driver not aware pick up and drop off
Driver heading to my destination without me (passenger) . She clicked the arrived button and automatically the map showing her to my destination and she keep on driving to my destination . She supposed to pick me up first then drop off to my destination . Then I called her and hve to explain where my house at . Explained and waited for the driver for an hour . She refused to cancel and i cannot cancel her because its already in transit (even im not in her car yet) Caused me late 1 hour to work . Was not very professional and im not very happy about it . menggunakan grabcar untuk tujuan peribadi
Hai.. Saya pengguna grab car nak buat aduan sebuah GrabCar Bezza VCE9259 pemandu lelaki melayu telah menggunakan grab car tersebut untuk tujuan peribadi. Mengambil penumpang perempuan dan bawa chekin ke hotel di shah alam pada 29 Mac 2019 jam 10 mlm. Pada jam 2. 00 telah kantoi dengan isteri beliau di hotel tersebut. Pekerja hotel itu yg bgtau itu isteri beliau dan lelaki tu telah menempah hotel bersama perempuan lain. Itu ke sikap pemandu grabcar tersebut. Mohon pihak grabcar malaysia menyiasat dan memantau pemandu tersebut kerana telah melibatkan keselamatan penumpang wanita yg lain. Apa akan jadi pada wanita yang naik grab tersebut.

Impolite grab driver
I have set up the exact location where I wanted to wait for the grab car. Im pretty sure I set up the exact location. However, the driver didn't stop at the location I have set up. I set up the location is at pos laju ampang (which is I guess that is only one location to set for pos laju ampang.. No other locations). I was just standing right in front of the main door of the pos laju. He called me after 4 minutes and spoke to me loudly. He was really rude as if I purposely made him to wait for me. He told me he's in front of kptm where I don't even know where the hell is the place. He sounded like he was so annoyed but actually he's the one stopped at the wrong location to pick me up. I guess he waited for me at the other side of the pos laju ampang which is the lorry of pos laju to the back entrance plus at that time I didn't even know where is it. Im not even familiar with the place or area and how could he expected me to go to another location. I really hope prompt response and action will be taken for such poor service. I got a message form grab saying that I have a cancelled payment on 3 april...so until now I cant pay with card. at that time I dont realise that I using cashless payment method so I pay using cash to the driver...that time I from berjaya time square to university malaya in the evening..please help me to solve this problem quickly..I need to use the cashless method urgently.
driver almost risk up my life
Today 5 apr 2019, 10.34am, my driver (law chee heng), vac5078 had almost putting my life in danger. Due to his poor understanding toward geolocate apps like google map and waze, he had got into a lot of wrong path, and even stopping at the middle of the road and being confused. The car just pass by and almost hit us. He drives very fast and irresponsible too such as never give signal. Besides, he said rude and swear words in front of passenger. This is a complete unpleasant experience, and I hope grab can seriously take action on this. Because stopping at the middle of road and do not know the ways of using waze could be a disaster. This will not only affect passenger's time, money but will risk our life up!
dishonest grab driver
Karthi a/l S. Segara car plate MCT 7298 was not being honest.. My dad took a ride from KLIA 2 back to Banting. My card was being charged and yet he took cash from my dad knowingly that he had receive a card payment. We tried contacting him 0162991374 but fail to reach him. I would like a fare of RM 65 to be refunded back to me urgently. My dad had a chat with him through out d journey yet he had no courtesy of rejecting cash from an elderly man. Please earn a honest leaving and not curse as you have cheated my parents of their money.

driver never showed up
I ordered a Grab from Platinum Suites lobby to go to Block E, Damansara Perdana, at 1am on Fri, 29th March. I waited and waited but the driver never came and he never had the decency to even cancel the booking. Waiting for me to cancel it eventhough he was the one who never came without any notice. In the end I had to cancel the booking after 30 mins because I needed to get home and your driver who accepted the booking didn't even bother to show up. I hope you can rectify this issue and not allow it to happen again. This is so irresponsible and not what I expected from a company like yours.

