I Joined the gym first week of November 2019 and was told the first month is free and I can cancel within the 30 days. My account was debited twice in the same month, and the said the other amount was for maintenance. My package is 299, so they took the 299 and 399. I went to enquire and was given an attitude which showed that they don't know know what they talking about. I tried canceling in the same month and was only told about the cancellation fee for 20% of the entire 3years contract. That's steep. Can management please resolve this as I'm not winning with the consultants as well as the administration there. May you also ensure that you train your staff to give us full information, had I known that I was not being told everything, I wouldn't have joined, what makes this worse is the fact that I signed an online contract which I couldn't read before signing. This really has to stop guys!
