I had extremely bad experience with GRAB CS located in northern region of Malaysia (Penang).
We have tried to register as one of GRAB online seller since Nov 2023. However our registration was not being processed untill end of Dec 2023 when we contacted the CS (several round). With reason below given:
1. All GRAB personel need to clear leave during year end so no one can support your inquiry
Later on, we found out the application was stucked in KL's reviewer side, the CS claimed KL personnel do not want to process because our file is at penang, so KL personnel just hold our application and sit on it. When we request our file to be transfer to Penang for Penang personnel to handle, the CS respond is cannot.
When we tried to call the CS the CS was angry and tell us he is clearing his leave. He will not work on our case and say our business is 'peanut' which he dont think he want to spend time on it.
I escalated this to Ms.Felicia (another Grab CS) with phone number (+[protected]). She promise she will fixed this but until today the problem still yet resolved.
Today, we contacted CS again, the CS personnel (with phone number +[protected]) said our application was turned down because our SSM content was not approved by HQ. I tried to clarify to CS she as misunderstand the content of of business nautre in registration. Try to call her but she refuse to answer me. Please see the screen shot of our conversation.
I am extremely disappointed with GRAB CS attitude as per said above.
I would like GRAB management to look into this seriously and fix the "bad apple" in your organization!
Desired outcome: I would like GRAB management to assign a helpful CS to address our application.
