Good morning, I had booked a ride from Kl sentral and to be transit to plaza damas. I was waiting opposite the hilton signboard/drop off and pick up area and the grab driver insisted that I was not there. She called me and started yelling i was not there. Meanwhile waiting I realised that I was in transit but I had not even been picked up. I called her to cancel as I wanted to book another driver, she started yelling and I turned to look for her and she was at the wrong lane. As I entered the car she still kept yelling at me infront another customer as well. She dropped me off and did not even say thank you and grabbed the money. Such inappropriate behaviour to her customer and I am disappointed as I have been using grab two years and never had this problem. She did not even speak basic english and was rather difficult to explain anything to her. Thank you.

I am full time driver renting Bezza VBP 2457 and i met an accident on Friday 6/7/18 whereby a blue taxi hit behind the car in which was clearly not my fault. i send the car on next Thursday to the panel workshop and since that day my Wallet had been deducted with daily rental payments. I was told that the rental shall stop and tried calling every channel i could but to no avail. the fleet partner told me its going to be at least 7days and how am i suppose to find the money without any means? the insurance claims dept giving me a lot of excuses and the person from Green Rentals told me i have to bear that cost and Grab support centre havent give me any help at all. plz help me

driver cancellation issue
I make a booking at 9.04am and driver of plate WD 1776B, On Jin Wei was pick my booking.
This booking is my trip to work. Is from Lembah Maju, Ampang to Low Yat Plaza.

The driver was inform me need waiting around 15 mins and I reply ok few times. Then just wait the coming.
Around 5mins this driver go do cancellation and let me do a new booking without noticed.
Luckily the booking fees still same and no high fare was shown also the estimated time arrived still under control so I can do the booking again but this is a worst experience I haven't before since last year try the grab as my transportation to work at the morning.
Hope the drivers need cancellation or late come just inform us and if we, passengers no willing to wait and we will cancel by ourselves.

This company is now operating and said grab
will launch grab pay for food and beverange in Malaysia.

Member fees is RM50 and they said it is like MLM you can earn up few thounsand.
I scared they will cheat more people so I double confirm with grab.

My name is Eugene. Today (11Jul2018) around 7pm+ at Salak South area, this driver double parked beside my car. And :
1) did not leave phone number on dash,
2) hand brake was pulled up (I cant push away his car),
3) I have horn about 10mins, driver did not show up,
4) I walk into the shops nearby, to look for the driver, couldn't find it.
5) waited about 45mins, other car behind me left, and I reverse my way out.
I am very unhappy about this, being a grab car driver, don't even know basic road ethic.
And, I and truly grateful, if you can get the driver to apology to me.

complaint on the rude behavior of a driver named lee yong wee
I booked for a ride to the Court today for a case this morning expecting to arrive to the court in time. I am having boxes of documents to be carried to the court. I am shocked when I was greeted by the a rude driver. I expect grab drivers to be polite and helpful but unfortunately I was treated as follows: -
1. Questioned on my intention of book a grab when my other colleagues have not arrived yet. However I have explained that my other colleagues will be here shortly as they are in the lobby.
2. Threatened to leave in 5 minutes if my other colleagues did not arrive in time.
3. Constantly nagging on why I did not book a 7 seater car when I have lots of documents to be carried to the court. However, his car (which was a Nissan Almera) was large enough to carry 3 passengers and all of our documents.
I am very disappointed on how I was treated this morning. Grab car will never be my first choice of transport if your drivers do not possess such basic politeness or manners.
parking inconvenience caused by grab drivers
I would like to complain about numerous grab drivers who take up precious parking spaces meant for customers of my business premise in BED Sutera, L1, Pacific Sutera, Sutera Harbour Resort, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. They are turning the parking spaces here into their parking station while waiting for passengers. And they are also giving a bad impression to potential customers of my business since they are always resting in their cars, hanging around in groups and talking loudly.And they are doing this everyday from morning until evening. Mind you, this is a five star hotel environment and any such above-mentioned antics will result in bad reviews for my business premise.Please kindly advice your drivers not to behave in such a way and not to obstruct potential paying customers who wants to get a parking space. I am complaining to my previous grab driver that molested me this midnight.
me and my friend was booked grab at masai area around 2:30 midnight. but before we enter to the grab car we asked the driver if he can send me to my place. so it will be 2 places and i told him that i will pay for extra cost. and he agreed. then after he dropped first my friend at m condominium and he asked me to check if how much from m codo to my place then i was check it on grab apps. it was 10rm from m condo to my place. then he he searched also how long kilometers it will take. then he asked me to pay him each kilometer for 1.50rm then i dont agreed. i told him that on grab apps is 10rm only then he asked me to do book for another driver if he is the one who get my booking then he will send me. then i did book for another driver and he was the same driver so he agreed to send me. but then when we on our way to my place he asked me if i know the way then i told that i dont know then he talk back to me he said then how i dont know also the way and i told him how come u dont know u can open ur maps then u will know then he answer me that maps not working also and he told me that he cannot send me, i told him he accepted to send me if he cannot. then he told that im rude. then he suddenly asked me to go down while we in the middle of the road i said why u will ask me to go down and why he very angry until he wanted me to go down and im a girl then he suddenly will ask me to go down at the place that i dont know on the midnight time. then i told ok i will go down but i will not pay for ur trip becoz he not send me in my home and he became rude and unrespect me. so i go down from his car and he went down and follow me. then he keep shouting shouting on me until he go to me and slapped me then when i say some bad words to him he holding my both arms and punch me and slapped me again. until i bit him i did self defense on myself. until people see us fighting then he told me to stop and let him go.my face swollen coz of the punch from him. i did police report this morning and medical. i have evidence for what he did to me.

