book via grab app indicating destination as CCAB Swimming complex. Driver asked and we mentioned Bukit Timah Stadium. Driver turned off GPS and took AYE. Realised driver is going towards City and asked if he is going to Bukit Timah. He raised his voice and said we mentioned STADIUM so he's going to Kallang Stadium. We argued that destination was entered when booking, he said he cannot see clearly. Along the way back to Bukit Timah driver complained non stop. if driver can't see clearly, is he still qualified to be a Grab driver? Pls kindly review.

I want to complaint about Grabshare.. on 24 august about 9am, I take Grabshare from Sturdee road to Bukit panjang. But there is another passager sharing with me. The problem is the passager is going to Ang Mo Kio and im going to Bukit Panjang and we from Strudee road. Its very far away from my desination. The other passagen and me actually its fine with us because we not rushing. But its unfair for the driver have to travel far away.
charged with a php51.00 fee without riding a grab
My complaint is regarding a charge to my Citi-Visa account for Php51.00 and the date is Aug 19, 2017.
On this day I was trying to book a Grab but to no avail and now I am surprised when my bill with Citi Visa arrived only to find out of a charge for Php51.00.
This is a small amount but I cannot accept being charged a fee without a service rendered by your company.

poor service and lack of professionalism
I have booked a grab transcab Renault taxi today from Holiday inn atrium to Teban gardens at 1:52am this morning. Driver Tan Guan Wah (SHC5526G) came to pick me up. As I was feeling very cold at that time, I requested Mr Tan to turn down the air con but was ignored by him. I proceeded to turn off the air conditioner at the backseat but was still feeling cold. I proceeded at wind down the window and Mr Tan started to shout at him saying the noise from the wind will affect his driver. He proceeded to question me about why I would be feeling cold since I boarded his cab from a pub (I don't understand why passengers who boarded a cab from a hotel is not allowed to feel cold?). He then sarcastically say I should know better to wear more clothes if I am feeling cold before finally turning down the main air con. During the journey, Mr Tan also offered to give me his mobile phone so that I can bypass Grab and call him directly for transport services (I believe this is clearly violating Grab's policies with drivers). I am a tourist from Taiwan and has used Grab from time to time and most of my experiences were pleasant but Mr Tan truly tarnished the image of Grab.
unethical behavior of grabcar driver
I am complaining for the behavior of a grab car driver named Manuel Luis Umerez Madi, jr with plate# MT0459 and cellphone number [protected].
My son's friend booked a ride from this person last August 17, 2017 at 12:42am for his ride home coming from El Pueblo Condominium to Mayor Ignacio Santos Diaz. Since my son is the only one who has mobile data during that time, he offered his Grab App for the use of his friend.
Both parties(Grab driver and my son's friend) waited for each other but it seems that miscommunication led to them not being able to meet.
He has threatened my son to pick a fight through rude text messages.
and also harassment through alleged sharing of pictures of my son on Facebook.
I can send a screenshot of the said conversation if needed.
Please take legal action against this driver with his unmannerly behavior, this would severely affect the reliability of Grab Car services.

picky grabcar drivers
Since Uber is under suspension, Grabcar should have used the opportunity to secure the market share of riders. Instead your drivers have given a bad impression to the riding public. They are picky just like the taxi drivers. They should understand that the reason why riders such as myself is taking Grab is because taxi drivers are "Picky".
I was trying to get a ride yesterday (16.8.17) and I could see the app was pushing it to several drivers who refuse to accept. When one finally accepted, he cancelled the booking after a few minutes. So fine, I booked again. This time, more drivers are refusing to accept. When one again finally accepted, he cancelled after just a few seconds that I did not even got to see his name or plate number. I just read his car is a Toyota Innova. This is so frustrating !
Grab should disable the ability of the drivers to see the destination of the riders. Your drivers are picking riders based on destination (just like the taxi drivers which the riding public has now refuse to patronize). This is giving me all the more reason to choose Uber over Grab.

