driver did not turn up
I have book a grab taxi in advance but didn't turn up. And he did send message to me that he actually on his way and we have waited foer 20 min till we get another grabcar. This is so in responsibility as we are almost late to the temple to correct my late Mother in law aches. The taxi plate number is SH9771G. It was my first time using grab. Yet, the driver that I was found was not in courtesy with his passenger.
At first he tried to make us add an additional payment, eventhough he said that I shouldn't. The price on the grab from our place to our drop off place is only 325 yet he is asking for 500. But, I said I can't, so he just said "okay that is only my side". And I let it pass, I just pay 400.
But, the sad part in this experience was he didn't even consider his passenger and continually asking for personal information and he also tried to offer some business to my companion. Even my companion already reject because he's not even interested. And he keeps on asking for additional payment though. It's just irritating, that the fact that he want to ask for additional payment yet he don't want to accept it. Because he wants to make it clear that it was our willingness to give, the fact that they aren't allowed to do so.
And the worst thing was, he tried also to disturb my companion who is resting inside the grab car. What an unmanner act was that?
This was my first experience in grab car after I heard many advantages of it, yet this driver of yours showed us that we shouldn't. Can I have an action for this thing?

Waiting 4 a taxi. Several passed but wud not stop. So I decided to pull out the app and clicked through. It worked well but at the same time a cab pulled up. Immediately I told the grab guy no need bcuz a taxi arrved. Cancelled immediately. No other engagement from me. He protested+very rudely cursed me, photo attachd. Wd not want driver like that!

This is not the first time I am getting this. This time around we waited for the taxi for a good 10 minutes. The driver decided to cancel the trip upon arrival! Car plate number is SHC5474Y (TransCab) Driver name: Goh Toh Keow.
Grab - I would like for you to allow us to give our rating when drivers decided to cancel with no valid reason. We are penalised for cancelling but yet nothing we the user can do when driver cancel on us.

We set our destination at ratchathewi (grab THB164), however the accommodation is paradise house, which is 300m away from the set destination. My mum went out from the car and we ready to pay. The driver asked for 70 baht more from us because of the different destination set. We try to negotiate with him, willing to pay THB 200. He refused to accept and threaten us to send us back our original destination by abandoning my mum who has difficulty to walk and does not understand English. He drove half way, and I kept saying we couldnot leave my mum there and we pay for THB230. He still not stopping because I mentioned I will lodge report in GRAB. I said well, I won't complaint only he stop. This driver is not etiquette and try to earn extra money unreasonably.

Booked a trip from 7eleven banlat branch to mall of asia. Mr. Reyes accepted but for some reason, didn't want to come. He deliberately doesn't come to my location, probably wanting to defend himself as "customer can't wait". So I inquired where he is and he answered to cancel it because he is far. I said he should cause im on grab credit and he answered only uber charges. I told him to cancel it for the same reason and he answered (emphasis on using grab chat) that he has no internet. Lol at this lying [censor]. I told him that it is him who wont come and it is him who has a problem but he stopped answering. So I had to book a ride with uber and cancel my grab because he just wont. Manners. Honesty. Integrity.
driver is very rude
Hi Grab,
I would like to lodge a complaint against a grab driver with the license no: SHD9703E. I choose my drop off location to RP this morning as stated in the system. When I ask the driver to drive me in from the back entrance of the school, he started being rude by showing face and shouting at me to state my destination clearly in the system. Being a frequent user of grab, I know the block I want to alight at inside the school is not stated in the system. Therefore, it is not my fault when I choose the destination as just RP as the system did not have any specific location for us to choose as in which place in RP we would like to alight. The driver even say"please state clearly where u wan go in RP next time! If not u have to pay me additional $5". When I reached my destination, I was already super pissed off with him. To make thing worse, when I passed him the money and was about to alight, he started using vulgaries and say "no manner and so rude" to me when all I did was passed him the money. Grab, please settle this issue.

