Oven Sansui
Good day, I ordered a Russel Hobbs 1.7lt Kettle and a Sansui 9lt Mini oven on the 52/11/2021 order no **********91, I recieved the Kettle on the 29/11/2021 awhile later on the same day another courier said he had a delivery for us, it was a mini car vaccum, I refused to take possession of that item as it was not my order. I have been in correspondence with a few people from HIFi Corp, however I still have not recieved the Sansui 9lt Oven .Their last email was - `Our people have let us know that your order has arrived...we`re all about service at HiFi Corp and are always looking for ways to improve`, The oven has not arrived at my address, I have photos and a video of the couriers who delivered here, I hope HiFi Corp are very proud of themselves for upsetting all my plans for my wifes bithday. I was at HI-Fi Corp on the 20th of Nov 2011. I did a online credit and was approved for R60 000, they said I must take my payslips, 3 month bank statement to the store. I drove 200km to Bloemfontein to hand it in, we waited from 9h till 3h the afternoon. On my payslip the date of salary was unclear, I've emailed it to the store (while I was there). The manager said that their HQ are closed now, she will phone me tomorrow. We drove back the 200km. Today is the 29 Nov 2011, I'm still waiting on their call! This is the most bad service I've ever received. Waisted my time, money and 400km for what?

My mother and I have been at the Hifi corp in N1 city for such a long time. When we got there to make a purchase. We knew what we wanted to we went straight for it. I flagged down 2 gentlemen who works there for assistance but both of them looked passed my mother and I. I then went to the front desk to ask for assistance and yes I was annoyed at that time because of how the completely dismissed we were. A lady tasneem then came to assist us, very professional and very nice. She gave us the information we needed then we had to wait in line for assistance from a lady named Mamelo. 10 minutes, if not more, she got up from her desk and walked around for almost 20 minutes while the next client sat at her desk not knowing what is going on. My mom and I then stood in line waiting for her to return. Once she did she assisted those clients and we stood there for more than half an hour. My mother cannot stand for too long but no one even came to check in to find out if everything was still okay and where she was. When it was FINALLY our turn she she had system issues. She was screaming across us to the ladies at the front desk for codes and stuff whereas she could have excused herself and gotten up to got get the codes she needed. We finished up and we followed her to the front desk upon request to make payment and she was screaming over to the next consultant that there is no paper and something else.
Honestly speaking I am do disgusted in the service we just received that had it not been for my mother I probably would have just left everything.

Fixing of Defy Stove that is only 10 months old
We bought a Devy gasstove on 12/12/2020 cash at Hi-Fi Corp Witbank. 1 Oct 2021, the front plate of the stove totally melted down. I reported this on 13/10/2021, and the part has still not been replaced. The excuse that they can not find a part, or Devy striking etc, is unacceptable. I would like to have a NEW gas stove now. What does this say about the safety of that gas stove?

55 inch Sinotec Smart TV
I Disebo Elizabeth Ntesa ID Number [protected] would like to lodge a complain about my TV which have a technical problem. I am staying in Mahikeng North West Province and bought a TV from your store in 2018/11/21 on Black Friday. It has been giving me problems from January this year when I switch it on it will play after certain hours the picture would be off and the sound would be on . I took it for repairs sometime in March 2021 and it came back around May 2021 .
It has started again with another problem, the sound is off and the picture is clear and the cables are correctly connected. I went to report it at the customer service store on the 5th October 2021 and the lady by the name of Tsholo told me the technician will call me. I went to do follow up on the 23rd October 2021 . I was told to wait for the technician, on Monday the 25th I received message that the repair was logged with the technician.
I requested to talk to the manager whereby I explained to Ms Jennifer Nonyane that I am worried because my daughter is missing lessons from
the school channel I forgot the channel . She told me that she will treat the
matter urgently. I tried to call Ms Nonyane she is ignoring my calls. I feel that I should take the matter to Speak Out as they assist people urgently .
This matter has frustated me a lot and lost confidence in the manager because it is clear that she does not care for the customers.
I would appreciate it if you could urgently assist me in this matter.