I have recently set up and updated GrabPay wallet in my phone app but after this my grab price is highest than before .Before i using grab wallet form my working place to my house only need 2-5minute, the price RM4 for the highest time also only rm8 .After i updated grab app, the minimum price is start with RM7 TO RM21 ! .With a same price my friend use is trip for 15 to 25 minute is this possible !?

Hi, I would like to load a complaint on reckless driving for one of your grab drivers. On 8 july 2018, at about 4.50pm at taman aman jaya residential area (I have photo if u need it), your grabcar with registration plate ajl 6635 (white color mitsubishi triton) suddenly stopped and then reversed the car in the middle of bump (straight road). There was no traffic on the road. He just reversed his car like never saw my car was behind him. Eventually, he hit my car (front) using his car (rear). At that moment, he never had the mindset on getting down from his vehicle until I went down from my vehicle and look at him through his side mirror while point at my car (you had hit my car and it was totally not fine at all). Then he only went down from his vehicle and have a look. He said I am so sorry about it because the front of the road is blocked (because he is no familiar with this road since using gps) and I am not purposely hit your car. Then what he meant is no need to make any compensation since he has apologize and not purposely doing it. I was like "are you kidding me?" so we started the argument and ended up he refused to pay anything at all as he thought he was not wrong at all. As a result, we decided to make police report. Before I went there, I capture the image of his car (front and rear). I only realize that he don't have road tax. Whatttttttttttttttt! So this is how the grab doing their business nowadays! They never check their driver offences after they approve it. This driver accumulated total fo rm1323.00. Don't have any responsibility and very rude. Now I am planning to pay myself for the repair of my car as it is not worth to claim the insurance (affect the ncd).

reckless grabcar driver
Hi, I would like to load a complaint on reckless driving for one of your grab drivers. On 7 July 2018, at about 11.40pm at Persists Setua Dagang traffic light (left is Setia City Park), your GrabCar with registration plate BKR 7055 suddenly stopped really close with my car at red light. I was startled but brushed It off (that's when I spotted the grab lightbox on the dashboard). However, as we proceeded to turn right towards Persiaran Setia Alam and kept left up the ramp to traffic light junction, the traffic light turned red but BKR 7055 which was ahead of us attempted to run the red light with cars already coming in from right. It nearly caused an accident as he did a emergency brake and pulled the reverse gear.
The reverse gear was in shift the whole time the car was stopped at the traffic light so we were wary and kept distance behind. Sure enough as it turned green, BKR 7055 was still in reverse and jerked. Thank god the brake was on so the car didn't suddenly speed backwards. As we moved along and turned right, it seemed that he was unsure of direction.
Pls investigate this driver and make sure he fits all the safety criteria. I am appalled to think of the safety of his passengers and other road users. Thank you.
grabpay method of booking grabcars/taxis
I have recently set up GrabPay wallet in my phone app but noticed that when i booked for grabcars/taxis (any) which has the option of cheaper (60%off) rides with grabPay vs credit card or cash, bookings are never made by the grabcar/taxis drivers. I tested this by swtiching to credit card/cash pay instead (normal price rides) and then suddenly bookings are easy to get. Why was this featurre GrabPay made with cheaper rides when the grab drivers are not going to take these cheaper bookings?

The driver want me to pay by cash, I told him I usually pay by credit card, anyway my sister paid him RM13 by cash. When I want to download the receipt, Ride Fare was RM 0

bad behavior from grab driver
By 25th june i requested a grab at Langkawi, and I cacelled that after half an hour the driver HARSON BIN AHMAD who is droving car KIA PREGO Platr # KV8056C called me and ask me where i am ? I naswered soory I cancelled the request then he statyed to shout and sYing very bad words aginst me and tried to thriten me . He was actually impolite and very badly talker .
I wanted to call the police but my wife just saying to leave him and stop this .
Yes, I have a similar issues. The driver share there frustrations very indecently upon cancellation. Very unprofessional.

Grab take 25% commision rate from new driver and 20% from grab ambassdor, which is very unfair! It should be all standard and make it 20% or at least, 25% for new driver, and it will reduced to 20% after the new driver complete a fixed number of trips! Therefore, it should be fair and square! Otherwise, the new driver will get demotivated as they being charged 25% commision rate forever!
