Abusive and Harassment of Grab Driver
Hi Sir/Mdm,
I'm Hidayat, working as a public servant for 10 years. I hereby would like to make an official complaint regarding your Grab driver by the name, Mr Lee Jian Sheng.
Date of incident: 31 July 2022.
Time: 11.30pm
Location: Junction 10

On that fateful night while I was seated in the passenger seat, the driver(Mr Lee) was driving dangerously. On 2 separate occasions, I was taken aback by his dangerous driving while heading to my destination.
(Please see my Police report).
After alighting from the vehicle, I headed straight to my workplace. Mr Lee Jian Sheng came to my workplace and intruded the security barrier before he began shouting and hurling vulgarities at me.
Upon asking him what was the issue, he then shouted that the passenger door was not properly closed. Mr Lee then "challenged to a fight" and began using threatening words.
Security personnel came and told Mr Lee to leave the area.

Due to the Mr Lee abusive and threatening behaviour, I'm currently distressed and worried about what he can do to me physically and mentally. I'm also worried about my safety as he now knows my home and work address.
I seek your understanding and hope necessary actions will be taken to this particular Grab driver.

Your ridiculously high charges
Please bring your prices down. It is ridiculously high and makes the owner of grab look greedy for money. Not good for his karma. He might come back as a rat in Sudan.
Grab is clearly now using an A.I application to screw over its regular customers. It starts off with cheap fares, but as it monitors that you rely on the app, your prices shoot up from RM5 at the start to RM30+ for the exact same journey over time. Your monitoring the frequency of journeys and the destinations (work or leisure) and then ripping people off - if your algorithm says its a regular journey!
There are enough starving people now working as grab drivers, your simply giving me a reason to put my car on the road again!
Don't use A.I. Algorithms to blackmail your regular customers into paying triple or quadruple the fees for the same journey! Also you note the use of foreign VISA/MASTERCARDS and prevent foreigners accessing discount codes or discount offers!
Desired outcome: Reduce your fees nor ramp up costs to same destinations over time!
Cash in via Link bank account
I used the cash in via link card option on the Grab app and the amount did not reflect on the Grab app, As I checked and followed the instruction on their self-help option, still My Hard Earn Money is still not reflected on the app.
As I raise a ticket from the app and their social media platform, no one still gives me a defined solution or explanation on what`s happening on their app or with my money, I am now stoned as I am unable to purchase any food or pay my monthly bills and what scares me is that I am now overdue and now they create another problem on where should I get the payment for overdue fees, this is give me anxiety now because I don`t know what to do and I can`t do anything.
Desired outcome: I appreciate if they can refund it the soonest because it is my Monthly salary and I need it badly
lost my iphone 12 pro max (grey) and robbed of cash 12000 Pesos
I booked a grab car on 15 March 2022 at 2.16am from Wan Hao KTV to SSS New Panaderos. I left my phone I-Phone 12 Pro Max (Gray Color) in the car. When i realize it's too late cause I can't contact the driver as I dont have my phone with me. I get help from my husband to call grab customer service but no avail. The next day we went to grab office in Greenfield District Pavilion, Sto. Cristo, Greenfield District, Mandaluyong, 1552 Metro Manila and talk to your staff. Your staff track the record and gave me the driver name. The driver name is ALEX NOVILLA VICTORIANO and he is driving a silver Mitsubishi Freeca. His contact number is +[protected]. We tried to call him and asked him but he denied it. The worst part is HE used my Gcash Account to purchase things in Apple Playstore. Not only that HE also robbed me the cash amounting of 12000 Pesos. I wonder how grab hired a unreliable and dishonest driver? Attach is the booking reference and the photo of the driver.
Desired outcome: I want him to return me the I-Phone 12 Pro Max (gray colour) and also my cash 12000 Pesos. ANd make sure he is suspended by grab. I want to get an reply from GRAB in 2 days time.
Grab Car Cancellation

This morning (10/03/2022) at around 8.10am I booked a grab to go to my office, I have an important meeting to attend at 9.00am. The grab driver came after 5 minutes and at that point of time i was about to finish smoking and requested the driver to make a U-turn infront of my house which could only take around 15 to 20 seconds (so that i can finish smoking). Somehow the U-turn is required to proceed to my destination. I informed the driver once, he didn't U-turn and again I told the driver, he ignored me (not even looking at me). The third time when i mentioned, he refused to make the U-turn and suddenly he mentioned "trip cancelled" (at 8.16am). I then had to call for another grab which took another 10 minutes for the driver to arrive and this made me late for my meeting. I'm a frequent user of grab and never encountered driver with this kind of attitude problem. Please look into this. Thank You!

