I wasn't picked up for my booking
This morning I ordered grab, booking accepted by mr faiz bin abd talib using proton saga (green) wyt4323 (please refer photo attached). I have waited since 8.30 in the morning but suddenly the driver send message which asking me to cancel the booking eventhough he already hit the pickup passenger button. The driver don't even reply me any messages regarding this issue. I can't even cancel the trip because there is no option to cancel the trip. I have to booked using other apps to go to work since that I can't book using grab apps anymore. Until now, 9:57 a. M the driver still not cancelling my order/drop off. The grab apps still showing you're on the way (refer my phone current time and "you're on the way" and "eta" from the apps. Please banned the driver whose causing troubles to others.

1. When i entered the car at pickup point, he doesnt wait till i fully closed the car door and start driving
2. Driving recklessly, at one time the car run over a beam at U-Turn
3. Driving fast and suddent break
4. No smile at all. Not even a word
5. At arrival point, he ask us to leave the car before we arrive directly in front of the lobby main door

Today I want to complain about your company register driver (vehicle no: JNS 790) services is very bad and no polite. He parked in drop and run link more than 5 min., this is Seriously affecting the car behind, he is also swearing and making indecent behaviours and gestures. Is this your company's image? As a registered driver and a professional driver in your company, he also represents the image of your company while he is serving the customer. I hope that your company can face up to this problem, otherwise it will destroy your company's image in the public and customers will lose.

Saya adalah pelanggan Grab Car yang tetap, kerana perikhidmatan Grab adalah yang terbaik bagi saya berbanding perkhidmatan lain. namun demikian pada 19 oktober 2019 jam 12:55 minit tengahari telah menjadi pengalam paling buruk bagi saya dan keluarga kerana telah mendapat pemandu grab yang amat tidak beretika, bidap, perkauman dan menganiaya emosi kanak-kanak.
untuk pengetahuan pihak tuan saya telah menggunakan perkhidmatan Grab dengan Booking ID : ADR-[protected]-9-018 pemandu bernama Choong Yoke Ching (ALZA warna purple), telah bersikap biadap dan menunjukkan sikap marah kepada pelanggan, hanya kerana tidak berpuas hati terdapatnya kanak-kanak bersama saya dan pemandu tersebut mununjukkan sikap yang bengis, marah dan mencemuh sambil memandu. saya amat kecewa dengan sikap sedemikian dalam masyarakat majmuk kita, adakah ini nilai-nilai sebegini patut di tunjukkan? saya percaya jika ini berterusan imej Grab Malaysia akan tercalar dan buruk jika pemandu begini terus bersikap sedemikian apatah lagi jika pelancong asing yang merasainya.
akibat perbuatan dan sikap biadap Choong Yoke Ching yang memarahi anak saya yang berumur 3 tahun menyebabkan menagis dan kejutan., selain dari itu dia juga mengugut untuk memberhentikan kenderaan ditepi jalan. adakah patut dia bersikap demikian?

We keyed in the correct address but the driver brought us back to the same pick up point and insisted us to pay the fee and argued with us that we keyed in the wrong address. Worst of all is that he dropped us at a random place and excused himself by saying that he has another passenger to pick up so he had no choice but to drop us at a random place. This is the worst experience and service I have ever encountered
rider steal resident helmet
On 14 th october grab food rider came to our building One Soho to deliver food.
However after delivery the guy steal the helmet of the resident as per the below video.
This is the 2nd incident in our place and no action taken by Grab on this.

Oleh itu saya ingin menyatakan ketidakpuasan hati saya Dan ingin membuat rayuan agar pihak grab menarik balik penggantungan saya.
Untuk makluman saya merasa tidal puas hati Kerala kebanyakan cancellation tersebut adalah dibuat oleh rider Dan human oleh saya.
Malah boleh dikatakan pada setiap hari saya menalefon centre me makluman perkara ini iaitu ramai rider yang cancel order Dan saya khuatir akan akan digantung. Call centre me makluman mereka telah take note laporan saya Dan beritahu saya jangan khuatir Dan saya tidal akan digantung. Namun akhirnya semalam saya tetap di gangtung.
Saya agak kecewa dengan sikap call centre driver yang tidak memainkan peranan bagi membantu para driver dalam hal seperti ini.
Sebelum ini saya pernah digantung selama 2 minggu Dan ia amat member kedai kepada saya utk mencari pendapatan Kerala saya merupakan driver sepenuh masa. Saya juga amat berhati hati slepas digantung 2minggu dalam menerima tugasan saya.
Oleh itu saya merayu agar pihak grab menarik balik pergantungan saya ini.
Saya merupakan full-time driver yang pergantungan sepenuhnya kepada pendapatan grab ini. Saya juga telah lengkap semua psv Dan evp yg di minta.
Saya first baru member kereta baru untuk memainkan grab ini bagi member ikan keselesaan kpd pengguna Dan meningkatkan imej grab di malaysia. Bagi mana saya hendak membuat insurance bank kereta saya jika saya digantung seperti ini.
Saya amat berhati sekali bagi rayuan saya diterima.

driver has another passenger on board and finally cancel my booking
I booked grab car to go to the airport, and when booking was confirmed I noticed that the driver was going to drop off another passenger before he picked me up. After dropping of the passenger instead of coming for me, he called and told me that he needed to drop the passenger to Kajang (which is 45mins drive away from my place) then only he can come to pick me up.
I do not agree to this so he cancel my booking.
How can such thing be allowed? I have waited for 10minutes only to have my booking cancel and then re-book? This is unfair to the passengers as if we cancel after 5minutes we will be penalized and yet Grab get away with this kind of treatment?