I bought a sumsang 65 inch TV and it was on lay-by at Mahikeng the crossing branch and I also inform them what date I'm coming back for collection. I called a day before and I was told that the TV that was reserved was sold a day before by another sales person. I was so disappointed and they told me to give them 3 days to order it from Klerksdorp there lots of stories also courier people they broke TV and I requested for a refund instead I on duress to purchase other product and I prepared myself at home buying sound bar of sumsang and most of my product at is sumsang and here I was pointed with a barrel of a gun to take skyworth. KIC Fridge damaged
I have purchased a KIC fridge at HiFi Corp N1 City mall at Angelo (salesman) recently (end September) and since the first evening it has been making a funny sound. I thought that it would go away eventually but is still doing it. When informing HiFi Corp (end September) about this and requesting a return, they insisted that they first need to make an assessment and wont be able to just replace the fridge.

My names are Clifton Sehunelo. I have laybuyed a 55" skyworth tv at Secunda Hifi corporation last month with a R1000. That includesthe tv license.
They said I must notify them 2 weeks in advance before I come to pay and collect my tv.
I did exactly as they said.
I went to the store on the 10th September 21 to notify them that I'll be coming to pay my R8300 balance to collect my tv. They said it's fine I'll find it ready after 2 weeks. I even called them on the phone later that afternoon, just to make sure they don't forget.
Today it's the 23rd, I wanted to go pay and collect my tv. I called them to let them know I'm coming.
To my shocking surprise and disappointment, the lady told me they don't have the tv in stock and there was some attitude in her tone.
Is this how low hi-fi corporation customer service is ?
I told them I'm coming to cancel my laybuy and take my money to a store that appreciates customers because I feel like I'm not being treated with respect as a customer.
But I first had to let you know about this situation I'm experiencing. This is ridiculous.
I have rejected specials from other stores because I had confidence in hifi corporation customer service quality .
Now I'm totally disappointed and furious.
It seems like hifi corporation is using laybuy to make money out of laybuy customers cancelations by doing this.
No guys, what am I supposed to tell my wife since I have promised her and told her about the tv I have bought her?

We've returned HDMI Cable for credit at HiFi Corporation Wonderpark,
09 September 2021.
Music in the shop was very loud and I could not clearly hear employee's feedback. When I've complained about their service, the store manager
Neeree Khan attacked me. I asked her where I can log a complaint and she told me the number is at the door, she doesn't care.
I will never visit HiFi Corporation again, this was very unpleasant. Employees with this attitude doesn't represent HiFi Corporations professionally. HiFi Corporation's employees also doesn't follow Covid rules, because only 1 employee's mask covered both nose and mouth.
Underneath your Company name you ask "Why shop anywhere else?"
To answer your question, because we as the customer will receive friendly and professional service at your competitor!
43'Diamond tv
So we bought a 43'Diamond TV from hifi in Mitchell's plain took a extended guarantee on the TV, 3years after a black faint line appeared on the TV which was still in good condition, we took it to hifi in Kenilworth center, it was sent away and we were called to collect our TV because it was fixed.On arrival my husband asked to check the TV before taking it, to his surprise it was neva fixed and found out it was neva sent away, they then sent it away, we got a call a few weeks later saying that it could not be fixed but we can get the exact same TV, he went in to fill in the paper work just for them to tell him that the diamond range is discontinued, and we can only get credit for that amount which is pointless because we bought the TV when it was on a special and again to our surprise in store there is a 40'Diamond TV for R300 more so why do we need to pay the extra if it's a downgrade on the inch and we've been given the run around, it's the last of the range anyway... I just don't understand.

Fridge not delivered after payment
I lay-byed a fridge at the Southgate brunch and paid it up on the 2nd Aug 2021. Zanele Ntuli helped me and she said they will order the fridge and deliver it. Nothing we as delivered or any phone call was made to me just to followup. I phoned on the 7 the Aug and spoke to Noma and she said she will phone me On the 11 Aug but still no phone call regarding when I am receiving my fully paid up fridge. This is extremely poor service and I would like a manager to resolve this issue.

