Okay so now grab has this new policy saying that we can't cancel rides if not we will have to pay a fine. Also claiming that now that they show the "waiting time", we can decide if we can wait for it. It shows 2-3 mins of course I can wait. But everytime a driver takes me it's always more than 10mins and of course I can't afford to wait. Get your [censor] together grab. I shouldnt have to pay fine at all because of your dumb lies of 2-3 mins. It is almost never 2-3 mins. What a scam

At around 10:31 pm, driver Christopher Cimanes picked me up from Tuscany McKinley Dr going to Resorts World. On the way along there was heavy traffic and driver just would not stop going on and on about how bad the traffic situation was and suggested an alternative route via C5 via Alabang (?). I did not agree to this because we were just a few minutes away fr destination as we were along this road (Bayani Rd (?) but cars were not moving much. He still wouldn't stop talking abt traffic and showed me the traffic trends (highlighted in red) on his phone.
I would have quite patiently sat through the traffic to get to my destination had he not talked and went on and on and just kept quiet about. Traffic is expected and comes with territory being a driver in Manila.
I could not stand it anymore as I felt like it was my fault & I was being made guilty of the situation. I finally told him to turn around and drive me back home.
As a Grab driver, he accepted the job to take me to the destination but this did NOT happen. He drive me back home and had the audacity to charge me the full fare!
Driver stressed me out during the trip with his continued whinging that is why I asked to be driven back home. This is so unfair. I felt pressured to just go back home due to his insensitive remarks, etc.
Hence, my complaint on this matter.

I scheduled a hitch At 12.30 pm. Diver gary teo accepted and texted me if i will confrimed the hitch and I replied yes and will be waiting at my office guardhouse at 12.35pm. I waited for 10 min he called and explain that he will be late as he suppost to reach at 12.40pm so i told him its okay. After another 5 min he called and ask for my location and i send it to him.. from than on, i waited till 11.55pm and no news at all so I cancelled the booking as i am rushing off for an appointment and than he started calling and texted me some rude commemts saying that i shouldnt be hitching and WASTED his time and that my location is in correct.. how can it be incorrect with all the other grab driver can be there but not him?.. its my 1st time encountering this kind of situation and i think it will be best if this driver can be more polite next time like all of the other drivers i had since day 1 i have joined grab. Really hope grab will do something about this. Cheers...

Grab share, 25/7/17 broaded at 7pm along 200 Changi road and alighted at upp Serangoon road side. Driver with bad attitude and scolded his passengers. Driver blamed everyone except himself. Dropping my friend first and he told us that an extra $5 charge due to additional drop off point. We are perfectly alright. However, he kept grumbling and complaining non-stop throughout the entire ride. My house is a new bto, gps led him to the wrong way. I have explained to him and guided him to the correct route but he accused me that I have given the wrong address and my house location is too far. He don't know my place and don't know the road and yet he took my booking. All the while, I have good impression of grab and grab drivers. But, this unpleasant experience of mine ruined my day and tarnished grab reputation. I strongly utter everyone to think twice for engaging this unprofessional driver, Wang chiaw Yong service.

I'm here to complaint about my wife's recent booking trip to BIR intramuros, the driver name was Alvin villanueva de Leon and his plate number was ABL 2386, it happen last Friday July 21, 2017 around 2:25 pm, she drop by into my office at the national museum to get the paper requirements for update to BIR and after the driver Alvin drop my wife into her booking destination, he said : "me. Pede ba kitang ligawan" . Can you please help me suspend or rather revoke his application due to the drivers actions? I am a grab driver too I know how to follow the rules but can you please revoke his application he already made several texts to my wife. Thank you!

I top up $30 to get $5. promotion. Once I book for hitch car but I was sad when i was told not include in promotion. And few days later on 15/7 I book for Grabshare but sadly was charged $12 instead of $7. I called the customer service but were unhelpful, even said that I was "not eligible" for the promotion. I feel cheated and miserable. I did not see the request for any code, else I would key CREDIT as per the email I received after I paid the account.
Why is Grab's computer programmed to deduct from account but did not deduct discount applicable until 16/7.
I cried, have lump in my throat, inconvenience and wasted my phone minutes talking to the staff and delay to my function.
Unfortunately, my calls and email to support attention to Mr Anthony Tan is being ignored.

