HiFi sansui car radio

Purchased the radio and speaker combo set from HI Fi corp, Arbour crossing, amanzimtoti branch on the 20 07 2019 and got it connected by my self. It worked perfectly for two days and the did not work again. Took it back to Hi Fi Corp on the 24 07 2019. and they forwarded me to customer service.
I was asked if i am certified to connect the radio in my vehicle . I said no but i have a knowledge in doing this,
They said the cannot help me because i am not qualified to fit this radio.

i said fine, but why wasn't i told that it needs to be connected my a reputable company when i purchased it. I got no answer.

I left the radio with and told them and told them i will not purchase anything from them again

HiFi product cannot be fixed

on 28 of june 2019, I took my sinotec tv to carnival mall hifi to be fixed, it has a warranty for additional 5 years I was told to take a bank statement to them and two days later I called them to tell them the tv was bought at eastgate the receipt should be there, three weeks later I'm told to come n fetxh the tv to hifi Corp where i bought they r not allowed to email eastgate they work like that I'm so shocked i even told told gow possible is dat with wat petrol n they even told me i must call them at eastgate to get the receipt, I want to know how do u guys work, I'm not gonna fetch that tv all I refuse to be bullied like this I'm a customer why must I suffer the expense of tv, it's been hell with this tv when I was sold the warranty I was told if it breaks I will get a new one n a month later it broke they fixed it so we being sold a lie

HiFi sansui sound with dvd player

Hello.. I've recently baught a sansui DVD set from hifi Corp about 3 weeks back I made a purchase of about R6400 I have it for 3 weeks when I opened the box I've noticed that the sub has a dent on it and the remote is very weak I am currently working dayshift for 3 full weeks and I was unable to take it back to the store as I only finish work at 6 in the afternoon I would like to know if I could please change the sound and DVD player that I've baught as I'll be paying for it for 30 months please contact me as I would like to just go in store and make a change and receive the new sound as I am unhappy about what I've baught thank you

HiFi diamond 2.0 channel home theater

I bought a diamond 2.0 channel home theater TK-2019 and it was delivered without a remote, and as such i am unable to use the item. The parcel number is [protected]. I made the delivery company aware and to date i have not recieved any feedback. I emailed TMutshena who refered me to Simphiwe Mdluli and I'm still waiting for his feedback. HiFi canon pixma continuous ink printer g2410-11

Good day I bought canon printer at hifi Corp Maerua mall on 30May 2019 than I brought it back 13th June 2019 I took the printer to Angola put the ink in the ink tank the ink tank start leaking what I don't understand is that is not more than a month is faulty I come at the services center apparently they cannot fix because is dirty
I bought 3 printer of the same model but the other are working fine I travel all the way from Angola to see if I will get a solution, The Manager I spoke to was very very very very rude at me

HiFi order not delivered and no communication/feedback from hi corporation

Good Day,

ORDER NUMBER : [protected]

I ordered a washing machine online on the 1st July and paid, and it says the delivery is between 2-6 days. I have been tracking my order but it seems like the tracking site is not updating or something I dont know.

I phoned customer care 2 times and they keep on saying they will check and come back to me, but till today I have not received any feed back, today is the 10th but I have not received my order.

Please assist.

HiFi no delivery and no communication

I ordered a washing machine online on the 28th of June 2019, paid and received a confirmation email for the order. However, since then the status of the online order has remained "Received-Paid" and has not moved from there. I contacted their customer care on the 3rd of July and explained that I have not received any further communication about my order and the status remains unchanged after a week already. They then said that they would escalate it and that a representative from HiFi Corp or its warehouse would contact me.I then called them again on the 4th and 5th of July and they said the exact same thing (we have escalated the issue). Nobody has contacted me. The delivery time is supposed to be 2-6 working days and today is the sixth working day. This is absolute theft if you value your money don't buy anything from these guys lest you regret like I do.

