Green Dot review: Card being declined

i went 11/09/23 and got this green dot card i paid a 1.95 and put 250,00 0ne it total cost 251,95, i activate the card and downloaded the app, on my phone, the app says i have 242,00 dollars on it and on top of that you took 7.95 for a monthly fee.

I try using my card. at fusion buffet in Pascagoula Mississippi It was declined, I called stayed on hold for about hour and they went through all the process of trying to find out why it was declined I was told try it again in an hour and I go back to the c-pack and the dollar general. And it still declined it this was all on 11/13/23. then i tried again on 11/14/23 at Walgreen's in grand bay al. where I purchased the card, it still declined it. I call green dot back again. and they said they override the declines. to try it again I got back in my car went back up to c-pack in Grand Bay al, and I tried it again it DECLINED it AGAIN.

this is not good business you have my money tied up, and I can't get to it if I ever get my money off this card I will keep cash in my pocket. before i ever buy another card with green dot on it again.

dissatisfied costumer and very unhappy with your customer service because you cannot understand them you need to hire some people that talk the English language,
