unprofessional behaviour of grabcar driver
I cancelled a Grabcar and I think the line was bad because it was raining and I was using data so he didn't receive the information yet. He called me multiple times and sent me inappropriate and unprofessional messages like bodoh babi. I was scared as I was alone and he had my information. Please improve this.

saya sangat kecewa dengan pihak GRAB
yang seenaknya menurunkan performa, memberi pelanggaran kode etik.
saya atas nama HARRY URANDA(yg tertulis di akun GrabCar, dengan ini menyatakan ingin sanagat amat menghapus akun saya. tanpa harus ke kantor GRAB.
Masih banyak jalan untuk mencari nafkah bukan dari aplikasi online Grab, masih banyak aplikasi lain yg lebih peduli dengan drivernya.
dan untuk di ketahui saja, di aplikasi lain performa saya tidak pernah turun dari 4.8 sedikit pu... kalo tidak percaya, boleh di cek ke aplikasi tetangga, kalau saya ada penurunan perfoma... dan bertindak tidak wajar, ... yg ada reward dari pihak aplikasi lebih untuk saya(drivernya)

My niece took grabcar plate number WVU152 from arau ETS station, later driver ask her to drop at GIANT hypermarket Kangar because he doesn't know the address located.
How could he become grabcar driver if didnt know the location, if not he can make phonecall to ask the location.
Luckly he drop my niece at hypermarket not in the middle of road.
Lesson learn ask somebody if you didnt know

My first experience. The driver is not friendly when he ask me to grab the back chair for the back seat as we are tourist never use local van so in the dark night i cannot see what he ask me to do until he is raising his voice infornt of my family..along the road he cursing the other driver infront of children also using horn twicely ambulance van.. as the car infront of him drive slowly..it look like the driver is not highly patient just to get extra side income

Saturday 19th August I am using my wife's facebook. I am Benjamin a senior citizen of Malaysia. I speak this as a warning to Singapore citizens who visit Johore Bahru. please boycott Grab for some time until their services improve. At 2 pm we booked a Grab car. We have been waiting for 35 minutes and still the driver hasn't arrived. we see driver is 6 minutes away then driver is 12 minutes away. and when the driver cancels my wife's promo codes are cancelled one by one. please judge the situation. is Grab defrauding customers?

Hi grab, today I met one of your grab driver that is very rude. I was taking back 10 banners from a printing place back to my office, which the banners are enough to fit a normal car's backseat. I kindly asked him if it was ok to wait a few mins for me and the printing shop seller to put all 10 banners in his backseat, the first response was scolding me for putting at his backseat. So I asked again if it was ok, then he was ok with it. After putting them in the backseat, I sat in front, he asked me where i'm heading, I mentioned my office place and he scolded me again saying I should be telling him how to go. I said he has the waze to refer to yet he expected me to show him the way, someone who is not familiar with the path (I recently joined the office). The third time he scolded me again was when almost reaching the office I asked if he could wait a few mins for me to take out all the banners from his backseat. He was scolding me saying 'awak nak saya angkat semua banner awak ke?' without even allowing me to finish my sentences. I could not tolerate anymore and scolded him back. This is the first time I encountered such a rude driver from grab. All these while i'm a grab user and he is the worst. My friends advised me to report him, I just finished work and have time to do so, your app is currently not able to accessed. Please take action on this driver in the screensho below. Initially I only gave 1 star rating and want to ignore, but after listening to my friends' advises I believe it is important that you know and also other future grab passengers will take note that this driver is unfriendly, unpleasant and very rude. hello, I have booked the grab car at 6:15pm today 21st Oct 2019, but the driver didn't come to pick me, I dare not cancel as my grabpay credit and rewards point already had been deducted, I keep calling the driver to ask what happen but he didn't take my call. Bad thing is it's raining and and the sky become so dark now, what can i do? 2 old couple stand at the padang brown car park under the rain waited for so long is very suffered and driver should cancel if he cannot come. if he cancel, I can re book another grab car, but he didn't cancel, I cannot book another grab car.
After waited for 1 hr only he cancelled my booking, he should cancel earlier like 30 min or less and not 1 hour, hope you can do something to improve your serivce.

I have experienced with reference to below ride.
Some drivers are very rude and does not have a sense of professionalism ever.
I advised driver to stop for 10 seconds after 100 meters as my wife had some issues and she had to step out of the car.
The cab driver abused me and called me a cheater and used unprofessional words. Unfortunately i could not record it. It came to a point where I felt not safe to be in the car and I advised him to drop us on the way and cancel the ride.
As expected he dropped us and went all ahead till the destination which i checked on my phone.
The problem is, the drivers know the gaps and they can manipulate them against us as the organization is blind.
Worst service ever. I miss uber. They never had issues where I felt a rude behavior.
May its time to use the normal teksi service. Atleast they dont over charge and those people know how to do customer service.

failed to register for grabpay
After i have registered my account, it says that " Sorry, your mobile number has not been registered for Verified by VISA authentication " . But when i check my phone number, it was not a problem . I've changed my phone number again and again, the verification code sent to my phone, i used it and i always change my phone number successfully . But when i keep on trying to register for the grabpay, it always says that my phone number was not verified by the VISA authentication . I hope you can help me to solve this problem as soon as possible . Much obliged .