Good afternoon
I write this email with so much disappointment from the service I got from a store manager of HiFi corporation the Glen Shopping Centre.
I went to buy TV and sales consultant told me that it was on special from 16999 to 12999 only to get at the till the TV was not on special, mind you I didn't know of the special I was told by the sales agent. We got excited and added sound system of 8999, the cashier told us that the TV was not on special and that his calling the store manager, the lady with a name tag "Dorah" came was so rude asked me to go show her where the TV was I went and she left me standing there to assist other customers, I asked her if she's not supposed to finish with me before assisting other clients, she rudely said she's coming, we waited for the Madam store manager over an hour, before she came and told me that I can't read, the lady's customer service skill is poor. Cut the story short I left with out buying anything because of rudeness of the store manager, if it's someone that is well trained and have customer service skills, we would have still bought the 2 items whether special or not because initially we didn't know about the special and still wanted to buy the TV. Now because of her rudeness company lost 26k. I'm worried such an individual will be a leader in customer service environment. What will she tech junior employees? How many customers did she do that to and probably never reported and quietly left with their money to other stores.

I bought a 55 inch Hisense TV at Wonderpark the TV was on display and was handled and packaged back in the box without being checked if is was still in good condition. When I got home the TV Screen had vertical lines on it when you switched it on. I then took it back the following day. It's been 5 days since I took it back and haven't received any feedback back. I lodged an official complain with the head office to my surprise it's been two days no one came back to me. What a terrible service from Hifi Corporation.
Fridge not delivered
I ordered a fridge on 28 July to be delivered within 3-6 working days. On Monday 2 August a lady named Confidence from HiFiCorp called me and said the fridge was broken in their warehouse, they didn't have another one in stock, and it would take 14 days for a new one. She offered me a refund or wait.
Now, I moved from a furnished to a non furnished apartment. I. Do. Not. Have. A. Fridge.
I told Confidence if she compensates me for the trouble I can wait, if not I want a refund. She would speak to her manager. It is not 6 August with no reply after numerous emails and phone calls. I can't even request a refund at this point since no one answers. They're holding my 5k hostage, put me without a fridge for a week already with no end in sight. I don't have the money to simply buy another fridge and wait for this situation to resolve.
Desired outcome: Please help me in either getting compensation, or if that's not possible a refund.

I bought this HiFi 3 months ago and about 3 weeks ago the sound just stopped, so music continues to play but there is no sound on speakers. I returned it, it was tested at HiFi Corp Boksburg and confirmed the error. After 3 weeks I received it today. Yet not even 3 hours after the same problem now twice as bad has occured. Now testing it on max volume it sounds like the volume is on 1, radio, bluetooth and aux does the same.

I have purchase the Xiao I MI TV box purchased on the 17/2/2020 at hi fi corp carnival mall. On the 29/06/2021 I took it to the hi corp in k90 centre and they booked it in. Today I went to collect it and is still not working. The lady there that assisted me said that she did not check if it working after it came back for technical dept. I called the customer line at head office and khaya the customer resolution agent informs me to bring it back. I cannot keep running up and down I am disgusted at the poor service rendered considering the product I paid was 1200.00 and is still under warranty

Sansui 58 inch smart tv
Goodmorning, i bought a 58 inch sansui smart tv on a promotion from Hi- fi corp Nelspruit. I took it back to the store because it was faulty. I did put the tv back it its box with the plastic bag and the polyestereen as it was when i brought it. Last week they phoned me and said my tv is back from repairs and i can go and pick it up. they took the polyestereen out and put it in the box without it so my tv scratched and the remote and the skews is gone and it also still wasn't repaired. After a big argument they said they will refund me because the tv is more expensive now. But i don't want a refund, according to the 2 year warranty they must replace it. I'm very very disgusted about the whole situation. Now I'm sitting with a scratched tv thats still faulty.

Washing machine which is not delivered yet
I bought a washing machine on the 2nd of July 2021. It was promised that it will be delivered in 3-5 working days. I'm currently on leave and my plans was to go away today for the whole month. I tried to contact the call center, they kept on telling me that their sending an email to the online team but that online team is not coming back to me. Meaning I have to cancel my plans and wait for the washing machine that I don't know when is't gonna be delivered.
Desired outcome: I would like to know the exact date of delivery.
Wow, apparently the washing was delivered few minutes ago. I opened the box, it's a 15kg samsung instead of 18kg Samsung.