My daughter in law is 8months pregnant she booked for a grab car to drop Her off at aTechno Plaza Eastwood libis now this grab driver named Christopher Vitug Flores picked her up and started to drive then when my daughter inlaw told him that the destination is in Eastwood the driver Christopher Vitug Flores told her to get out of the car because he thought that the destination will be in u.p ayala techno hub and that he was about to go home. My daughter is pregnant and he knew all along that the destination is in Eastwood and it will show in your apps right before they pick up customers.. Can we ask your good office to take action for this.

awful grab driver attitudes and service
This awful grab driver, decided to report me because I didn't pick up my phone. Instead, earlier, I already told him to contact another number but he didn't seem to bother. He complaint and saved my number calling me a black list. Is this wrong? Stupid driver, if it wasn't for him I couldn't have been late. The other phone number decided to scold him back and he screenshot it and sent it to me. This is very childish for a grown man because he was turning here turning there like there's no map for him to use. We understand for texting him back and scold him was wrong because what he did to us made us really angry. Please let him off the grab company.

I had already use promo code` jomgrab', and it shown on my apps, pls refer to my photo. but it doesn't show on the driver's apps, he say he cannot believe me. so he still ask me to pay cash.Ur system is terrible. U allow him to earn double. N I lose my money. U should standardize ur system. Because sometime the way we enter promo code is different. I oso dunno y. Hi, Grabtaxi. I want to give some feedback regarding the autofilling of the destination. This morning I was in a hurry to get a cab to my destination in Ubi. After filling in the correct destination the first time round, I was unable to get a driver. I restarted the app to refresh and try again. Apparently, once it had restarted, it autofilled my destination to a random one. Unfortunately, I did not check it because I assumed it would be the same destination. Upon getting on the car, the driver proceeded to drive in the opposite direction and that's when I realised something was wrong. In the end, I had to pay additional charges of $10 to travel the extra distance. This is not the driver's fault and this is not a lot of money to make a big hoo-ha over. However, I hope you will look into how your app does autofill. Either do it correctly or not do it at all and save other users the trouble of this kind of thing happening again. Thanks.

Nakikisuyo ako sa 7/11 tas sasabihin nya bumili ako ng sariling car wag daw ako mag demand. Below is a copy of my receipt from a trip I had today. I paid this driver p331 but I see he only stated the trip was p40? From Ortigas to Las Pinas? He first asked for p380 to which was over the amount stated on my app. I gave him what was stated on my phone but it seems he entered mis leading details to not recognise his true income.
He does not give Grab a good reputation, I would rather use uber.

This isn't the first time that's happening to me or my family. I very well understand that grab hitch Drivers are also normal commuters and are picking us up based on their own journey and preference and such but the problem is they confirm our ride once we schedule. Then they will text us personally once again to confirm. But then the next moment, they will cancel and I think it's really unfair to us as we are also working and have other important things to do and when we are all ready, waiting for the hitch to arrive they cancel. And we have to rush and find another ride all because the hitch cab cancelled on us last min. Just so you know, it's not easy to find a ride also as sometimes the normal grab car can be really expensive and hitch is the only ride that comes with a reasonable price. My concern right now is that I don't understand why they have to cancel the ride after they confirm with us ? It's really rude. They shouldn't have even confirm our ride if they know they can't commit. It's unfair to us passengers. Please do something about this. It's not the first time it's happening