I ordered food last Feb. 25. I saw the correct delivery address on the application map but the food was delivered to the wrong address. The driver refused to deliver the food to the correct address and told me that he will report the issue so I can get my money back. I did not get the food nor got the money back. I reported the issue about the wrong pin but not about not receiving the food.
Last night, I took a grab car and the driver told me to report the issue to Grab. It will be better if I would also file a complaint. The more reports coming, the better. So I sent a report last night. The customer service replied that I only had 24-hours after the transaction is completed to report and get a refund. Because I reported the issue late, I could not get a refund. I was a first-time user and would not know the rules. Besides, the driver said he will report the issue so I will get my money back. Apparently, he did not.
Desired outcome: Get a full refund of the money on food, delivery, and tip.
Late delivery of food
Hi! I would like to lodge a complain for an absolute absurd, horrendous, unbelievable, and despicable service!
My wife placed an order at 7:56am and it was delayed and still not yet delivered!
If I wanted lunch I would have ordered at 12pm and not 7:56am.
I would very much understand a reason for a late delivery if it was delivered at 10am, even that you are cutting it close. But to have your order delivered 4hrs later is a case of stupendous failure of customer service. Listen Grabfood, if you have yet to have in place a sort of timer to take note of late deliveries, please wake up your ideas and implement such feature, at least it will show some semblance of care on your part.
Now, my wife had chatted with your Support and have request for the order to be cancelled, but your wonderful support team said it can't be cancelled as the delivery is already on the way but it still showed MY ORDER IS STILL IN THE BLOODY KITCHEN!

Incorrect order time - bug with the app at the expense of consumer

I have scheduled an order for a 6-6.15pm delivery time at 3.13pm and confirming it before I press order payment. Upon confirmation the delivery is changed to Now (3.45pm-4pm) and I straight away contacted Support at 3.15pm. Instead of helping, Support keep repeating that I have not scheduled an order. And they could not do anything, the driver allocated till the driver delivering. The ordeal ended at 3.45pm with no help at all from Grab end.

My GrabSupermarket Order No ID = GM-629F. Your Mart took the opportunity to clear bad food products to customers which is not ethical. I ordered a bag of Apples & plse see atttached a photo showing the apple is already split opened & I had to throw away. The bag of purple sweet potato I ordered is also old stocks - plse see attached a photo showing white bumps already on the skin of the potato.
For above 2 food items, GrabSupermarket should compensate me back for wasting my $ on buying these.

- Wish to book a Grab Taxi to 387 Balestier Road. Spore 329795
- Grab message asked whether I agree and to "Confirm Pick-up"
- Upon clicking on "Confirm Booking"
- $19.30 was immediately deducted from my AMEX Card
- However, the subsequent numerous messages that appeared kept telling me " Sorry, there are no available drivers nearby. Please try again later"
- Came 6.31 PM, No drivers were available
By 6.31pm, I gave up trying.
I went out to the main road to look for ordinary Taxis.
Managed to catch a Taxi.
What is my Complaint ?
How can Grab deduct $19.30 from me when no taxi could show up ? !
Simply ridiculous. Now, I have to write in to feedback and explain.

Misleading Terms and Conditions
I live in Thailand. Grab sent me an e-mail offering Covid insurance per ride. However there were two anomalies.
No.1 - Grab offered insurance for ₱7 per ride. Offering insurance for Seven Filipino Pesos per ride - in Thailand ?
No.2 - At the start of the advertisement ( incidentally - it was a very well produced advert) it is written that the insurance is applicable to cash or cashless rides. In the fine print at the end of the advertisement it states that the insurance is only applicable to cashless rides. Just a slip? Or a cunning twist to the insurance terms?
A well produced advert, spoiled by poor and careless editing. A mal-intentioned reader might see it as giving Grab a means of slipping out from its commitments in the event of a claim.
Desired outcome: The misleading terms and conditions should be overhauled and corrected.
Unethical behavior of a driver- He lied; charged a cancellation fee unfairly by Grab; my concern labelled as solved when it was not.
The booking ID : A-2RSOCALGWGO8. The driver showed up at a different location and when I asked him where he was, he gave me the excuse that he was new. So i waited with my friend for another 10 minutes. He never arrived and then I see on my phone that he cancelled and was charging me a cancellation fee. He had some nerve.
I reported this twice and instead of refunding me they said they gave me P50 in rewards. I didn't see that reward and aside from this Grab deducted 300+ points from me and it was labeled "awarded." How can I have been awarded when I couldn't book a ride Thursday afternoon?
Grab service has deteriorated quite a bit and the rides are more expensive. Why is that? I want the amount returned to my wallet.
I also know that Grab is the one that assigns rides. Drivers just don't randomly choose clients. Rides are almost nonexistent during rush hour or right before. I have not been able to book a ride almost any day by 3:30-4pm.
Desired outcome: I want a refund and that driver investigated for lying about the incident.
Driver cancelled and charge me 50 pesos for waiting but did not reach my pick up loaction
Ferdinand, the driver who accepted my booking cancelled my booking and charge me 50 pesos for 5 minute waiting even if he did not reach my pick up location and had just arrived in the wrong location not more than 5 minutes. Maybe he just need 50 pesos to earn more and just cancel bookings all the time.

Driver's ATTITUDE
Booked a Grab Taxi from KOTA RAYA COMPLEX to our apartment in VERDANA CONDOMINIUM, MONT KIARA, KUALA LUMPUR on November 28, 2021 at 3:57pm.
My friend who took the taxi with me lives not far away from my place and surely her place is on the way to my home. I asked the driver to drop her, it won't even take a minute to do so but the driver refused to do so. If he has to stopped I have to pay him additional of 5 Malaysian Ringgit!
So, I got out together with my friend and asked him to pay me back 5 Malaysian Ringgit for the extra distance I have to walk towards home. He refused and drove away.
Now, I want the whole amount to be refunded as the driver did not complete his task.
