and my friend food all was already cold by the time she reach home.
