stupid grabcar driver decided not to wait for the money and my account got suspended
Booked a car for my friend to TBS and both my friend and the driver did not have small change. My friends decided to change with some store but due to language barrier, they took some time. When they got back to the spot where the driver stopped them, the driver was nowhere to be seen. They searched the entire station for the driver but still couldn't locate them. Since it was booked under my account, the customer support called my number and asked me to pay. As I was away for 2 days, I did not manage to bank in the money to the driver. So, SMART Grabcar decided to suspend a long term user's account. Very "smart" decision. I've been using Grab for so many times, but for one time that I didn't pay just because the driver was impatient and not even 3 days was given to me to bank in the money.

I made a GrabShare booking for my boy going for tuition alone within Sengkang at 4.58pm and this Grab Driver by the name of Foo Seh Jong, SLD9434J accepted the booking shortly, the GPS indicated that he will arrive in 7 mins but in less than 5 mins, GPS indicates he is somewhere at my area and he updated his status as arrived, shortly my boy called to inform me that the driver was not there yet, I called Foo up and he said he was at another block and ask the passenger to wait but after few minutes my boy called to inform that the driver still hasn't arrive, I tried to call him again twice but he didn't pick up. Shortly, my boy called me and say he just got in the car and the driver was screaming in the background saying next time urgent book Grab Car, don't book Grabshare ! My point here is if you haven't arrive then DON'T MISLEAD THE PASSENGERS, though we are paying passengers, we give utmost respect to Grab drivers who saves us from the mercy of taxi drivers. Me and my boy have always a clean record with all the Grab drivers and my boy often receive compliments when he needs to travel by himself via Grab, we have never encountered such appalling service from any Grab driver before, this driver updated his status wrongly but he could still yell arrogantly, if not for my son taking his car alone, I would have give him a piece of my mind. So I hope Grab can give this driver a warning or ban him, if he had any previous record, his attitude was totally uncalled for and incorrigible!
overcharging and bad experience
My Boyfriend and I like Grab services for years. However, today proves us wrong and we shall reconsider about choosing Grab services.
The bad experiences of our trip is as follow:
1. My Boyfriend and I were taking a ride home from a location. Along the way, my bf wanted to drop down. There is no additional turn or distance. It is just along the way while the vehicle was moving. We did explain to the driver there was no additional stop to be made, it was just along the way and drop off. And the driver Ignore our request to stop along road n force us to add a destination
2. Apart from this, he took a huge distance which is nearly an hour ride, travelling from Bukit Permei to Bukit Panjang. He passed by Toa Payoh etc. This was totally way out. The driver has simply accept requests of a east and a west. I understood that this was a grab share, but simply accepting a customer without considering the time factor and charging a customer unreasonably is totally unethical.
3. The driver appeared is totally different with the driver registered in the app. This is too much. We felt very insecure during the trip. What if something bad happen to us? Many what-ifs appear in my mind. Our lives are seriously put to danger. Are this even allow in Grab?
I hope Grab corporation will look into this matter seriously and investigate and take action to this irresponsible driver. This may tanish the good reputation of Grab and affect the safety of the passengers.