We paid Php441 in cash yet grab credit still charged me, I have no complaints of such on paying the tollfee. I would like to request to return the paid cash in any way that grab can. We used the app to get a taxi, after he accepted it he call and said it will be 750 pesos but on the app it said 410 to 710, then he turned off his grab app, Then called again to make sure, it took him 30 minutes to get to the house. when he got to the house and then said 800 pesos due to traffic. Name is Harald sarent drove a Toyota vios plate number ALA5752 (5727). Not sure why he drives for Grab if he is just making his own price.
irresponsible driver
This is to bring to your notice that my car has been damaged by a grab driver Ans Clarth Rago/Plate # ABS 9689, we had an accident last Jan. 11, 2018, he bump my right rear bumper. The incident happened in Makati. I tried to contact him to follow on the repair however, he keeps giving me false hopes, and last Jan. 25, 2018, I already filed a case against him and I'm still waiting for the subpoena and the schedule of the hearing. May I request to shut off his Grab service for the mean time until the case is done. I attached all the documents you might need. Hoping for your fast response.
driver's behavior
I need to file a serious complaint against this driver. You have no idea how much damages he caused by his actions. I need to be compensated with the several calls I did to get in touch with him but he just dropped them. I also waited for almost an hour but he did not show up and cancelled the trip without any communication. This is beyond worst customer experience.
booked ride but no driver arrived
I'am at the NAIA Terminal 3 Departure Area, Entrance 4, January 14, 2018, 8:45 pm, I asked a friend to book me a ride going back home because I have no internet connection on mobile. The ride was booked and my friend told me to send the driver a message which I do so but the driver did not have any response. Hence I waited for almost 30 mins but no NO 3713 in the area! I'am in the entrance 4 of the terminal and updated my friend the driver is not yet in the area and keep texting the driver but no response. My friend said he is in the area and keep on looking for me but I insist he is not there! I'AM STANDING IN THE ENTRANCE AREA, ALWAYS KEEPING ALERT TO EVERY CAR ARRIVING BUT HE DID NOT ARRIVED! He also keeps on calling my friend who had booked the ride when I already texted the driver my location from the very beginning the transaction was made. My friend contacted me saying the Grab Driver got angry because he said he wasted his time for the booked ride. Also saying, my friend should not be booking the ride because she will not the one who will take the ride! I was so disappointed with the service, for I have also other friends who booked a ride inbehalf of someone and it was successful transaction! Assumed that the booking was canceled, I ended up riding a taxi causing me to pay TWICE THE VALUE of the Grab ride! Please, assist me on this. Sending screenshot of the booked ride! I'd like to file complaint to this driver who is rude. He was very upset that we booked grab from naia terminal 3 to olivarez biñan laguna. He keeps on telling us that why grab only charge us with 427 pesos were in the place is very far. He even went on and took the skyway route without asking us if it's okay to take skyway because if i'm correct we are the ones who'll pay the toll.
I'm certain that it's not my fault for booking up to laguna was only charged for 427 pesos. So i'm really upset that I get this kind of treatment.

driver took the wrong route, being rude and no concern for my time
I had a very bad experience with this driver. I booked a Grabcar from Subang to USJ19, to Terminal Bas Perkeliling. Waze show an estimated route of 50 minutes, however the driver was not paying attention to the route and at one point he was looking at his text messages. The route was supposed to take NKVE, he miss the only turn, however, he suggested to take federal highway as seem he knew how to go. He then follow Waze once more and ended up in old klang Road at rush hour. I confronted him about the situation and he reply it in a rude manner stating I should have pointed the route to him instead, I kept my mouth to avoid further argument, I ended up 20 minutes late to my destination.