I Dino made a Grab Car reservation called Usman Bin Anwar Grab Car number plate VAV 759 types of silver Proton Ertiga vehicles on March 28, 2019 at 8:16 PM at night about I am located at Mcdonald Putrajaya Presint 2 to return to Presint 9 about 1.5 kilometers away and when I and my family were waiting for the reservation, the car was coming and I was arrested, arrogant and boastful that the driver just dropped the car mirror next to the front passenger without stopping the car was so rude and said "booking 4 people can ride up to 6 people because he saw us a family approaching the driver's car and the driver went on speed without asking further, I was grumpy because the driver did not stop the car listening to my previous explanation that I was a family of 6 people who were involved in a child but me and my eldest son was riding a motorcycle b I was just about to send my wife and children to the car I had not opened the door she had circulated, this driver for me was not a customer friendly and did not have a GRAB driver because of her rude nature that passed away without hearing my explanation and family, GRAB CAR management take action to this rude driver .. thank you GRAB CAR ..
irresponsible drivers illegal parking
I am complaining as a concerned Xiamen University Malaysia student. Drivers have been parking illegally at the side of the road leading to the campus's entrance. As such, they have been hindering the student's and lecturer's movements in and out of the campus. Not to mention the recklessness and the inconsideration of some drivers that do not use their signal lamps as they were leaving; one would only imagine the consequences as others were to enter the campus at that moment.

On 14 March I booked grab . I used my 1190 points (RM10 Off) to deduct the payment of rm16.When I press redeem button sudently the msg pop up something went wrong. And I try again for the 2nd time 590 points(RM5 Off) and the msg came out un sufficent amount. So that means my point already deducted. I need to pay for full amount. Pls reload back my point which is I didnt used it.
I already called the help center three times and sent email for report but a week ago still the same ..please seriously address my issue.thnk you

i would like to complain about the drivers that i have encountered since couple of times. I guess the driver wants to earn 100% of grab fare. so I encountered this second time. Driver cancelled the grab even i was already in the car and drop me off safely, but the thing is, I wont have the receipt of grab and any black and white to claim back from the company. On the other hand, its not ethical to cancel the grab without any reason if the passenger is already in the car.

My phone number has been suspended for more than 4 years and I have appealed more than 4 times and up to now there is no reply from Grab. I am now a senior citizen and I may need Grab Car to see doctor. How can Grab gives such poor customer service and does not show compassion to needy customers. Up to now, there is no reply. I took a flight frm KL to Penang for pleasure. I took a grab near Yu Yang Sang Penang to Gurney just now. I called the driver to inform her the exact location esier for her to locate me, she asked me to cross the road, I refused, she straight shouted out "[censored]" to me through the phone.After got into her car, she continued argued then she called grabcar centre complaining that I am "The Unreasonable Passenger". Then she abandoned me by the road side opposite Gleneagles. What would happen if I meet with robbery? Or meet with even more horrible insident? What would happen if it is at nite? Who should be responsible if anything bad happen? Grabcar Or The Driver? This driver's emotional behavior had put Grabcar passengers' life in danger. This is an irresponsible action. I called Grabcar Centre and made a report. Thank God that the officer incharged named Deeta had politely handled my report, she then gave me the report No#[protected]. If Grabcar need any further verification, i am willing to fly back to Penang again in order to coop with this verification.
rude, road bully and dangerous grab driver
This morning at 10.25 am 24.02.2019 I was on my way to pantal dalam from pj othman passing beacon kindergarden which is in seksyen 5 when I was to turn to my right a car with the no. Plate wsq 6957 which was a silver toyota vios with a grab sign on that was supposed to stop on the left side with the signboard berhenti, whose suppose to stop just pass through and almost knocked my car and when I honked at him, he stoped all of sudden in front of my car and started to show his middle finger and refuse to move then I honked at him the second times and still he did not move and there were other cars behind me that could not pass through. I am just concern about the type of person attitude who knows that he is at the wrong and still goes on to do such things. My child was in the car and he got very upset with this situation driver grab and road bully. How can I trust grab in the future like this kind of person attitude. I dont think is very safe for custumer to take grab and how can I trust grab anymore. I hope you will take immediate action against this person. He is a road bully when he stop on the road without let car pass throught. Enclose is the video of what happened.
