Hooters delivery and customer service

I had placed an order into Hooters for two chicken tender kid meals one with mountain dew and one with rootbeer and a BYOB meal. I realized after I placed my order I thought I didn't put my hotel room number on it so I called and talked to a lady named Haley and told her about it and she acted like she had know idea what to do and said that the delivery already left and she didn't know two minutes later the delivery lady came to the door and she didn't have my drinks I asked her and she to acted like she had no clue what I was talking about and slowly walked away so I called back to Hooters and talker to Haley and she said that "if the driver came back she might be able to see if she could bring the drinks". She told me to hold on a I held on for at least ten minutes till I hung up and called back and she said the manager was supposed to talk to me to hold on again and the phone just Hing up so I called yet again and the manager answered a male I didn't receive a name I told him about what had happened and he was kind of giggling and said well yeah I'm not sure where the delivery Chick is or if sh is even gonna come back did I want to come grab them I told him I don't have a vehicle hence getting my food delivered and he said he didn't know what he could do so I asked for a refund and he started chuckling again and said I can give you a six dollar in store credit for the next time you wanna come dine with us so at that point I just hung up the phone I've never been so pissed off in awhile that service was absolutely disgraceful and I would like a complete refund to my card if possible please and thank you

Hooters Free wifi

I was visiting Hooters in long beach, and saw the sign for free wifi, however when I went to get the password, the girl told me they took it down because people were using it for too long. I think it's false advertisement to leave the sign up if you took it away. The Wi-Fi sign should be taken down or get rid of the Wi-Fi all together so when the Wi-Fi pops up to sign in, it won't say Hooters guest log in.

Hooters customer service

This is ridiculous. I don't know what's going on. They're not even busy, we have been here an hour. So far this is what's happened: not sure why the line was backed out the door to be seated. Literally. A family of 5 left because it was taking so long. We finally got seated. Took about 15 min to receive the drink I ordered. Don't get me wrong, the waitress is very nice but really?! Now they have brought the wrong refill drink. But no one is coming out here to tell them. I ordered all flats on wings. Betting 1000 that will get messed up, whenever they finally may get here. Again, no idea what's going on. Also, wish this hooters would not put quite as much sauce on the wings. But seriously guys, look at the google reviews, most ppl on there mention something about the slow or bad service. Oh yes, and a waitress cussing not being professional at all. I don't care but some people might!

Hooters ad 10 wing and 10 free.

my husband went to las cruces hooters when I called him about the special I saw on my I phone. talk about managers with there head up there behind .they argued with him and he still bought wings and came home. I am his wife and I 'm furious. we read the ad that did not say bone less or that we had to eat the wings in the restaurant. talk about stupid, you lost customers, and we will be sure to tell friends what a bunch of jerks you hired. sincerely ann western

Hooters food

I am writing to you to tell that I had eaten twice in the last month at Hooters and was so surprised at taste of the breaded wings and shrimp. I have eaten there several times over the years, but the last two times the food was extremely greasy and the sauce was nothing like it has been in the past which was crispy and tasty. I was wondering if the receipe for the sauce had changed? The first time I ate there was about two weeks ago which was July 7. I took a friend there who never ate at Hooters. I was so embarrassed at the amount of grease left on the plate. Then it was served cold and not cooked enough so we sent nit back. They returned with warmer wings but the amount of grease on plate was disgusting. We never finished the wings and left. So I decided to try again on Saturday the 23 of July. The service was slow, the cooking station was a mess and once again the wings were just as greasy as the last time I ate there. I was always pleased with Hooters in the past so I am wondering what happened? Please let me know how you feel about this. Thank You

Hooters service and absent product

We have gone to Hooters on Fort Campbell Blvd in Clarksville TN for the past 3 weeks and we have not only had bad service but they haven't had the smoked wings that the menu offers. When asked the mgmt says oh our smoker is broken and it should be fixed soon. Today I called and the mgmt stated no it's broken still it should be fixed tomm.
I am not happy that we were treated the way we were and to top it off the only reason we went was for the smoked wings and the menu still offered them and could not get the product.

Hooters lack and poor service

My family choose Hooters Orland Park to celebrate my niece 's birthday. When we were taken to our table I told to the host about my family member birthday and also told My server Joy when she greeted the table. During service its was lacking and very poorly from the beginning to the end with no smile or attentiveness. We have to ask for refills on our drinks we understand that she may was busy but seems not care about us. After eating our meals we ask for the check and boxes and repeated To the server about my Niece Birthday and she said you want it now and we said yes..! After 10min finally she gave us the check and we waited patiently for her to come and sing happy birthday to my nice but no response. One more time seems not care. We saw that they sang happy birthday to another tables so we wait and wait nothing so we decided to leave but before we left we talked to the manager on Duty I believe her name was Karry. We believe that the tip should be optional that way the server will provide a better service no matter who's seats on her section of tables..!

