File a complaint against a customer service from grab
Hi,
I would like to file a complain against a customer service staff name GHAMRIA{if I'm not wrong} from grab.
When he called me regarding my order, I try to explain to him why I key in the wrong deliver address. He keep interrupting me, not cooling me down instead. As a customer service officer, he should know how to handle customer listen and explain to customer but instead he keep raising his voice pushing all the fault to me and swift ash hand.
I'm extremely upset after his call, I found that I need to feedback to grab to guide him as a CO.
I never write such feedback before towards a person but this case is truly upsetting me a lot

Three things :
1. I ordered the first delivery from grab in 16:58 in 4 Sep, and no one call and the deliver just finished my order at 17:36 without any notification;
2. Calling the service center, the person said would deliver again in 30m, and after 30m, same thing happened, no one called, no one showed up
3. I Called the service center second time, the person on the phone told me I need to wait for fk another 30m, and the time was up again, still no one, no called, no responded
I ordered the food in 4pm, now is 7 pm, almost 3hour passed, I paid and got nothing. Center service didn't help anything, Anytime I called, it took me 30m to clarrifiied what happened and the thing still haven't been solved.
I am calling the hotline and phone was picked up but no one speaked anything on the phone.
This is a simple and easy thing, and I really doubt and question what your center service did.

At 2pm this afternoon 2 August 2021 I ordered a grab to pick me up at 261 Waterloo St. going to Cavenagh rd 81.
I texted the driver to come to Queens street instead of Waterloo because it was raining hard. I sent him a message saying that I was waiting at Queens street . The app said the driver has arrived, then I called the driver, but he didn't pick up the phone.
I rang many times, he still didn't pick up the phone. This is the second time that your drivers are un cooperative with customers.
I think they did it deliberatley not to pick up the phone and not to read the messages from the customers. I never had any problem communicating with other transport drivers. I even rushed to Waterloo street, but didn't see the car, I called again, the driver didn't pick up the phone. When he saw me waiting! then the driver CALLED! I asked him why he didn't pick up my phone, he said no communication, but why suddenly there was?
Grab car lost item
I booked a ride on July 7, 2021 from Wensha Pasay, the driver Mr. Froilan Gonzales pick us up at 8:10pm & we arrived in Santillan Praise Condominium at 8:31 we were 3pax my son was seated Infront & I seated at the back together w/ his GF, during our ride I collected the money the they owe me so, I used my phone Huawei nova3i calculator . I also grab my wallet from the deepest part of my bag so, I can put the cash . Then we arrived went straight to our unit . I was sleepy from the massage so, I relaxed for awhile before I gather my stuff in my bag I was looking for my phone & we found out past 9pm that night we called but out of reach & my Son also tried to locate via my Google acct but we failed.. we are not expert on this because it never happened to us. I panicked, because I have all my bank details, credit cards, photos, documents for work. That phone is my life & my work . As a freelance real estate agent my listing, clients contact is very important. Eventually, I found a way to log-in to my Grab acct then email a complaint on Grab help, Grab said that w/in 12 hrs I must contact the driver to retrieve the item. So, I called the number registered on my grab history, but the driver didn't reply or answer my call. So, we look for him on Facebook & we found to accts. I sent a message in Fb messenger of the driver but he replied on the 9th of July . After I had filed a police report as grab asked me to do & send it to them via email . The driver said that he was sorry, he forgot to check the back seat because he got another passenger right away after he dropped us off & he also ask the passenger next to me & his reliever driver no phone was found . I also paid a tracker app to locate my phone it was somewhere in Pasay . Surely, it was now stolen. Because, all 3 of us passengers are just in Makati.
My last conversation w/ the Grab lost item his name is JC said that now the driver is willing to talk to me at the police station.
I am a Grab subscriber so, Grab must answer to my complaint for payment of my lost item, damages, stress emotional & physical also the time, effort, money spent to try to recover my item . I don't have a back-up on my phone so, I have to start from the scratch .
Grab PROMISED safety, security, comfort & convenience . But during this incident I felt the opposite.

