I want to complain about driver (booking number: ios59360835009)
A driver whom named Ehsanudin bin Omar (NCL8926) was an impolite person, it's okay he didn't see my message and go through to the location I tagged. It's okay I didn't say anything about this and walked to the location I tagged. But he started to say impolite words to me in grabcar, said he come from the far way and you guys think take grab very easy and so on. I didn't reply him everything and I knew that he scared I give him a worst comment to him because he also knew that he already doing wrong things. Before I reached my location, he forced me to give him 5 star rate but I still doing same things because I scare he will do something to me. If you check the system would show that that trip is 5 star rate because I was forced to rate it! Please the grab service can point out this problem! It really a very bad service I never meet before since I take a lot of grab from the beginning! What the hell is this!i can sure that a lot of people doing same thing with me!

please cooperate with the current grab price, I always use grabs and get back to work, and the overpricing price makes me hate to use grab, do not let us have to complain to the ministry about the matter. and now the driver No.phone is not displayed, if my phone does not have credit and need to use other phone to contact the grab driver how? please cooperate and consider this. for the only 2.0 km you take up to RM18, we are just ordinary people not the ministers sons, please understand. I take Grab car every morning to school from taman desa to Pudu around 5.30 in the morning and i use to pay only rm10.00 and just two days ago the price has gone up first byRm1.00 and now by Rm2.00 so i have to pay rm12.00 which is pretty expensive. Why the sudden jump in the price and at this point of time i feel Grab car is overcharging the passengers. Grab cars are parked in taman desa area and refuse to take passengers simply because they want airport passengers and i will get a grab car coming from another area to pick. Kindly explain why this is happening.
driver did not show up
Yesterday, Thursday 02/08/2018 around 5.58pm I made a request from a grab in order to go back home after I finished work. I requested 2 destinations. First, from Green View Motel to pick up my mother there, secondly to Riverson Suites (to pick me up) and lastly to Edmund Labunda which was our house there. But the driver replied he has emergency but reluctant to cancel the trip himself as he was the one who wasn't able to pick up. Please make sure that this won't happened in the future, we don't want this kind of grab drivers. It was very unpleasant&inconvenient to grab riders especially when they have emergency. This is not my first time encounter this kind of problems, but many times. If this case came from driver's problem from the auto correct, please kindly settle this problem. We only want a genuine driver who willing to pick us up not this kind of driver.

Driver kurang ngajar, kami di marahi, saya dan ibu saya sedang menunggu di farenheit, bukit bintang malaysia, lalu kami menunggu saya diberi tahu saya salah memberikan lokasi, padahal tidak, kami sudah ketemu dengan mobilnya, sampai di dalam mobil kami di marahi sampai ibu saya memohon untuk diantar, karena kondisi saat itu sedang hujan. harsh driving, rude, force to give 5 stars
I'm very upset with this grab driver. I've been using grab for almost 4 years. This is the worst driver that I've came across. Since I get in the car, he force me to rate him 5 stars. I said I'll rate once I arrive only. Then he started driving in a harsh way. Overtake all the cars, honking and all. Even the other drivers on the road, scolded him. Me as a passenger was afraid to be in the car. Then, because of his over speed driving, he missed the turning point to my location and he started to shout out to me that I should inform him. I just remained silent, he again shouted at me. Please do take action against this driver. It involves people life. Thank you.

I have ordered a grab from the Senai airport to the Sungai Rengit and the price has been fixed rm121 after that, grab driver has telephoned me and stated the price changed rm240 I received it since the time was already late and the driver grabs the reason the driver grab send me he will be alone and no passengers after sending me. and on the way he told me to cancel the trip. I would like to ask the Malaysian grab whether this would happen if there were no passengers after sending passengers or I might have been deceived by the grab driver? I hope that nothing else happens again. this will also undermine your own reputation.
driver cancelled but sending without record
I am The working in Friendship hostel in kampong Malabar, Penang as a receptionist.
On 29/7/18 4.16am I make a booking for my guess ( 1 lady)going to Penang airport, who stay in my hostel which I am working, when the driver arrived to pick up the passenger, the driver cancelled my booking.
But actually the passenger already on the car, why the driver pick up the passenger and cancelled the trip ?
I double confirmed with my guess is she arrived airport with this car no. WUE5598.
She told me yes she came to airport by this car.
This is not safety to the passenger because I can't trace where the car going, is it dangerous to passenger if the driver doing anything to the passenger.
Hope to take any appropriate action to this driver.

I would like to make a complaint about my driver (Grab) due not listening to me. Today was sunday and the road not to jammed and i request to not use the road with toll and mostly if took road with toll the trip quite long than isual (road not with toll) . He refuse to listen then i have been charge three tolls in my trip instead of i can use the road without toll. For me he not professional
the new app changes did not have my saved favourite list bookings
suddenly, the grab app features was changed after i became a gold member. however, i did not like the new features because it did not have the favourite or saved booking destinations as the previous one did. also, can't seem to use the scheduled bookings, , when is this feature going to start working?
and why can the help feature have messages so we can direct our query instead of picking a preselected list of items.