I'd also like to add that i have several officemates with the same sentiments regarding the pickiness of Grab drivers - in adition to the higher fares of Grab vs Uber, the pickiness really isnt justifiable. Please do something about this, Grab
I also agree with your complaint - i believe that's a major competitive advantage of Uber over Grab. Uber app doesnt let drivers know the passenger's location before they accept the booking. Therefore, Uber drivers cannot be picky over the destinations. If Grab is really serious about giving the riding public a better and safer commute experience, the company needs to introduce the same concept to its drivers then figure out other ways to increase incentives. You need to step up your game, Grab!
complaint about bad driver
I've just book a grab car. I selected a point on your map:
- pick up point: golden palm Le Van Luong, Ha Noi
- drop point: Thang Long No.1, Ha Noi
Your driver called and said that I need to tell him the number of that building. I told him here is a building, it is nearby Star city tower (that dress I told to all driver and they understand all). The driver blame me, he speak loudly on the phone. I feel scare this driver. He told me he could not pick me up without number of my address (but it is a construction building, if I give the number to him, he also could not find, near by Star tower is very clear!). At that time I think he has to cancel the booking by himself. I took a taxi. 3 minutes later, he call me back and blame me again and talk loudly on the phone again. He asked me cancel the booking by myself. He speak loudly and teach me how to mention the number of the address. I told him if he want the number, ok, number is 4.5 No. Le Van Luong. He blame me again and said there is no number like that. I think, this driver is very stupid, impolite with full angry always. I did know if I mention No. 4.5 Le Van Luong, he will not find. Furthermore, I did select "Golden Palm, Le Van Luong", very clear on your selection point. And I also tip dor him more: nearby Star Tower Le Van Luong. But he still could not understand. He blame me too much on the phone, he did not allow me to talk or explain. And when he stop to blame, he turn off the phone immediately. I feel so so so much shame for this drive. I use grab too much but this is the drive for first time. This driver make me feel so scare, I may could not use grab service for a while. It is very dangerous and inconvenience to use your service by such above impolite driver. Hi it would be great if grab could advise it's drivers to use proper language to its rider. Earlier today I booked a ride and the driver called me. Cause I was busy was sth was not able to pick up. I know that is my fault, but I don't think its appropriate for the driver to message me so rudely. Maybe it's his way of saying stuff but it will nice if you can advise him or give a warning tq. I definitely, will never recomend to use Grab. Ok could've been problems with crazy drivers, or driver never shown and take your money (using credit card) or the app has address mistakes when getting the location, any issues could been happened, but what is unforgivable, is when you report an issue and notify it again and again and again!, but Grab cares a SH* and never answer.

Greetings Grab,
This incident happened on the 14/7/17, along Loyang Ave at around 8.30pm. I was in my own vehicle, stationary when a grab driver, Mr Zulhusni Bin Ahmad, S9003706D driving a Mitsubishi Lancer EX rammed into the rear of my car. When we got off the check the damage, the boot was severely damaged and could not close. He pleaded me not to claim insurance but to settle privately instead otherwise it would be very troublesome for him. I agreed, he said he could not earn much as he was a grab driver and it was a rented car. We then exchanged particulars. The following day I went to my car workshop to get a quote for the repair, little did I know this was the beginning of the nightmare. When I sent the breakdown of the repairs and quotes he started delaying, always saying things like "I'll call you later", "Give me 5mins", "I'll get back to you". This went on for a few days. The following Monday I texted him with no avail AGAIN, called him I told him to give me his workshop's address instead so I could go there to get a quote as he felt that my workshop quoted too high, staying in the East, I had to travel to Kranji, a scrape yard to get a quote from his workshop, his workshop quoted even more than my workshop! When he heard about the news he went missing again, only after spam calls he answered and told me to go and fix at my workshop. At this point of time his attitude towards me was already extremely unpleasant, bossing me around as if it was my fault. I remained respectful and sympathetic, I then went down to my workshop at AutoBay as he requested and waited for him to transfer the money needed for the car repair to me. He ignored all my messages and I had to spam call him again. When he finally picked up, he told me he was eating and to give me another 5 minutes. I waited for a total of 2 hours. I even offered him to pass me $1900 instead of the original $2100 out of sympathy. Finally after the long wait, he finally got back to me telling me to claim insurance, it was then followed by a call asking me if he could pay me by installments, as he does not have that amount of money Pitying him I agreed once again! We agreed to meet to discuss and to write out an agreement. When I went to meet him at 11pm at night at his requested location, he was in his car seat reclined, legs on the steering wheel playing candy crush. As I approached him, he acknowledged my presence and continued with his mobile game, after 10 minutes he finally got out and started speaking to me rudely. The agreement made was him to transfer me a minimum of $50-$100 every Sunday timely, starting from 18/7/17. We then went our separate ways. On the date of the first payment, 23/7/17, he did not transfer and ignored all my messages and calls. This went on for 2 weeks, within that period I made a police report thinking I have been giving this ungrateful man too much credibility. I then went to make and insurance claim and texted him about it. He immediately called me back, but we did not come to any agreement. Now, 14/8/17 1 month since the accident I still have not gotten any payment thus making an insurance claim. However I would require HIS END to file a report with his insurance company. Which is also GRAB TAXI's insurance company, NTUC INCOME. If he continues not to file the report, the insurance company would throw out the claim, which also means I would have to sue him along with GRAB TAXI to get back my money. I am hoping not to go until that extent, to go to court for small claims tribunal.
Please kindly assist me in getting YOUR grab driver to make this report. Also, do take note that throughout this whole incident I remain civilized and polite, trying my best to give in to the other party. Such as not claiming medical bills from him to ease his burden, not claiming rental car cost during car repair. I really hope to settle this matter as soon as possible. I have all the paper report, agreements, chats, and particulars.

