unethical behaviour
I tried to take a grab ride this morning as usual at approximately 630am to the nearest MRT station in Sungai buluh. One driver accepted and asked me to cancel. I told him why do i need to cancel he said he isn't going there (but he accepted the ride offer) but KL Sentral.
I told him i am using my grabcash and it shows deductions of RM10, he called me bodoh (stupid) and threatened to take my RM10 if i don't cancel the ride.
This is not an acceptable act by a professional service that I am paying for. The next ride cost me RM12 to the same place and I was late to work due to this.
This is also the 2nd day i am facing difficulty finding a driver at 630am to the MRT station. It was fine before this.
I want the company to compensate me and take action against the driver.

I very dissatisfied with the service due to IT & Service. Request report no and refuse to provide. From my experience, you want close the case. I can't imagine how Grab Singapore managed the Grab Malaysia.

I have reported before for many times due to IT and customer service before but it's seems did not any action. The customer service think that all the driver not have any experience or education. In this case, we will start to escalate non stop in the social media in global and let GRAB CEO feel the image of GRAB will very success of poor services because of not qualified staff.

Chinese wearing Specs driving suddenly turn into a corner upon switching the turn signal causing me to jam brake and nearly caused a collision between the me and the car behind me! Is this how your drivers drive when fetching riders? And also.. He is constantly jam braking me when i sounded the horn at him! Please take immediate action by removing him from your platform before he endangers a rider!

Grab driver Padma Naban a/l Jayavel car registration number VBB4548 was dishonest when my 15 year old son took a grabcar ride booking ID no. [protected]-9-081 on the 26th of April 2019 at approximately 12:15 noon to visit me at University Malaya Medical Centre. He had alighted from the car after paying the driver only to realise he had left his a black ASUS laptop bag containing his laptop, charger and some accessories in the car. As he turned around, he saw the bag was in the car but the driver had driven off. He immediately called the driver using the application. the driver said he did not see anything in the back seat. He requested the driver to turn back so that he could look for himself but the driver refused. Upon coming up to my hospital bed, he told me what had happened and I immediately called the driver again. The driver answered the call but made it seem as though he could not hear me and kept saying hello, hello, hello for about 10-12 times. Only after a while did he acknowledge me when i told him that he had picked up my son from specifically Ara Damansara and dropped him off at Menara Selatan University Malaya Medical Centre. He only replied that he had picked up a lot of people today. I asked him about the laptop bag my son had accidentally left in his car but he just mumbled something. Only when I said that I was going to make a police report, did he say that he was a professional. A professional driver would have looked as passengers got off and reminded them not to leave anything behind. I had personally left my handphone on the seat only to have the driver point out to me that I had left something. I really feel that the driver was dishonest and should not have taken advantage of a 15 year old boy.
I proceeded to make a police report and visited the Grab Drivers Centre only to be told that the police will handle the case. It is very irresponsible of Grab not to handle these kind of cases quickly and efficiently. Only contacting the driver and sending me an email stating that the driver had not found anything is unacceptable.
top up by online banking but did not receive credit
30/4/2019 around 7pm, i was used MAYBANK online banking top up to my grab account, but there is none in my grab account, however, but the amount has been deducted from my bank account ... I was tried to msg but received the robot replied..totally not user friendly your applicationcation ..because of this incident and caused my trip was delayed.. i brought a long my baby under the rain, really bad experienced

This evening I order grab food using BOKBOK promo code to order food and this is my first time of using this delivery service.I ordered 2 set of Texas chicken, 1 is 1 piece herb & garlic chicken- comba A and other is 3 pieces chicken-regular combo. Unfortunately when I received that food, I realised that 1 piece herb & garlic chicken is not complete set which less of flavoured rice. cancellation of grab booking by the driver
This grab driver cancelled on my booking when we have already waiting for more than 5 minutes.. you guys have a new updates on when we book and we can't cancel after 5 minutes but what does it say when your driver cancelled after we have waiting so long. I'm very angry and disappointed with your service.. This is not the first time this has happen. If now we can't cancel a booking after 5 minutes, why does the driver get to do so and no penalty is given to the driver. It is unfair to pose a fee on ya for cancelling the booking after 5 minutes and nothing is done when the driver cancelled on us.

Its really regretted that my grab driver apps has been disactive due to required to register back without considering to give sms reminder earlier..i received reminder sms the same on last year but this year none at all..am not sure what happen to grab organization have you overlook my phone number..
To bad since i need to wait at least 5 day only i can start back to do grab services instead of 24 hours active..This is worst since is not failure at least i can standby or prepare other alternative back up source of income while waiting for 5 days..