Your drivers have been verbally harrassing passengers especially women and girls. For Grab to hire these drivers who might be predators is INTOLERABLE and UNSAFE!
For the sake of your name and most importantly the safety of passengers, I urge you to thoroughly check the background and behavior of drivers you hire and current drivers as well.
Your drivers ask inappropriate questions such as these:
1. Are you living alone?
2. When do you want to have dinner with me?
3. Can I visit you sometime?
4. Are you single?
And your drivers have vulgar and inappropriate replies. It may seem they are trying to make conversation and be friendly. However, they step over the line with negative intentions and is often felt uncomfortable by the passengers.
So, your drivers should have an adequate level of the language english, malay or chinese so that they make casual and service friendly conversation with passengers if they wish. Never beyond that on their own consent.
Your intentions have been misred by your drivers by encouraging them to engage with passengers. Please rectify this immediately before it worsens. Soon enough people will notice this with a voice be it through complaints, social media, word of mouth and etc. We need your services, but we also must have the safety of using it.

unable to use grabpaycredits
've been trying to top up using cards and wallets, they write there that I can use debit or credit, yet when I put in my debit card details, they tell me invalid format?! I've rechecked multiple times, and im 100% sure the details are correct. Online banking doesn't work for me too. Every time I click on cimb clicks, it just loads to a blank page. What can I do to fix this problem? Is it me or is grab? Even friends are facing the same problem. So we're not quite sure what to do. I use grab often, it would be nice to use grabpaycredits, as the rides are way cheaper than what I usually have to pay and it saves me a lot of money. Although other complains would be to upgrade your gps system. Many drivers have complained to me about your gps leading them to wrong routes, or not being able to find a specific location, I as the customer have problems finding locations as well. Maybe reduce cab fares? Cause I see your promos are first come first serve and it honestly sucks, kinda miss uber cause they didn't have those. Also the amount of points you have to collect for one reward that only allows you a few ringgit off one ride is ridiculous. Lastly, do something about your app in general, there were many times where I would click on a notification, but the reaction/loading time is so slow, sometimes it doesn't even load and i'm sure it ain't my internet connection. Others have experienced this as well. Please do something about it, if you're gonna monopolize the darn market, do it right.
extremely rude grab driver
Immediately when she contacted me asking for my house number she sounded rude. It happenned that i booked for my dad and eventually my dad was a bit late. However, this driver scolded me and repeatedly calling me and pushing me to get my dad ready immediately. Even if my dad was abit late should she as the driver scolding the customer and being rude when we will still get penalised or pay for the ride? This was the most horrible driver and worst service experience i had ever experience.
Pls take action on this rude driver. So rude to a customer, especially having a customer as old as my dad.

expensive and ridiculous high ride charges
i been using GRAB for years now (I am their platinum member), all the while from my house to my work place is around RM6 (Max RM9). Since now they have taken over UBER, the charges has shoot up (even though GRAB promise will not increase the charges).
Now the charges to travel from my house to my work place (3.4KM) is RM12-RM19 even during non peak hour.
Meanwhile in another app they charge RM5 for the same travel distance. i have attached both receipt below.

Hi, grab, today I met one of your grab driver that is very rude.
I booked for a ride to go to jonker street.
Pick up:
The pin to my location literally pins in the middle of the building graph automatically. The pin is correct as it is showing the building is the correct location with the correct address.
I was disappointed with your grab driver,