impatient rude driver.
driver was impatient. I told him that I need 2 mins to be down. I explained to him that the lift was very slow, it is in the morning, at 10am and its a sunday. my area has a lot of coffeeshops where people will be up early in the morning for breakfast. when I sat in the car, he began talking non stop saying "wah your 2 mins become 5 mins!" I said, ya? bcos the lift im taking only has 1 lift and there happens to be a lot of people and im from level 16, you see. hes simply not happy that I made him wait for the 5 mins. even if so, you could have charged me bcos I dont mind paying the extra fare! he started picking on me on the location that I inputted. it was 227 Orchard Road, Orchard Gateway. how would I know? when inputting the address in Grab, I searched for Orchard Gateway. (there wasnt any problem with other grab drivers?) im not familiar to addresses however im familiar to roads. moreover i've been taking Grab most of the time to and fro work and im more than willing to show him the way. he said that Orchard Road is out of the way to Orchard Gateway and there's no drop off point? theres 3 different drop off points here. 1. 313 Somerset. 2. Hotel Jen Drop off point. 3. Orchard Gateway drop off point. upon reaching the destination and I showed him the drop off point, he insisted on telling me, "the location you put is Orchard Road and this is Orchard Gateway". I did not bother to answer him back and just paid him the fare.
Yes, Grab. I understand that you have your policies. however it doesnt mean that your driver can be rude and indirectly shooting the passengers just cos they are unhappy of waiting? do what you are suppose to do then, charge us the waiting fare rather then giving so many comments and complaining that they have to wait. Grab, do let your drivers know that basic manners and courtesy is very important.

Driver name Neo Say Yaw SLH4179H is an dishonest grab car driver because he failed to follow my designated location to alight my elderly mum. He lied to my mum saying I instructed him to alight my mum there whereby I actually stated the location blk89 tanglin halt rd. It is very inconvenient for my mum as she has a big and heavy box (fan) with her. He just simply lighted her by the road side near taxi stand. A very dishonest driver.
overpriced fare
This is regarding grabtaxi driver Manuel Flores Fuentes with taxi plate number T-063002. We booked the taxi August 12, 2017 at 4:09am from a hotel in Bacolod City to Silay airport. When we asked how much for the fare he said 500pesos but we asked for a discount and paid him 400pesos instead. We also noticed that the taxi meter was turned off. I was not connected to the internet at that time so when I checked my email later for the receipt it only stated 245pesos. Pls do not allow this driver in Grab taxi anymore. If I can get a refund, I would appreciate it. Thanks
arrival time sucks
Heard you got one of the toughest technical test for your developers during the hiring. You might want to get them to rewrite the algorithm to ensure your drivers do not accept request if they are otw to drop off passengers. It was indicated in the app that the arrival time is 5mins, but it took your driver 10mins to reach me. In this case, was your driver Tan Yeow Lam, SHF717P. This is not the first time I am experiencing this and I do not understand why should I continue to support Grab if it does not save my waiting time. If we cancel booking, it will affect our frequency in getting response from drivers for our next request, but what are you going to do to ensure arrival time if you do not wish your customers to cancel the booking? What can you do to improve customer satisfaction.