I didn't realize my payment was connected to my nets so I paid in cash - the driver accepted the cash and drove off, and quickly accepted my card payment. He should have let me know instead of accepting double payment from someone who didn't even know they were paying double - he had no integrity, and this was a very dishonest act. I even waited to see if he would u-turn so I could alert him but he drove off a different path.
unethical behaviour
On 4 Jul 2017, at approximately 12pm, driver Mr. Cheong Chee Leong of vehicle no. SHD5542D took up my Grab call for a trip from Ngee Ann City Twr B to Plaza Singapura. However, I did not see his vehicle at the pick-up location. It took us 2 phone calls, and a good 10mins for me to walk to and fro between Ngee Ann City's Twr B, and the building's main drop-off location, before I could ascertain his vehicle's exact location. His vehicle was waiting along the main road, right before turning into the entrance to Twr B.
I attributed this to miscommunication between us, and I was happy to get onto his car and move on. Immediately after boarding his car, Mr. Cheong expressed his frustration at having to wait for me.in his own words, he had 'weaved through heavy traffic' and 'wasted his time waiting for me'. To this, he demanded that I pay him extra money as compensation. I told him frankly that I am disagreeable to his proposal. Mr. Cheong reiterated his demand for monetary compensation because I had wasted his time. I refused and informed him of my intention to alight immediately. At this point in time, our car had only proceeded until Ngee Ann City's main drop-off point, where I alighted. No further words were exchanged between us.
Upon alighting, Mr. Cheong charged the full amount of SGD 6, which was the payable amount if I had completed my trip, to my credit card. My default payment for using Grab is via GrabPay.
I would like to raise 2 points, that
1) Mr. Cheong is unprofessional and unethical, in demanding for extra money beyond what is stated on the Grab app; and
2) Mr. Cheong had invalidly earned SGD 6 for a service he did not render.
I will express myself clearly here, that I will not pay a single cent for services not rendered, to an obnoxious individual who thinks his time is more valuable than mine, and who had the cheek to charge me the ride amount when he dropped me off less than 20m away from my pick-up location.
Please take this as my formal complaint, and I trust that your Company will look into this matter. I will also appreciate a reply at your soonest.
the driver asking for double payment
I'll book a grab car from Solaire-to mabolo 2 bacoor City Cavite, the fare that time I book was around 455 peso, then suddenly I received a call from a driver and he saying the payment will be double so it will become 900 peso. His not a good driver he should not be in grab I was a gold member of grab already. I frequently use grab only but this is the first time I encounter this kind of driver. Neil sandy miguel dallo. Aha 1345, mazda 2, accepted the ride. However after a while, he said that we should just request a ride from others. What a way to be nice! So rude! He won't cancel the booking. I did not want either because it'll be hard for me to book another one if i'm the one to cancel. And so I let it be. And it's been on for 30 mins. He's not cancelling the booking.

I made a booking for my parents - one wheelchair bound
Driver was rude and raise his voice at me, as he sees no one around or on wheelchair etc. He then told me that he had waited for more than 3 mins and demand I cancel the booking from my end. I find it ridiculous hence I questioned him back that its not right here and I wont do that. Shortly after our 'conversation' he claimed that he saw my parents and started his nagging of me not giving proper direction. After which, when I asked if he is going to fetch my parents. He answered me with an NO straight away. I was too fed up with him hence I putted down the phone as I dont want to make myself sound as rude as him.
Lastly, driver left my booking pending and I cant make any other booking. He only cancel it after 15 mins.
As I felt very offended by his behaviour - I would like an apologies from him or have him de-graded.

A trip was not done on 29/06/2017 at 725am but the amount was deducted from my account because the driver (SKD 8307L Ne Win Htoo) was dishonest. Firstly, he admitted he accepted the wrong request yet he demanded I cancel the trip. Secondly, though no pick-up was done he still accept the confirmation of the trip. Thirdly, he ignored my text and my calI when I ask him to cancel - before the trip ends to avoid any deductions.
I arrived late for work today due to this issue.
I have submitted a complaint through grab support request no: [protected] on the same day. Still waiting reply from grabber.
I believe such driver should NOT be allowed to drive a passenger. (please see attachment for evidence).
erroneous payment
Hello,
Please see the email chain below. As stated in the original email, I did not take the taxi with booking code [removed]. As the app had timed out in my end, I assumed the request for a taxi was rejected and took another taxi from my location. I did not receive any confirmation of this booking so was surprised that my card had been charged.
I have now contacted Grab three times looking for resolution and have been ignored each time.
I assume I am being ignored because Grab Customer Service has no intention of processing the refund, either because they can't be bothered to look into this or because they believe I am lying about taking this taxi. I am not impressed with either option.
Please review and refund.

I am in Malaysia kuala lumpuh the grab driver i was to go with ended up making me pay after he had done a mistke, i saw him pass through where he was supposed to pick me up then i went running to him i went into the car and told him to go where he was supposed to take me from since i left had left my friends, he said okay but ended up going the wrong way he said he can no longer go there and said leave the car if you have a problem and ended up forcing me to pay the fare i was supposed to pay but left me where i didnt know luckily i took the plate number WB2382J

When i try to go out at the taxi he even locked the door coz he want me to pay first. I insisted not to pay suddenly he go to other location a bit far away from my location then coz i was so angry & sacred already i give him $5 just to go out his car😭😭😭😭.. the service was very bad! disrespectful driver
This is to file a complaint against the Grab driver Kim Ryan Mangauiran Mondejar who was so disrespectful. His plate number is VI 2603.his contact number is [protected]. I booked a grab Car (6 seater) last June 24, 2017, when we are arriving to fetch my auntie as well as our baggages he asked me how many baggages do we have, then I pointed out our baggages so after he looked at it he asked me that he will accept our booking. then he is refused to put the small baggages in the middle, so the baggages now are drenched due to heavy rain. then there's no more space for the last baggage that we have, because he also refused to fold the middle chair. that guy was so rude. he asked me just to book another car. then only my aunt rode to that grab car with a vacant in the middle and me trying to find a taxi to take car the baggage that they left. and i arrived earlier than them.