Hooters additional cost

On 07/10/2018- Florissant, Mo @ 7:44pm. I requested to view the carry out menu, received it and proceeded to order my food. 15 breaded wing and curly fries. Per the menu the price for the wings were $16.49, the fries were $3.99 and the extra ranch sauce $.99. The cashier told me $26.09. I gave her my card- signed my receipt. After I sat down- I reviewed the receipt and the menu, when I realized the prices were different- the wings were $18.49 and the fries $4.49. I requested to speak with the manager- because the cashier stated she was new.

Once the female (unprofessional) manager came- yea how can I help!- First all, that is not how you approach a customer. I explained my concern- the manager stated because my order is a Carry Out- they charged extra for carry out food (REALLY)- NO where on the food menu does it state their is a upcharge for carry out. Manager stated she can give me a REFUND- I stated yes you do that..

I am disappointed with Hooter's if this is how you running the business- Customers need to know if their is a Upgrade charge for CarryOut.

Hooters service and cleanliness

Last Sunday my wife and I we're at the Hooters restaurant in Bay City. The time was about 1:30 p.m. there were probably four tables of customers in the restaurant at that time. We were seated at a table and a what waitress came over to help us. She has this what drinks we like and we gave her order then she came back and asked us what we like to eat we've been explained to her of the two orders of wings that we wanted she then took the order and left came back with our drinks and we told her we would like some onion rings also. She came back with the onion rings and then left again in the meantime we noticed how dirty the table was and that there wasn't any ketchup in the ketchup bottle the paper towel holder only had two paper towels left and the menu cards were all dirty didn't want to touch them. When she came back with the order of onion rings she set him on the table we said thank you. The top onion rings on the Tower or very good we got down to the last for the onions were undercooked and just slid out from the batter not cooked thoroughly. She then brought back the chicken wings held them up and said are you ready and we were done with her Indian rings we said sure she set him down in front of us and then walked away. We hadn't been there for about 15 years so we didn't know what was what and she didn't explain the order that we got when we started eating we notice one had batter on it and we had told her we wanted traditional boneless no batter and it had the wrong sauce that we had ordered when she came back to ask how everything was we explained it to her and she said we should have asked for what sauce we wanted I explain to her we had never been there before why was that explain to us and we told her we wanted just hot sauce and I also said I did not want battered wings she did not say she would take him back she just said oh sorry and walked away. When she came back she noticed that we hadn't eaten hardly anything I just asked for a doggy bag and the check my wife got up to go to the restroom and notice that it was very dirty in there you would think by you not being very busy that the place will be very clean I got up and went out to get the car and my wife paid the check and came out shortly after I also noticed there was two managers in there one male one female you would think with them all talkin and not doing anything that things will get cleaned up in the restaurant not satisfied at all. I thought I had to let you know because somebody's not paying attention to that restaurant sincerely mark silliven

Hooters customer service received by manager at hooters

Came to eat hooters, my sister asked for a drink, the waitress sat down next to her an my sister said I'll have "The Lit" about 25 Nina went by and the drink never came, at this point I waived my hand wanting to talk with the manager, the waitress came to our table said said if everything was "ok" I said is that the manger, she said "yes" I asked if I can speak with him. She went towards him and the manager disregarded me and walked away, the waitress came by and I said "is he coming by" and she said "yes" the manager came to the table not introducing himself and asked what the problem was. What got me annoyed was the drink not being served to us but more annoyed that the manager came to the table with his facial expression of like "what" like he was bothered to come to the table. I like hooter wings but managers like that make the experience bad. Perhaps he should take some classes on costumer service and appoarching the customer with a smile and friendly attitude.

Hooters negligence/faulty decorations

I was at the pool when wind picked up umbrellas and started flying around pool. I was stabbed in my ribs with the umbrella top and they immediately had security with big gun or tazer on his belt demand that I sign a waiver and write a statement, before they even offer medical help.
Next,
I asked for manager.
Instead of simply addressing the freak act of nature, I was escorted off the property for trespassing, banned for life, with no previous criminal record of any nature on my name.
Single, white, unarmed female put out casino for doin nothing, sitting at a game waiting on manager when the said im blocking the game - sit at another game...

Huh? That makes no logic...

So, I was walked to the door by whole security team as if I was being tossed out for prostitution!
The manager said its ok to treat me how ever way they want, because im not britney spears in a limo...
Ok,
So I deserve disrespect and negligence since im not any a-list name artist?

