I cancelled one of my gym contracts and froze another in November 2019. I am still being debited for both contracts. My emails have gone unanswered. I spoke to a lady in the account department by the name of Dimakatso who said her supervisor Phillip will contact me after following up with the lady who was meant to have cancelled the contract. When I called to speak to Phillip this morning, he put the phone down in my ear after giving me attitude, as if I was ridiculous for asking for a senior person to speak to.