July 12, 2017 from 06:58 pm to drop-off. Pick-up point: Ayala Terraces and Drop-off at BBQ Boss (Talamban). I'm new in Cebu, and have just moved to a new place. When you move, you usually end up buying necessities for the new place. I went to Ayala to buy my new things and ended up having armloads of things. I had a full small backpack and 5 kilos of things on each arm. My arms were tense and sore. Fairly feeling fatigued because I haven't eaten anything, yet, for the night. My meal was waiting in my new home. I was trying to hop on a jeepney, but the queue snaked twice around the terminal. So, I opted for a taxi. Now see here, I chose GRAB because I 'm fed up with other taxis who detour out of direct lanes just to bring the meter over 150php and I'm tired of being harassed by male drivers. I'm a 5'2' female. I usually do not use taxi services unless I'm desperately in need of one. I had never encountered a rude Grab Driver, until last night. I booked the driver at 06:58pm and I notified him at 07:00pm that I needed to be picked up at Starbucks, he notified that he was already there. I waited. At 07:06pm he called. His voice was angry and demanding why I wasn't showing up, I was irritated at this, and told him that I notified him that I was waiting outside Starbucks. The Go Wifi of Ayala does not reach to Starbucks, but I made it sure that the notification gets sent before the wifi got cut off. I sent 2 messages. I went out to the sidewalk, shopping bags and all, and had help from the security guards to spot the car. He wasn't there. He was fuming, still over the phone, and further stated in an accusing tone said that he didn't receive any notifications. I was furious at this. The message was ticked, meaning it was sent. He kept going on and on, obviously furious and seemingly in a hurry. I couldn't understand everything what he was trying to say because I'm not well versed with the dialect. He was complaining about something and going about it for a full minute and 44seconds. So, in the end in an equally irritated tone, I asked him: WHAT NOW?! I just wanted to cancel the ride, but he insisted that he'll head to my location. I waited and saw the car minutes after. He honked. I waited for him to park properly, there was a taxi infront of him, I thought he was just waiting for it to leave and park. He honked again. There was space for him to park. He honked again. This time, I understood, he wanted me to get in ASAP. The car was in a 40 degree angle from the parking lane. I didn't budge, Lord, I had enough of this. Then he parked. He didn't even help me load my things. My eyes started to well up. I got in. Chucked in my things. And then just let it all out. I showed him the screenshot of the booking. And time of the text. He retorted saying that the notification was late. I asked why he was angry at me during the call. He retorted because of the late notification. I told him that he stated earlier that he didn't receive any. I asked him lastly: Why did you accuse me of this as if it was controlling the server? Why did you shout on the phone? He continued about his excuse. I listened. And replied. This conversation was going nowhere. He wasn't apologizing for anything nor did he want to own any of his faults. I told him that he was a rude driver and I am going to file a complaint about this hiatus. We arrived at my destination, and I asked him to wait since my money didn't suffice, I went up then went down and handed him 1000php, I took out my things, still in the car, and waited for my change. This was all seen by the worker who was looking and listening, perched in the chairs outside my place. I told the driver, before closing the door in a cool manner (the exchange of conversation drained me emotionally), "Next time, Kuya, huwag kang bastos." I ate my meal in tears. I still don't have a wifi in my place, so I couldn't immediatley file the complaint. I logged on today in my Grab Account. I really need to report the rude dude. I have the copy of the receipt that I paid the amount.

I am writing in to complaint on grab car driver near accident with me.
On 13 July 2017 at about 1322 hrs, I was walking at the open car park of B/7 Nth Bridge Rd when this said grab car driver was coming out from the parking lot when I was already crossing in front of his vehicle.
The said car had almost hit into me and the driver just drove off. The said driver is a male Chinese about 60yrs of age.
I hope LTA can look into this complaint as well as grab car management as the driver is posing danger to other road users and also compromising safety of passenger in his vehicle.

I contacted grab and had the trip cancelled, however I wasn't able to find a driver after that, furthermore the price increased, this resulted me to be late for school. I am a Uber customer but I shifted to grab because I know it is better but based on my experienced today I am really dis appointed.

Today I booked the car from Queenstowns mrt to wikie edge. Grab share if I'm not wrong. I was first to get in the car and a lady came in and said she booked the car. The driver didn't even say anything. I said this is sjc 7494 c right. At least the driver could have opened his mouth and said how many passengers he had accepted and resolved the situation. I got out and booked another car. Poor quality and service. Wasted my time. If wasn't for the smrt breakdown, I won't bother booking grab and after this I will never book grab. 👎👎👎

Nag cancel po kami ng booking. Nakatayo lang po kami sa gate ng General Maximun Ave building tapat ng DOLE. Nakita na po namin siya dumaan sa tapat namin then nag ask siya ng landmark so sinabi namam sa tapat ng DOLE. Nun parating na kami kumaway na po kami para makita niya kami then lumagpas siya then bumalik kumaway ulit kami then nag lagpas ulit siya. Supposed to be dapat tumigil na lang siya sa tapat ng DOLE kasi un naman un landmark kahit hindi niya kami makita.
Actually may flight po kasi kami going to Manila ng 6:20pm then nakita namin marami naman taxi na tumitigil kaya nag decide na kami mag cancelled at sumakay na langng taxi. Hindi naman po namin gusto icancel/ pahirapan ang driver alam naman po namin sayang un time and gas pero may hinahabol po kasi kami time. Nagulat na lang po kami bigla siya nag text 'please read na lang po un naka attached na screean shot'.
Sa everyday po na pag gamit ko ng grab hindi ko po akalain dito ko pa po mararanas sa Cebu na may ganyan driver. First timr ko po mag Cebu, ganyan po pala mga taga Cebuano.
Sana po matrain po ng maayos ang mga driver, lalo sa pakikipag usap.

I manage to bk his service. I waited for him like 20 min. I text him and even call him, there is no response. I cant even cancel the booking for a new driver. This is really terrible for passengers who needs to travel urgently. I am utterly disappointed with this kind of service provided.