GPS sent Grab driver to the wrong address
I booked a Grab car this afternoon Saturday, 17/07/2021 at 5.05 PM.
When I booked a car, Grab apps automatically put me in Far East Flora, 565 Thomson Rd. It was the wrong postcode and address.
Then I sent the Grab driver a special message that I'm waiting at Sing298140, 555 Thomson Rd. The driver didn't seem to read my message.
Because of that, Grab charged me $3 for waiting fee, which I think it's not right!
The car plate number was SMW2941X, Purple Honda Shuttle, Driver name: Ng Teck Koon (Huang Dekun) 5.0
I never had any problems communicating with any other transport companies, your Apps doesn't seem to be user friendly.
unsolicited purchases Grab Makati
I came here to report unsolicited purchases from Grab Makati last July 8, 2021 around 3 pm The agent James claimed he was from BPI to increase my credit limit however to my surprise there was 2 transactions from Grab makati at 3:11pm 30, 000php and 3:16pm 20, 000php which to my surpised was credited to my BPI credit card account. I reported this as well to BPI and mentioned to report directly to your merchandise. Hoping for your prompt response

Malicious credit card charges
On June 21, 2021 at 2pm, a certain Anna Nunez Lopez introduced herself as Head validator of BPI Makati Head Office called me and informed me of additional credit limit on my card. She asked the details of my card which I innocently provided. To proceed with the activation of this increase, I am to send the OTP to her which was also given. A few minutes after, I received a text from BPI informing me of several transactions on my credit card for a total of P140, 000 without my knowledge. Only then did I realized that my credit card has been hacked. It appeared on my BPI text messages that the purchases were at GRAB Makati PH for 3 transactions of 2 worth P50, 000 each and 1 worth P41, 000. I reported to BPI but I was advised to contact and report the incident to Grab.

Overcharged me
I ordered food on their Grab food app. I received the food delivery on time without any issues, but then i noticed on my account that they had charged me twice. When I contacted their customer services department on the app, i was informed me they would escalate the issue and get back to me, But I haven't heard anything from them since. This is the first time that i"ve experienced this from a food delivery service. Very dissappointed.

My daughter booked my ride since I don't have the Grab app in my phone. I went to VRP Medical Center.
The driver shortchanged my payment. It's confusing, he gave the money but change was not given. He was in a hurry to help me get my things down . I Realized a didn't have my P600 change from a P1k bill i paid. driver has no working mobile number for his details in the app. Very shady. His name is Reynaldo Lopez. That's it.

1st your phone number for feedback is not working. This is bad and I dont want to have to use your app.
I have on many occasions witness delivery personal from your company whilst on bicycle and/or pmd moving about at dangerous speed on the stretch of pedestrian walkway from Sengkang square to the PCN. Just a couple of days back (4/10/2021), a cyclist approaching a bus stop at Blk 317B Anchorvale road was abusing his bicycle bell to force people disembarking from a bus to clear the walk - way for himself instead of (as required by law) to stop to ensure safety. Your delivery service was or is intended to be a service to the people but its getting to be a scourge (which is required to be got rid off). I hope your management can stop your delivery personnel from posing as risk to user of the walkway or else we the citizen would be forced to petition the government to ban usage of the walkway to perform your trade.

charging extra card payment for taxi ride
Dear Sir/Madam,
It is noted that there is an extra credit card payment of SGD$6.7 for my taxi ride trip : ADR-XQER3S8WWHV4 on the 30th of March 2021. According to the taxi's meter reading, the total payment for the whole trip is SGD $18.6 and it has already been charged to my credit card ending with 2398. Why there is an extra charge of SGD$6.7 for the same trip? Please advise.

Rudest taxi driver I have ever met, driver even raised his voice
This happened on the 12th of January 2021, I decided to call for a grab taxi as I had to bring my grandma and my cousin to a shopping mall. The grab driver's name is Lim Guan Hiang. When we were nearing our destination the driver asked the three of us who was seating in the backseat "is it turn left then u-turn" since all three of us does not drive we did not know which direction the entrance was at so we replied with "uhm the taxi stand please". Upon reaching the "entrance" which he said, I saw the signage that says "loading and unloading" and it was not the usual place that drivers drop me off at, I said "wait this is not the entrance I think the entrance is further ahead." at this point this driver decided to raise his voice at all three of us "you said its turn left and u-turn know what" so I decided to tell him where I think the entrance was at and he said "it's okay. Continue talking to each other" in a very rude manner and I could hear him mumbling to himself "talk. Talk. Talk". When we reached the taxi stand I was going to pass the driver the taxi fare. Here was how the conversation went.
Me: Uhm excuse me
'driver ignores me and looks outside the window'
Me: hi excuse me
'proceeds to ignore me'
Me: hello YOUR MONEY SIR
driver: oh 'takes the money and place the change down at the armrest'
I hope you understand how unpleasant this ride was and how rudely this driver was behaving. After many years of using this app, it is my first time having such a bad experience. I hope you take some actions towards this driver as I do not think that it is right or appropriate to treat a passenger or anyone like this. I also do not wish for anyone to have such an unpleasant experience that might ruin their day. Thank you.

I've topped up 10k to my wallet since I have to use it to pay food online. When I top uo, I received an error message saying top up unsuccessful. But when I check my bank acct, 10k was deducted. When I call the bank's customer service, she said the money is floating on your end. Please help me with this. You don't any hotline to call to. I hope this can be fixed
