I booked a bus via Greyhound for Aug 25, from Los Angeles (Hollywood /
Highland)- 1658 N Orange Dr, 90028 Los Angeles to San Jose Downtown. The bus was scheduled for 11:45am and I reached at 11:31am.
I reached the exact address provided to me in my ticket which I have mentioned above. There were 2 other passengers waiting there for the same bus as well.
We tried to track the bus but the tracker provided by you guys was showing no data for this bus.
Further, we called customer care as it was 12pm and the bus had still not come. The customer care very rudely just said that the bus has left which is impossible as there was no bus that even crossed that road from 11:30am to 12pm.
We were standing there till 12:30pm and there was no sign of any bus and your customer care was very irresponsible and careless in guiding us. They did not care to even update us the status.
Clearly, there was no bus that was functional as no bus crossed that road and there was no data on the tracking app as well.
So I request a refund for the bus from LA to San Jose.
Desired outcome: I want a refund for the same.
