I experienced the worst customer service at Hifi ever, I've opened an account with Hifi and been approved, they've contacted me to collect my card but couldn't give it, I had to go back for nothing they were wasting my time to go there, they informed me that this was a IT problem but couldn't fix it, I still receive sms saying I have to collect my card this is a big joke they are really playing with me.
I've bought a pot set only used it a few days only to find it out that the pots are all rusted I am very disappointed will never go back to that store.

Product delivery and goods damaged
My son bought a 65 inch sansui tv on Friday morning via online. It was delivered yesterday but it cane damaged out of the box. He immediately phoned and reported the product and was promised a call back. He needs the tv as he is working from home. This is getting ridiculous. Defy fridge
I bought a defy solar fridge. First got the run around. Then I picked up the fridge without the solar panels. They said the will deliver but still nothing after a week. This is wonderpark branch. The service is really bad. I must return the fridge and get it somewhere else. Really poor.

I bought a sony tv 65 inch cash at hifi corp in mafikeng about two weeks ago and i was promised that it will b delivered after few day and even now it is still not delivered. Sad part is i have to call the store constantly to request the updates n they keep on making endless excuses n i really fed up of their stories

My lenovo laptop
I booked the laptop on the 11/03/2021 it was still under warranty. Even today it's not back yet At hifi corp Mafikeng The crossing. They don't give me valid feedback on my laptop. I bought the laptop last year at Jabulani mall hifi corp on the 13/05/2020. My reference number is [protected]. I payed the courier of R300 on the 08/04/2021 to partserve channel support. Fridge that broke because of staff
I bought a fridge today at hifi corp in clearwater gauteng as aswell as a TV and other small things totaling 20000. The fridge was 6000 and we were supposed to get transportation from the company to get the appliances to our house. But after waiting for the transportation that was late we decided that they could put the appliances on our personal vehicle because we couldn't wait for the transportation any longer. Two members of the branches staff tied the fridge to the back of our bakkie (and they didn't do it well), we drove about 100m not even out of the gates of the mall when the fridge fell over and the glass broke. The branch falled to take any responsibility for their staff's actions and we had to leave with a broken fridge that we had bought 10min ago. I paid 6000 for a brand new broken fridge.

Hifi corp have poor servive I paid my account in full on the 10 April 2021, till today I am struggeling to get them to clear it on there side, my account is paid up in full and then they took an instalment so how long wil I wait to get my money back. Sansui smart tv issues/refund
I bought the Sansui Smart Tv at HiFi Corp, Carnival Mall in August 2020. The Tv starting giving me issues the 2nd month when the picture was flicking and going blank. I sent it back to the shop for asking for a refund. I was told no it needs to got to Sansui for an inspection, it come back after 5days and they tell me no the issue is the software and that has been sorted out and will never happen again, and yes the software was indeed change/updated.
2nd time around the TV does the something while i'm working. Drove to back to Hifi Corp and told them I want my money back guys, no we will ask Sansui to credit us then we can give you back your money. Okay sharp I wait again for like 5days, they call me to come collect the TV. When I get there the lady tells me the technician at Sansui said they can't give you a refund because the TV is only coming back for the 2nd time so should you bring it back again the 3rd time then we'll refund you. I ask so what did they do to the TV? No he changed the software again...
3rd time around I bring in the TV with the same issue! TV is flickering and goes blank. I'm told no the TV is doing this because we pressed the buttons on the TV, I mean the TV is mounted and we have a remote... so these people actually don't want to refund me, when I bought this TV cash.
Mind you the warranty will expire in August 2021, so I know they dragging this so I don't get my refund.
I'm really not happy with the horrible service I had to get regarding this whole TV issue.

Laptop
I bought a laptop ( Connex notebook) 2 weeks ago at wonderpark, when I entered my email address the @ button was not working so I returned it to their branch at Mabopane central city. I wanted to buy another brand which cost me a R1000 extra so the said the best solution is to take a gift card, I took the gift card and said I'll be back on Monday, yesterday, they don't have any stock and I need the laptop for my assignments. I want to be refunded to go buy the laptop somewhere else.
Desired outcome: I want my money back to go buy else where.

I paid for an item that was not delivered
We bought a stove online last week. It was cancelled on Monday morning. I received a cancellation nr. On Tuesday afternoon the driver called and said he's on his way. We told him the order was cancelled. I called Customer Service who advised the driver said the stove was delivered at 5. It was not true. I did not sign for the delivery. I asked for a copy of the delivery note and a pin location of the address. I was advised they will escalate the matter to the online team. I called again today. Same story from Thembisile and Sithembi who advised the Online Team does not have a contact nr and there is no one in management who can assist with my refund

22 March 2021, I went into Hi fi Corporation Middelburg Mpumalanga to exchange a tv box after I phoned the Secunda branch within 14 days after I bought the item I told the lady that this thing gets so warm I am afraid that it might cause an electrical fire. She told me to bring it in when I have a chance. We do not have a hi fi corporation where I stay so I have to do a special trip Yesterday I thought I have to be in Middelburg I might as well take it with. I entered the branch and the assistant very politely told me that the manager is not in, he then phoned her and se said that she is weekend off and do not want to talk to the customer. I heard her Due to Covid we cannot just pop in at a branch, this is the second time I had a problem with merchandise I bought from Hi Fi Corporation - I will rather support Takealot, but I will make sure I tell everyone about my bad experience at Hi Fi Corporation Middelburg it is now clear to me why I was the only customer in the shop. Repair of tablet
Purchased a lenova tablet on 24 june 2020... Warranty of 1 year. 5 months after purchase the tablet wouldn't switch on or charge.
Took the tablet to customer care in woodmead. I was told the repair would take 7-14 working days
I specifically asked if the technicians required the charger and was told that charger was not needed for repair purposes. Approximately a week later I was requested to bring the charger.. Which I did.. Only to be told again not necessary. On tues 26 jan I was requested to bring the charger in.. It was required. Furthermore, the repair would need a new manual book in sheet... Again 7-14 working days. I refused to log a new book in and demand that I receive the repaired tablet, or a replacement tablet by monday 1 february 2021

Wrong item delivered and still awaiting refund
I bought the volkano pico tws series earpods online and they delivered the wrong item, and after weeks of waiting for the matter to be sorted, they inform me that they no longer have stock of the item that I purchased. Now that they have collected the wrong item that they have delivered, they are taking so long to refund me. I am very disappointed with the service.

I have logged a request for assistance in November 2020 about things added to my account every month and different amounts and have till date not received a y feedback as to why and for what. I have also requested the total due to pay my account clean. And not even on that query have I received feedback.
I went to Hifi Corp in Festival mall the lady said she will contact head office to provide me with feedback and even she could not assist me. She phoned me once told me she is still struggling but will keep on trying. This is very poor service from HiFi corp