On 4th OCT 2019 at around 8.20pm, i am a grab driver and i made a call to customer service careline to check my KLIA airport waiting status and Ms. Yat was the one who answered my call and her replied was rude and non informative to me plus ignoring my questions just like a ROBOT with rude attitude. I then asked for her name for me to make a complaint and she just said Yat. I really hope this kind of customer service experience will not happen again.

Since the past month I've been trying to log on to grab. My account is linked to facebook so every time I tap on 'continue with facebook' the page just keep loading and nothing happens. I have grab pay account set up in it so I really need to use plus i am a platinum member. Pls reply ASAP. Since i need grab everyday i would have to ask my friend to book grab for me.

This was the second time in a row (for the past two weeks) where I was assigned a driver who had yet to drop his previous rider off. I waited for more than 20 mins before he came to pick me up. In such, I was late for my appointments despite earlier planning and bookings.
Please do not assign drivers who have 20+ mins until they drop off their current passenger. It is terribly unfair for both the rider and the driver, who then had to apologise profusely while he zips through the routes.

My father-in-law was injured. My brother-in-law call grab but the driver refused to send them to the hospital. His reason was no parking at hospital and too many car at the hospital. Is this how your services? My father-in-law was injured at his head. I will tell anyone I know never ever get a service from GRAB anymore. Please take action about this serious matter!

You can see from the pictures that the grab drivers go in the opposite direction on purpose and tell you that they are stuck in traffic and you need to cancel. This gives you a negative rating and then cannot get a grab. It's an absolute joke that grab Malayasia does not fix this problem as I know a lot of people it is affecting. If they don't want to take a ride, they should've not accepted it or become a driver in the first place. Very dishonest drivers

Previously, I'm using grab from lrt ara damansara to citta mall is around RM 5-6 but now it is around RM 8-9 and the maximum that i have seen is around RM 15. For me, the price is unreasonable. I understand that we have choice to choose which e-hailling provide the cheapest rate but I also hope that grab can provide rate that is reasonable.
Yesterday Sunday 5th Jan 2020, I had 2 rides to & from my house to aeon shah alam and both rides I was not given the superheroes promo price.
So both rides I paid in full instead as usually a superheroes promo price of less rm3 per ride.
Please do the needful and refund the amount back to my account.

Just want to complain your rate from Kampung Unta, Lahad Datu Sabah ride to main city which is cost for RM10. It's too expensive while the distance is not so far. Yesterday also, I want to ride back home from Sabah Chicken Rice Lahad Datu and it cost RM20. Too much.

The driver didn't want to pick us up and just said sorry don't know where and asked me to cancle and when I asked him to cancle he just keep asking me to cancle the ride!
The driver so easily asking for cancel just because saying the signal is lost. Im waiting for 20 minis then the driver just easily saying signal lost.

This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory grab car service by your company. Alright, my booking was accepted by Mr Yong Hui Hing (Car plate : VBC9455) with the booking number ADR-[protected]-9-030 @11:45p, 26/9/2019. The waiting time was 3 min, that was pretty good right? Time passes really fast, 180 seconds has reached however I do not see the car is moving on the apps itself. Okay, I understand it could be due to the unforeseen circumstances like bad weather/ apps hang/ traffic/ dead kitten on the street and so and so and so. Well, another 15 minutes of waiting, I then decided to call the driver to confirm on the booking, He doesn't pick my call nor sms me. Okay, I canceled the booking then.
Then second booking at 12.04pm, WOW, such a coincidence. Maybe I could say its fated. Same driver accepted my request. Everyone deserves a second chance, right? For this time, I decided to call the driver first. Mr Yong claims that he will be reaching in a very short while @my guardhouse. Of course, he tried to prompt more about my house no. Same, the car wasn't move on the apps itself. I'm a sales expertise, i've liaise with different kind of person and voices, by talking to him, he sounded like he was at home rather than in the car reaching to my guardhouse as per his claims. After 30 min, then the car was started moving on the apps and he notified me when he was about to reach my guardhouse. Know what? He doesn't came straight to my house, without knowing any reason and inform, he just let go the apps to canceled my booking after 5 minutes?
About 45mins from the first order to the second till it was cancelled by the driver, he got alot of time and chance to provide a reasonable or acceptable cancellation excuse but why dont he make it when he ardy realise that he couldn't arrived on time ? Im a sales girl who ready to meet up appointment with client, but this action from the driver was really frustrating and speechlessed.
I regret to say that I am literally disenchanted by the service provided by your company this time. I never complained about any of your driver on my past services but this time it was a big letdown.
I demand a concrete response, explanation and the next course of action for this poor service rendered from your end. If I dont receive any response, ill blast thru your social media. Thanks.