Hooters Service

Okay so I normally never write bad complaints literally, but this time I am. So Everytime I go to Hooters I enjoy the food believe it or not it's acutslly good. BUT Everytime I go I notice if you don't go by your self, or with a group of friends (guys mostly) the waitress isn't going to pay any attention at you for [censored]. I have always gone with my girl friend or family and they hardly help us. But the times that I go with my guy friends damn they never leave us alone. Why can't it be the same for both it's not fair. I literally wait for ever just for a damn refill of water. Also when I go on Wednesdays for all you can eat with wings the price is not bad but the service sucks. I might as well buy the small or medium to get all my wings at once. Cause Everytime I order all you can eat wings they take forever to make the wings. The first plate I don't mind it's 6 or 7 wings and it's good. But then when I ask the waitress can I have more please I start to get only 4 wings per plate. And I'm thinking to my self okay why so little. But what irritates me more is that I have to wait like 15 to 20 minutes for four wings. That's not cool. By the time I want to keep enjoying my food my family or friends are done eating. Not fair. Those are my only two concerns the wings. Please serve more on the plate and the waitresses to provide more attention

Hooters hooters restaurant at 2200 s texas 6, houston, tx 77077

Yesterday I sat down with my family in the Hooters located at 2200 S Texas 6, Houston, TX 77077, around 9:20PM.

The place was nearly empty, maybe 5 or 6 tables occupied... After 10 minutes waiting no one showed up to check us out.. Not even for drinks... It looked like we were lepers...

We left and while crossing the cashier no one seemed to care or even ask about it...

Will never step in a Hooters again...

Hooters employee behavior

Hi my name is Candice Lefevre, I would like to make a formal complaint about your General Manager, Nikki and Manager/bartender, Taylor Raymer that work at your hooters location in Southern California, Riverside Hooters.

On 7/1/18, two of your employees were at the tilted kilt in riverside, about 1 mile from hooters. They followed me and my friend into to ladies restroom and locked us in the restroom, 3 girls locked us in the restroom and would not let us out. Your bartender/manager Taylor Raymer continued to yell and scream at us for no apparent reason. I asked her what her problem was and why she followed us into the bathroom and she had no answer.

After about 20 minutes of arguing in the restroom Taylor Raymer grabbed me and my friend by our hair at the same time. After that I continued to defend myself as I thought all three of these Hooters employees were about to jump us in the bathroom. Thankfully the two brunettes that were with her, Nikki which is your General manager at that location and a girl named Kaitlyn which I believe was there also, did not get involved physically.

This is considered kidnapping according to the police. I have filed a police report and I would like to see some sort of action being taken against them. The way this riverside location is run is completely unprofessional. Your employees are going out there and giving your brand a terrible reputation and I will make sure no one I know steps foot inside this hooters location until it is under new management.

I have already spoken to the general manager at tilted kilt that was there during the incident. He has footage showing them following us into the bathroom and keeping us in there against our will. This is extremely unprofessional and the Tilted Kilt General manger Andy has agreed to ban these girls from his establishment. I've already called the corporate office and left a voicemail yesterday. I would like a call or an email back please, my number is [protected] my email is [protected]@gmail.com. Being a business owner myself I cannot see how anyone could have employees acting this way at any establishment.

I attached a picture of the two girls, Taylor and Nikki from inside the bathroom, Kaitlyn was standing next to Nikki but with all the commotion going on this is the best picture my friend was able to get before we were attacked.

Please get back to me at your earliest convienence. Thank you for your time.

Hooters services food and drinks

I normally don't submit complaints but this one was definitely worth it due to the terrible experience I had. I ordered a strawberry margarita and it came back with mostly syrup the waitress even agreed that it looked a little dark and it did not look right. I asked for the drink to be remade and the waitress seemed a little irritated about that. Shortly after I ordered a buffalo chicken salad that took about 35 minutes to come out along with another salad that was ordered at my table. I was concerned about the length of time it took some I seen other orders come out for people that arrived and ordered after us. I was concerned about the experience so I brought it to the manager Danny Woods attention and he didn't seem a bit concerned at all which was also very very concerning. When I brought up the drink situation he stated that he removed the first drink that was made as a courtesy and that I really should have paid for it even though I only took one sip and tasted all syrup and asked for another one. That was very very concerning and I was very disgusted by that response from a manager which is why I'm submitting a complaint. One last mistake they made was providing me with a receipt that shows $20. 29 as the balance due but the receipt I received back to sign was the opposite receipt for another order at the same table and that was for $22. 76 so they charged my card to the incorrect order even though we provided the cards in order with the receipts. You will see with the attached receipts I uploaded. I hope you take this complaint very seriously and encourage this store along with your other stores to provide a better customer experience. This was not a great experience at all and because of the type of service I received and I will never be visiting another Hooters again!