Hi,
I was intending to hitch a ride back home. Unfortunately, my friend decided to take a taxi with me and almost at the same time a driver accepted my booking. Thus, I cancelled away my ride immediately fearing that the driver might be heading to me already. Everything happened in less than a mintue. I did not wait till the driver reached before cancelling the ride, or took more than five minutes to do it and yet i received a message from the driver asking me not to do it again. Seriously, I owe him nothing. If he cannot handle this, I don't think he is suitable a be a grab driver. I'm writing this not to ask Grab to do anything to him but hoping Grab will take note that if any passengers in the future feedback about his negative behaviour, this is to support their argument.

Driver named : burhanudeen bin jalaludeen.
We had 6 adults and 1 small kid when we stepped into the car he rudely told us "hello what the hell you doing behind only 2 can sit and only total 6 people.
We told him listen you can just nicely tell it instead of shouting.
We said we'll then it's okay we will find another taxi since the location is very near
After we stepped out he rudely told us to get out and and cancel the trip.
And we said we won't cancel since your so rude. we would want to clearly complaint against the service.
We had a very bad experience with this driver and as a customer we are treated in a very bad manner and after he left he wind down the window and told us you want to take a photo of me?
We weren't intending to do it but since he said that he agitted us and we snapped a picture of him.
This driver does not know how to treat a customer.
suspect of not being honest on a missing wallet
On 25 June 2017, approximately 2200 hours, I was in a grab car Perodua Alza WWC179, driver name Zaini Bin Mohd Nor. I suspect that the driver is not being honest on my missing wallet. At 2300 hours, I called the driver to check whether my wallet is dropped at the driver's car. He hang up the phone and called back 5 minutes later and saying that he didn't see any wallet. I request for a CCTV report on the full incident. I need a quick response from the officials as soon as possible.
bad code of conduct
I got a successful booking with this driver Ong Su Kiong SJB2210B for a trip from golden mile tower to Bugis Junction. He started the trip from lavender and I was monitoring his ride and without turning in to golden mile tower he drove past Beach Road, I texted him to ask if he overshot, he just replied saying he couldn't stop which didn't make sense. So I waited for him to turn back, and not sure why he turned into ECP and headed straight to Marine Parade direction. I tried to call him three times and he didn't pick up his call and after I texted saying I ll report then he promptly cancel the job. All in all I have wasted 20 mins waited for him when the indicated pick up time was 5 mins away. I hope he doesn't do this to other passenger in future.

Im actually not late for work but when waiting for this Grabdriver after he accept our booking that cost $47(high demand), it makes me wait for about more than 5mins when actually it stated 3mins. In the end he cancelled the booking and i have to re-booked it again that causes me to wait yet again for another 10mins. That really troubled me alot. I really hope you take some actions on him for doing this to me.
your poor system
I am writting to inform Grab on your poor service and setup if. Grab Share system.
When we talk about Grabshare it suppose to be along the way route not one going to the east and the other one a west. This is not logical.
First if all its calles grabshare to pick up passenger along the way that diesny incure lost of time n cost too.
I have experienced a few times of this system whereby when i am going west but another party is going east which is abruptly out of the way.
I know u have a system for ur drivers to get the ride. But u have to be logically in the sustem to strane it in such a route where the ending route is within the same district area.
Yes even thou the customer does share n is not urgent but that doesnt mean, the enroute of the other party is way out of the district.
This is something i think you people in the management of grab should look upon to. If u want ur riders to have lesser complains n all, Do take into consideration of this Points.
I am a loyal customer and has been using grab but this occurance doesnt happen once. Its been a few times. Its not only about the pickup point but its alao about the ending point. For the benefit of the ryder and driver also. DO LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE and I appreciate much to see a reply and some implementations on you side.
Share doesnt mean waste both ryder and driver time but it should be at the convinence of both parties cos im sure the driver dun wanna waste their petrol due to out of the way location.