At 21 april 2019 hours more than 1907 I accept three passenger from the jalan pantai (9/7) to the 6 g jalan bandar 7. When i'm arived the places of the buddhist building, three mens has entered in my car. Before that, I contact the whole passengers asking they are wet or not. They say not. After entered, keep driving mya car to address by waze applications. After arrival, I was check my three seats have been wet and smelled unplaesant. I contact grab emergency division and declare this matter and today I have send my car to carwash shop to clean up may car (seat) were are damaged. Total of claims is rm160.00 with resit.

I have been driving with grab for quite some time .
I had a customer who carried bag full of [censored] things and got my at worst condition. I decided to stop driving and brought to clean my car . Overall it costed me RM130 to clean the whole seat and carpets with stain with heavy dirtiest smell . I have been trying to get reimbursement from as promised from grab. Its been more than a month . No action taken. No details provided . But multiple email by asking prove of cleaning, pictures, official receipts with number, location, owner details, owner ic number, location to verify . Its so annoying. I am tired of this . I need this sorted out ASAP.

My name is mohammad. I want to report about a driver who was rude with us. Actually i booked a 6-seater grabcar from my home place to klia departure and i cancelled it and then i booked another one. The previous one showed up and he was angry with us. His car plate was BPG8131. Maybe i was a bit at fault and i don't want the driver to receive any penalty. I just want to ask if my grab account will be affected by any means. Im on my way now to klia. The booking was made on wednesday 24 april at 5.20pm

Grab Management is not trained, from my experience animal better then them. They forget one things, no driver they all not get hired.

The purpose of calling to your call centre is to address the concerns on a particular booking . But your illtreat staff keep annoying by calling Mr !

Since there is no proper place to wait i decided to send msg to the client. After 2 msg send without any reply i make a call via grab call and still no pickup. I make a normal call pickup and client told me that she never make any booking.
I couldnt wait until 5 min since no proper waiting area. I have to cancel this job but no option for this scenario.

My GrabPay is not working when I try to use it to book a GrabCar. It says 'Cashless payment method is not available for this type of service'.
I have followed all the guidelines in the Grab Help Center but nothing works. I have also tried to update the app, also tried to uninstall and reinstall the app. It does not work too.
The application accepts when I top up the wallet. The balance is more than enough but I cant use it to book a GrabCar. The message does not give any clue on what is wrong with my account.

I am a grab driver at klang valley area, my insentif bonus has not been credited to me since wenesday (10th April 2019) till today thursday (18th April 2019).
I have call customer service line several times, and they said that their payment team is handling it. The payment team said that they hold the insentif bonus due to suspect that there might be a fraud. Their SLA for this issues is 3 working days, but it has been 7 working days, and it is still under investigation. There suapect i'm doing fraud to the insentif bonus scheme that been provided by them itself, and plus they even select me as a platinum drive for month of April 2019. And yet they themself suspect i doing fraud on their insentif bonus scheme. Please can someone here assist me, and did any other driver facing the same issues.

Super rude grab driver today 16 april 10.50pm, plate number caw50. The system was having issue without being able to detect the actual location. We booked 4seat seater from airport without knowing that we have to book 6seater due to our luggage. There are one check-in in luggage which we thought, and we know it can fit a normal car. But instead of advising us the right way, he rudely asked, do you know grab rule? How often you used grab service? He then asked us to change drop of location from system, mumbling that we are being dishonest with the address. We left the airport area and stopped at petronas, waiting for us to update the location. I was having problem to repoint to the exact location and he did not want to moved the car. My sister then asked him, so we can't move now? He started driving. It took me some time and I decided to restart the system and the system finally managed to get the right location. Updated. I thought there is no issue after that. The car moved to our location and he missed the turn to our housing area. He stopped the car and asked where to go. I guess he didn't check the updated address or probably system issue again. But since the mood is already not good, the 'quarreling' started about the wrong turn. He then said (I don't want to translate this), banyak sangat bunyi saya turunkan kat sini je. It was dark, stray dogs everywhere, 10.50pm with 2 small and tired kids. We were super unhappy he said that and dropped ourselves with the luggage there. Paid the fare - no coins change received. We informed him we will make the report.

I have ordered my ice blended drink and specificly requested for whiped cream to be added and my drink came without whiped cream. I called back the cafè to imform my complaints and the staff who pick my called just appolagise and said they did not know and could not see my reaquest and blame the whole new system tranfering app to Grabb. I could not accept these kind of answers. Ealier the cafe even called me and inform my food is unavailable and ask me to change other items which is available at the moment .

I was booked the grab car WUG268 proton persona (Black) belongs to Mohd Fazli bin M sulaiman.. On 11 April 2019 around 11a.m i was booked tis grab car.. Once i get into the car within 5 mins he was cancelled the ride n told tat he unfortunately cancelled n he still continues driving.. I ask him to stop.. But he refuse ti stop the car.. I was open the lock n kick the door to open n try to jumped frm car.. He was stopped the car, n once i get out he was rushed without waiting anymore..