GRAB Driver: Arvin De Guzman of Toyota Vios ABR 3043 accepted my booking for a friend From Manila To Southwoods. He then sent a text asking for us to pay x2 of the original fare because accdg. to him he will have a hard time finding passengers in Southwoods. So, we declined his proposition and asked him to cancel the trip but he doesn't want to. He's insisting that I should cancel it because he needs to call GRAB before he can cancel — which is absurd! I dont want to cancel because it will affect my cancellation rate. I was polite with him initially but he is just unbelievable. He is even telling me that it is GRAB's policy that if the booking is outside manila the fare should be x2. Is that true? If it is then why we (the riders) didn't receive that announcement for us to be aware? This Grab Driver is just merely unbelievable!

I want to file a complain on this driver on 10 january 2018 evening time. Firstly he pick up at the wrong location as I have stated clearly on the location of pick up point. 2nd I can arrive from bishan to amk within 20 mins, he should make a u turn from bishan junction 8 to amk ave 10 but he say he was too late so he go to CTE and it taking freaking long as CTE jam. Initially he was late from the start and now even arrive late.

I filed in this complain on behalf of my GF, she waited 10 minutes for the driver, she called the driver telling him about where she is when he arrived. The driver talked loudly & sounded very rude. The lady is just calling him to make sure he know where to wait.. that's it..
The driver did not responded with a courtesy apology for the 10min wait, instead sounded annoying.
My GF willing to wait for this taxi & choose not to cancel it from the beginning, but she never expect to have such a rude driver at the end, when she did no wrong.
In servicing industry, customer will set a criteria in judging the service quality, & give the RATING accordingly. That's how the Grab works, right? So for the driver, please be aware of your industry, the industry needs & the brand name you carry.
Omg, I just had him as my grab driver earlier today. I'm usually very forgiving, but I couldn't believe the nerve of this man. He was rude and had no manners whatsoever. I greeted him, no response. Okay can. But, at one point, I was concerned for my safety as it was heavily raining and he drove slightly aggressively due to him being annoyed at the fact that I couldn't answer his question about the direction to my destination. I kindly thank him even after all that and he responded with nothing as well. He shouldn't be a grab driver for his very rude behavior alone. I searched his plate number and am trying to contact him in some way to confront him since Grab Services is useless. Idk I'm just very bothered that he can get away with this behavior. Like at least work something else that doesn't involve services if you're going to act like that.

This is the rudest driver I've ever met. The main thing was that he's not contented with the amount of fare given to him. He uttered vulgar words via SMS. It sounded scary to encounter this kind of driver. LTFRB should be stricter in giving driver's license and franchise. GRAB seems to be lenient to have an increasing number of rude GRAB drivers nowadays.

I'd like to make a formal complaint about the above subject.
At the onset, your grab driver was conversing with someone over the phone when I got in. Although it was on loud speaker, his right hand is still busy holding his handyphone. While driving, he turned off the speaker mode and continued to talk to someone over the phone. I became wary of the situation and carefully observed his driving. When he finally finished, he then switched to texting. On phone while driving is fine but texting? I told him not to text but he ignored me. I thought he'd stop. He did stop — for awhile and started messaging someone on messenger again. I thought he already know what he's doing and so I didn't bother to remind him. As we get closer to the destination, I told him to drop me off to the parking. He said ok but when we're reaching the way to the parking he started nagging at me. And take note, the parking is not away from the building, it is in the building.
He's saying things like — hindi nyo naman nilagay sa destination na parking lot; sayang yung gas ko; hindi nyo ako driver; hindi ko na problema kung marami kyong dala and alot more that I finally raised my voice on him because he wouldn't stop. He was extremely rude that a person like me who often speak in modulated tone had to raise my voice.
For all the times I was using your app and most of the time asked the driver to drop/fetch me at the parking lot (even if it is not the pick-up point), he is the only driver who complained and talked to much as if I'm speaking with an old lady. Sobrang nagger! It was a mistake giving him 5 star because he ended the ride earlier. I should have given him negative rating.
I want to know your actions about this driver. Amongst the drivers I've encountered, he is the only one didn't get a five star. He have a bad attitude and worst, putting your passengers to danger.