As he follows the gps and that his gps shows that the pickup pin was at the back of the building.
I correct him as I was waiting in front of the building that is the only main entrance/ exit for the building that I have pin because at the back is for car park entrance/exit/ emergency exit to this building only.
He asked me that he had arrived and he was at the back of the building
I correct him and reply that I was in front of the building and not at the back of the building, he asks me to go to him because he doesn't know how to go in front and I reply drive around the building.
I understand that the gps can be incorrect as I had witnessed, new grab driver who still haven't adapted to the grab system and waze before.
He arrived at the location and saw me as I was waving ensuring that I was the customer for the ride.
He stops 20 steps away from where I was.
There was no car blocking, no jam, the road space is enough for 2 cars to past by his car, I do not understand why he stops far away while he can just stop his car right in front of me.
I was waving, gesturing for him to stop in front of me. But he stops the car and shows an attitude hand gesture asking me to go to his car. The attitude hand gesture had me taken back a bit. I got a bad vibe and every step that I take I was debating should I cancel this grab car or not.
I did not cancel and open the car door.
He says my name to confirm that I am his customer for the ride and I sat at the back and my fingers were at the grab emergency button for my safety if anything happens.
And he drives straight and passes by where I was standing that I had wanted him to pick me up.
On ride:
He says ' you should have sent a notice, say to pick up in front of the building because the pin says behind'
I show him the pin that was showing, that the pin is literally pinned on top of the building graph.
He says ' it is your fault because mine says it is at the back and I don't know this place'
The way he speaks have a hint that he was annoyed by what had happened
I have booked many grab car and most of the grab car driver always arrive in front of the building and I do have some grab car driver that make the same mistake as him, that is waiting at the back of the building because they do not know this area.
I did say sorry for not sending a notice about that.
I usually don't usually make conversation with the driver because I mostly use my phone or look out of the window.
But because of the way he speaks make me say to him
"sir, I am sorry but most of the grab car driver always pick me up in front of the building and if they do make mistake like what you did, they say sorry because they follow the gps and they do understand that the gps can be incorrect and most of the grab car driver don't know this place sir and your voice tone sounds harsh" because he was still annoyed by what had happened earlier.
He raises his voice and answers ' no my voice has always been like this'
We as human, we can know if something is not right. His facial expression showed that he was annoyed and also his voice tone.
And I reply ' I am sorry but it sounds harsh to me, it would be nice if you speak softer and not raising your voice'
He was mad and say that his voice is like that as his voice tone gets higher and higher.
I say ' sir, I am sorry but this is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced'
He says ' you are riding in my car and you have no right to ask me what to do'
I am the customer, I pay him to send me from location a to location b and also provide good customer service.
I say ' sir, but I am your customer, I pay you to send me to the location that I need to go and you are raising your voice'
I asked him in a held back annoyed but still want to be polite because I am afraid of him as he can drive away and maybe do something bad to me.
He says ' I am a grab car, not taxi, do you know the difference between grab car and taxi? You are riding in my car'
The difference is that he is using his car and I know how much should I pay beforehand I booked a grab car.
But the main purpose of grab car service is to send me a customer from destination a to destination b, safely and provide a profile of the driver that I can share to family or friends in case anything happens to me that involves during the process I am in the car and also a good customer service.
I say ' sir, I am a customer and at the end of this ride I can rate you from what I have experience and this is not a good customer service you are showing'
His attitude is rude.
He says ' you want to go to police sation, I want to complain to them about this, you are assaulting my voice tone'
I don't see why this is an issue that can be reported to police as this is mainly because I asked him to speak softly because he keeps on raising his voice and was angry because from what I have stated to him to 'speak softly'
I answer back 'this issue is not something that worth to be reported to police' because this is a petty argument.
I think he wants me to be scared because it involves the police.

He asks ' where do you live?, the place that I pick you up is it?'

I am pretty sure what I say ' thank you, sir, and have a nice day' annoyed him as I was annoyed also and he ruins my joy mood of going to jonker street.
But I stay positive, walk around h&m store, to get me cool and calm and I say to myself ' that experience is not worth to spoil my day'
But I am here to complaint what I have experience as it is not right for anyone to get that type of service from any grab car / grab taxi driver.
As there is a quote "customer is always right"

This man is making grab company name look bad because of his attitude.
If more people get the same bad service from this man and people speak out about their bad experience and people listen and the main name that will be looking down is the company name that is grab as this man is working under grab company name.
If this keep on happening, customer rate will be down as they will change to uber or a different type of similar service that grab provides and this can lead to no customer, no money income, no money = no business, no business = company bankrupt.
And as a normal person, we need money to survive to buy for our daily needs and life is hard without having money to survive in this era.

I booked a grab using the grab app and waited for the driver for 20 minutes. He calls after 20 minutes and starts yelling at me for nt being there so I asked him where he is cause ive been waiting for him for 20 minutes. And he told me he's at a location thats not even the locaion that i chose on the app to be picked up from. He procedes to yell and cancel the booking. I was very dissapointed as i had already wasted 20 minutes waiting for him and it took me another 20 minutes booking another ride and waiting for another driver, plus the fact that he was extremely rude when it was his fault not mine. Please advice what I can do about this.
the grab driver started and ended the trip without carrying me to the destination
This morning, I booked a Grab from the pick up point to the destination as per photo attached. I am waiting at the pick up point, but the driver has no show, but still started the trip and ended the trip without fetching me to my destination. I have be charged the trip fee, and I have submitted the query to Grab Malaysia about this issue, but Grab Malaysia never respond to me.
This kind of irresponsible driver, Grab Malaysia should take their action to suspend or permanent terminate them, to avoid the clients get cheating.

I was very dissapointed with your grab driver, Mohammad Hafeez Bin Radin, perodua axia, flat no: SAB7285V who cancel my book without inform me the reason. At first, he said "wait for a while". He suppose to pick me less then 3 minutes drive because his location is nearby. But after waiting him more than 5 minutes, he just cancel my ride without any reason & not inform me at all. I hope Grab customerservice can look into this matter & take action accordingly including give a warning to the driver & If I may request, pls blacklist this driver for me so that next time there's no possibility I may book this driver again. Tqvm.