HiFi hisense model: h420bmi-wd not working properly (cooling)

Goodday, My Name is Mrs Raylene G January Account number: [protected]. We bought a Hisense fridge from the Hi Fi Corp branch in Walvisbay Namibia. We logged a complaint last year that the fridge is not cooling on the upper section and it's leaking water all over the place. Since then the matter was never resolved, we were told to bring in the fridge to the branch to have it checked. But due to the fact that we have no transport and that the product does have warranty. Today 04/07/2019 our living room is under water again. We tried calling the walvisbay branch but the complaints department is so unhelpful and can not help us with our problem. My Hisense fridge is not cooling on the upper level and the Walvisbay branch will not assist without a receipt.

HiFi no delivery of order - pathetic online and customer service

Order nr [protected]

I order more than 2weeks ago products on your online website. When I ordered and paid it showed that you had stock available. I tracked the order but saw nothing happened with the order. I phone several times to customer care and communicate with Maqoba Dlozi from Sandton via email. He told me that stock have been received last Thursday already, but there is still no delivery done. Everytime I ask him where the order is he has another excuse. I'm fedup and will never use your pathetic service again! I want you to send my order immediately!

HiFi poor customer service and delay on refund

I made an online order and canceled the order with a hours of ordering, that happened about 2 weeks ago yet I have not received my refund. Whenever I call to the contact Centre using the number 0860459459 - the agents always tell me that the refund will take up to seven days. I do not get full information regarding my refund and I'm so upset because there was obviously a reason for canceling the order! When I called again today, after two weeks of making daily calls another agent told me to go to my nearest branch to process the refund. I fooled myself and went to the branch only to find out I just wasted my money, time and energy. Got there, explained my issue. The employees couldn't help much. I returned another order because I am so angry with Hifi Corp, in the process of returning that second order the employees were so rude. The women who assisted me left me just like that without even telling me where she is going. I waited there while they grouped together laughing and discussing whatever they were busy with. I received such a very disgusting service from all the employees. I hope this matter will be attended to ASAP!

HiFi online purchases

I paid and ordered 2 items online only to be told after I had to log several complaints that my items were out of stock. How does your e-commerce system work, it's more than ridiculous. It has been 3 weeks since payment was made and I am getting the back and forth. I am totally disgruntled it was the Hifi Corp N1 City Cape Town store but all the other stores are just as incompetent as their I.T department. You guys should go offline until you are able to offer that service properly.

HiFi poor service delivery

Dear Hifi Corp

As a customer, purchasing for the first time at HifiCorp, Retail Park, East London (Store H042), I have received poor delivery service of the item. I had arranged for the item to be delivered at 12h00 on Saturday, 25 May 2019. I waited at my flat until 15h30 for delivery but they failed to deliver at all. They did not even bother to contact me regarding the delivery. I tried to contact the store numerous times but there was no answer.

I had to take time off work on the Monday morning and go into the store to bring it to the manager's attention and make further arrangements for delivery.

The item was delivered at 13h00 on the Monday, 27 May 2019. The delivery company called me at 12h07 to inform me that they are leaving the store. It took them approximately 45mins to reach my complex! It must be noted that my complex is approximately 5mins away. Such service is absolutely pathetic.

Furthermore, upon delivery I was requested to pay a fee of R250 which I was not made aware of by the salesperson. It is pathetic that I had to pay a fee for such terrible service. Due to such poor service and failed delivery I expect that Hifi Corp should be held liable for the delivery fee and that I receive a refund for the delivery fee.

Needless to say I will never purchase from the store again nor will I recommend anyone to purchase there.

HiFi account settlement

I've purchased a Hisense TV on credit at Hifi Corporation.

Once my account balance was around R2000 I wanted to pay the entire amount (to get my balance to 0).
Unfortunately after several attempts at Hifi Corporation stores they kept on telling me that they don't accept cash in stores and that I should do an EFT.
The EFT payment also kept on declining because of an invalid reference number (I used my account number as advised in store).
After going back to the store to adders this issue, none of the staff had any idea how to help and as a result I left the store without settling my account.
The ridiculous part for me is, YOU SHOULD MAKE THIS PROCESS MORE CONVINIENT FOR CUSTOMERS THAT WANT TO SETTLE THEIR ACCOUNTS!
Because I couldn't settle my account I had to pay another 3 months because of all the additional fees (that I could've avoided).