The issue concerned here is during the drop off. The driver's device/app seems to miscalculate and projected RM10.00 as the fare, which is without applying the "JOMGRAB" promo code. But it is clearly presented in the above pictures that the fare should have been RM5.00.
We complied and paid RM10.00 regardless. No picture was taken of the driver's device screen, but he did show us (passengers) that the fare projected on the screen was "RM10".
I hope that you will be able to look into this matter and act accordingly.

The driver told me that he want to saved my hp number because he wanted to be my friend. Then he asked me if I have Facebook account because he want to see my photos there. I am not interested making new friend with him bcoz i'm married. This is the 1st grab car driver i've met with bad attitude.
The grab car registration no ST7227Y and his name is Mohamad Idris Goh.
The driver personally talked to me to cancel trip on the grabcar application after he reached to pick me up. When i asked why, and he explained to me that if i did not cancel, so the grab car company will deduct some points or top ups from his account.

Today which is 13th july 2017, on 8.45am - 8.55am I booked a grabshare, because all the grab car from taxi to premium there all no grab available, thus I make my options to grabshare, because I have to make my way to klang from puncak jalil, finally when the grabshare arrive I was so glad because finally got cab... the extremely bad attitude of crazy driver
I booked Pann Ah Fatt (VG 5382) Brown Perodua Bezza just now. When he said he arrives, I cannot find his car, so I give him a call. What happen is he answers my phone with a very very bad attitude and he is extremely no manner. I spoke to him politely, and politely asked him to drives in front of Ossoto KL (the place where I request him to wait), but he didn't arrives too, after I wait for about 10 minutes, I cancel it since I am rush of time to bus station. What I angry is after that he call me to scold me since I cancel his car. What a bad service attitude and this make me really disappointed on Grab car service. where the hell is my driver?
This happened at around 1am. My driver (Ferouk effendy, wsf 5311, toyota corolla) did not appear but yet my app said that i'm "picked-up" by him. I waited for him for more than 40 minutes, text didn't reply; until I started scolding him than only he replied with a simple :"sorry, cancel pls". Oi hello i've waited close to an hour! And what's worst? This stupid app thinks that this lazy [censor] is otw to my destination with me inside his car so I can't even cancel the ride; I can only click on "i've safely arrived at my destination". So what this means is, I paid ferouk for not fetching me! My money? Burn! My time? Burn! My promo code? Burn!

Last week I book grabcar it was Vios black colour with black tinted. Name of driver is Howard Liew plate number SAA3353A. When go in his car I a heavy ganja smell, I no choice cause heavy rain. I feel headache cos he drive very fast keep overtake car. I saw a bong beside car driver door. When reach a traffic light he ask me got any friend taking drugs cos he say got sell just contact him will give commission. I think he is police cos have a logo police on the windscreen (but after I ask my brother he told me anyone can get the sticker). I shock how come have this kind of grab driver? After I check his background on fb get with his friend he are robbery, cheating money, gangster cheat a lot of student girl give them drug and sex, but his wife donno anything and taking ice anyway of kk. At here I hope grabcar do something on it. Thanks.

We went to pgrm menara today to buy some siamese fighting fish foods and baby betta food then after that we called a grab car and we get on the car then my friend sit behind the car and he forgot to took his phone while his taking other thing out of the car then after that he told me that he forgot to took his phone when we reach a Mamak ( Indian restaurant) to drink. We barely remember the driver car plate number if not wrong its WA1916T which is Perodua Axia and the driver is Chinese this is the detail we had and we cant remember his name on the phone but all we do is can wait and hope the phone can be returned to my friend. lastnight i book that grabcar for this morning 4.30am to klia2...lastnight grabdriver has confrim with me and promise 4.30am will come my place to pick me up. but when 4.30am this morning i call him never answer my call...and just now 5.00am he just call me say he forget already. my fly on 6.00am this morning...so what i need to do? that is first times i get problum like that by grab car. driver number. Sorry Sir, sorry to hear your bad experience but I don't think Grab have pre-book functions. Use grab app to book on spot, don't take drivers phone number and do pre-book because grab will not be responsible for the act.

On 24/1/2023, approximately 6.30pm a Grab car vehicle registration no. PNP9717 came out from a left lane in Jln Mount Erskine, Penang and knocked into a vehicle registration no. PAT 51. Both parties agreed to make a police report but till today 31/1/2023 driver of PNP 9717 still has not made a police report.

The recent updated app driver profile cannot be seen after press the confirmed button. Previous version can view the driver profile, car number, type and colour. However, the updated new version cannot be seen, I have to take time to identify the driver's car even when it's arrived!

Hi im using grab daily for going to work and come back from work... my daily fair will be Rm5.00 cos my house very near to malaysia check point for safety reasons i take grab going back home.. the normal fair is Rm5.00 . Start from last week the fair increases to Rm7.00 .. can i know is the sudden increases prince happen?