This is regarding a Grab driver, Ronald Doctolero Campos, with plate number NP1056.
Someone I know booked a grab and this driver. So the passenger waited for the driver, but then driver was taking too long so the person decided to call but was answered by an enraged voice claiming he was exchanging cusses and foul words with the security guards and screamed at the passenger saying "kanina pa ako dito pero hindi ka naman sumisipot!" then the driver cancelled the booking afterwards, in which much to the surprise of the passenger because the person didn't even notice the Mitsubishi Mirage (Silver) with plate number NP1056 even passed by congressional ave, Quezon City where the passenger was waiting for too long. This driver, Ronald Doctolero Campos, is a lying piece of crap and shouldn't even be allowed to drive passengers much less have a driver's license. This incident prompted the passenger to book for an Uber instead. Driver'a with the likes of these are potentially unsafe and bad for business.
grab hitch
Dear grab,
I have booked a hitched on the 8/8/17 around 9pm for a ride to sentosa at 10.30pm and was on my way to the pick up point and the driver cancel my booking at 10.25pm. Might be partly because I was busy and did not notice he sent a confirmation SMS, but this cannnot be the reason as he could have called before hand especially when I was not late.
Another hitch was on 9/8/17 8am. I have a booking was before and the driver did not show up, tried to SMS but there was no reply and tried calling the line but It was unreadable. The best part is according to the map, the driver was stationary at pandan garden while I was waiting at sentosa.
Please do something about this or might as well cancel the hitch service.

Last sunday, august 6, 2017, we booked a grab taxi from lee street, mandaluyong to mercedes, pasig. It's very clear that it's stated there "INCLUDES additional booking fee of P40" then when we reached the area, the driver of toyota vios, TYV 418, jonathan salezer, was asking for additional P40! He was insisting that we booked a grab taxi so there's additional of P40 on top of the price. Unlike if we just get "taxi" or grab car, the P40 is included, according to him. And his driving was terrible! He kept on closing his eyes! He was very sleepy while driving. My companion even said we were like a boomerang because of the way he drove the car. I hope this man would get a lesson. TERRIBLE!

This is how it happened, I was trying to find the car
but it was not visible.Soon, the driver called me saying that he had already arrived.I waited at the given pick-up point patiently.After a few minutes, the driver shouted at me from his window to catch my attention, he was parked at a parking lot, blending in with the other parked cars.When i got in, He yelled at me for being late and how I should have cancelled and wasted his time.He should have made himself more visible if he wanted less of a delay, it's common sense!

It stated that in august 7, 2017 there will be 50% off without entering any code. But, when we got into my location and the driver confirm my ride it appears that it doesn't deduct anything. This driver scolded me vulgarities when he arrive at pick up point, he was driving around the car park for 2 complete rounds. Stopped in front of my and immediately give me rude remarks, even threaten to pick a fight with me when I already wave to him to inform him my location. He even said that he doesn't mind me complaining about his awful behaviour and left the scene without giving me a ride. Turns out I have to take another alternative to get a taxi somewhere. Please take legal action against this driver as I believe with this kind of rude behaviour towards his passenger, he would severely affect the reliability of your service.

After attending an event at Golden Bay Restaurant last August 25, 2017, a group of associates and myself were waiting for my friend's driver to pick us up at the said venue, However, the driver came and said that the car won't start. After a few tries and the car still won't start we decided to grab a car. Since I was the only one who had the application and with a pocket wifi I called the Grab and got a booking for estimated time of pick up was seven minutes. To our surprise, my friend's driver came rushing with as the car had already started. So I called Rodel Ermacio Bellosillo, with Plate No. YW 0369, Toyota Vios. LTFRB Case Number [protected] to cancel my booking and he agreed to the cancellation verbally without advising me to cancel by text. Being a sixty five-year-old retiree I would know some applications but was unaware that I should cancel the booking through text message.
I was not also able to answer his calls as my phone was on vibration mode and it was in my bag. Finally, when I read his messages he said that I should cancel and I said that I have cancelled. I even asked him how since my wifi was already on off mode. I never thought that I can text messenger through my apps and even without a wifi. Then this was his reply "Ulol gago kayo". And I told him again that I had already cancelled and that I am sixty-five years old. He again texted me back with "Matanda na kayo sinungaling pa". I will take photos of the conversation if necessary but may I request that this person is subjected to a disciplinary action for a very unethical unprofessional attitude especially to a senior citizen without due respect.