I'm very unsatisfied with the way HiFi Corporation is doing business and the ridiculous fees!
This month is my lat installment. AFTER THAT I"M NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM HIFI CORPORATION AGAIN!

HiFi titan minimal watch - men

I have bought a Titan minima watch for men. Instead a recieved a cheap quartz product which is not with rs 50. I want the amount refunded to my account. I am astounded by the unethical behaviour.

The first photo is the product received. The second photo is the product for which I paid the amount.

This is a utter cheating scam done by hi fi deals. I require my refund as soon as possible.

HiFi refund for item returned: reference. [protected])

Hi

Please can you get someone of higher authority to make contact with me urgently!

I'm not happy with the feedback from the store management at Arbor Crossing Amanzimtoti. 
I am not prepared to pay 15% fee for an item that was returned as it was received in its original packaging and not even opened.

It seems that I will have to go public and report this to the media.

HiFi product and service

I am very unhappy with rustenburg service... I have credit due to me... Decided to buy my dad a gift in amanzimtoti branch. After battling for 2 weeks for paper work I flew down to amanzimtoti. The managers told me I can get a product from amanzimtoti ... Turned out I can't get the product because the can't attache a lay bay... I'm discusted with the service and will never recommend hifi corp... Been nearly 2months and I don't have all my products I applied for... I'd number [protected]. [protected]

Good day

Yesterday i called and complained about not being assisted promply in Mthatha branch.

I am happy to say my quiry was attended to and got the desired attention from the branch Manager Fezile. He went out of his way, came to my office and offered his assistance and promised he will do everything in his power to make me a happy customer. I later bumped into one of his staff members, Meshaick, later on and he asked why i seemed upset at the store. I explained and he also reassures me it will be sorted, i had to forgive his manager he is new and still learning the ropes.

Thanks to both of them, my quiry is resolved.
Ive worked in a client facing environment all my life, i know what good customer service is and what they gave is nothing short of legendary customer service.

To the Mthatha branch store manager, keep close to your staff. Especially Meshaick. Everytime i step into the store he is always visibly giving exceptional service to customers. Big Ups to him. I comend him for his great work.

HiFi jvc 39" led tv remote not working

A jvc 39" tv was purchased from hifi corp in november. The remote did not work, which was returned to the store, only to be told it is an accessory, which is not under the warranty of the tv. I have made numerous calls and on speaking to head office I wa told to ask nu world about the guarantee on the remote. They informed me there was no guarantee on the remote. Why sell a tv if the remote is not guaranteed. I also took an extended warranty of the tv's, as I purchased two, but only one remote working. I think this is very poor service and will never purchase from hifi corp again. I will probably not receive a response, but at least I know you have lost a customer.

HiFi service and product

I bought a sinotec tv at HI fi corp Springfield then it gave me problem took it back Hi fi corp in cornubia on 5th of Feb told me they will send it for repairs it will take 7 to 14 days to come back or what ever the case might be..I am still waiting till now they promised to replace the tv and it will be sent over the past weekend I went there to follow up I am not getting the good answer but my tv is still not sent it a MONTH now with out a tv for my kids I am absolutely annoyed i payed cash for my tv so I dont have to wait for so long..I need a feedback urgently...[protected]

HiFi tv sansui 49in (124cm)

I purchased a Sansui TV 49IN Curve, cash (N$ 4 999.00) last Saturday dated 02 March 2019 at Marea Mall in Windhoek. The TV was tested and it was working properly. The TV was damaged on the Screen after the guy put it back in the box, I left the Shop without knowing that my TV was damaged. when I arrived home, I noticed that the Screen was damaged on left corner, I found the remote control in the box and other tools except the legs. I couldn't go back that day because the shop was already closed. The next day I took the TV back and Explain to them, I explained to them while we were watching the footage, they saw the guy putting the TV in the box hardly, and he put the remote and the Electrical wile inside the box instead of putting them on top of the TV, Those could give pressure to the TV and course the damage. I left the TV with them and they gave me your website to complain about it today. please help the TV is not even one day old. They should give me new TV.