Hooters service

Got sat down at table today for lunch. Sat for 15 minutes no one never came asked us for our drink order tried to get few of the waitresses to help us. Then three tables got sat down and already had there drunk order in and food order. We still waiting for someone to take drunk order. Got disgusted and went to leave. Stop by hostess to voice our complaint and all she said was next time we should have sat at bar. Very disrespectful to a customer. Never will step foot back in a hooters again.

Hooters discrimination

I am not a patron however I am the parent of an employee. I feel that the hair policies are discriminatory against African American women. The policies make it difficult for black women to work as servers because they have conform to look like a black barbie doll in order to work there.

No weaves, braids, dreads or afros are directed toward black women and it's a violation of their rights. Basically if your a black female we can hire you for kitchens help, but if want to be a server you need to have long straightened/curley hair and big breasts of course which also sickening but that my complaint. Bottom line your hair policies discriminate against black women, and if you dont change that soon dont be shocked if one day someone doesn't sue you.

Your brand is outdated and does not reflect diversity with respect to all women. The uniform tights that don't reflect the skin color of all women. It's a shame. Your organization should be sick and make changes but you won't and I'll never step a foot in your restaurants and encourage others to do the same.

Hooters service so bad

Hello it was 16 -16 -18 around 8 ;30 pm till almost after 11 pm waited in long line ( witch wasn't a line just come in the door )just whom every walks up to the counter 6 or 7 people sitting down young guy at the counter back and forth getting take out orders, there was plenty of room as of tables but none cleaned off i asked the young guy can we be seated told me to give him a min, heal get back to me never put my name on the list did nothing the gut white middle aged man ( i am black so nothing racial ) herd and walked up to me asked how many and did i mind up high or sitting low normal i told him it didn't matter he went to clean and move tables together and got someone to set us down with in 20 min. ; another waitress came took are order we order at-least $300 dollars worth of food it took an hour before we got 2 [censored] ice-teas we didn't get [censored] to drink till 10.pm still no food for no one not even the [censored] fries the place wasn't even crowded ; i asked another waitress for some water she came back the main waitress with some [censored] like we don't have anymore sweet garlic parm sauce i was like you got to be kidding me its like 2 hrs and you just come over her and tell me your out of what we ordered do we want something else what about the burgers and the rest of the food your people are dancing in the kitchen door that's why no food is being cooked this was at 10;35 pm i ws like the kids are hungry they want the wings no manager walked up no where to be seen there still dancing and having a good time at the kitchen door we got 50 wings and a order of shrimp and ice tea and soda and had to split that between ten people took over 2.5 hrs no i am sorry no discount i paid for what we got $102.58 dollars for and never again Philips was packed so we tried hooters drove from philly daughters graduation just to say thanks for the [censored] service any questions hell yea you can call me lorenzo thomas [protected] and my nephew still gave her a tip i was going to take that [censored] back i was like for what

Hooters customer service

This is now the 2nd time we have ordered Hooters togo- First ticket was 180.00 so we gave them another chance when they messed the order up entirely. Today our total was 70.00 and they forgot both curley fries that were on this order @ 4.49 a piece. I called in to speak to the manager and he questioned me if I checked the order before I left! As if it was my job to check the order- I told him I thought that he should train his employees to check before sending it out the door- He replaced our fries after being rude on phone and when we arrived back to get them he just kept pointing at us and didnt not apologize or offer anything for the inconvience. Cedar Hill TX location will never receive mine or my companys business again! Hooters should make mistakes right!

Hooters discrimination

My name is Jasmine anderson and I work at the Hooters in McKinney tx. I have constantly been having problems with my mangers treating me awful. They told me i had to dye my hair so I did and I ended up losing all my hair so they fired me. Called me back 2 days later and told me I can be a Togo girl or a host. My manager's also said that if I get a wig I could start to serve again, yesterday my manager came up to me and said I will never serve again because i wear a knee brace. I've been with the Hooters company for 4 years and I've worn my brace as a server and a bartender and it was never a problem, I do everything they ask of me and I have wigs that I can't wear or return. They have me sitting at a table in the corner where no one can see me. And they treat me like crap everyday. I'm not trying to get anyone fired or in trouble but I've worked very hard for 4 years and as soon as I lose my hair they've all treated me like I'm nothing. I'm belittled everyday.
