Hostess Brands Raspberry zingers

Bought a box of raspberry zingers today from Kroger and half of the zingers are already open. They weren't sealed properly. Yeah so 5 out of a box of ten are already open.

Hostess Brands Hostess Donetts

So yesterday July7th 2022

I went to my local grocery store looking for something (wasn't really sure what).

I found Double Chocolate Flavored donettes.

I was like yes that will do my craving just fine.

I get home literally a few minutes later.

I open them and they were a big mess.

All stuck together.

I realize it could be a packing issue.

This is an FYI

Hostess Brands Hostess Ding Dongs

The last box of cakes we got we were unable to eat. The whole bow was bad, the chocolate cake was so tough and spongy, it was difficult to bite and chew, and there was hardly ANY cream at all or it had been soaked up by the cake. We ended up throwing away the whole box. I added a picture of the info on the box but I’m not sure you can read it.

Hostess Brands Frosted mini donuts

I eat these often for a quick breakfast or a snack and normally love them but this bag I purchased from my local Walmart store in Cynthiana KY was awful. They were dry, waxy, and had a bad taste. They are also smaller and thinner. If this is a permanent change with all of these little donuts I will switch brands. Although the exp. date say August 8, 2022, they were extremely dry inside and the texture felt a little like styrofoam. The chocolate felt waxy and left a film on my lips and inside my mouth. They tasted old and just horrible. Normally, one little donut is about 3 bites for me. I could have eaten these whole in one bite. I'm very disappointed. I have gastroparesis and these were one of the few solid foods I could eat during a flare. Now that's one less option for me to choose. I really hope this bag was just from a bad batch and not a new recipe. If they continue to be dry and nasty, I'm sure fewer people will be buying the product. I know this is one customer you're about to lose if the product continues to taste and appear like the ones in this package.

Desired outcome: I would like to see this product return to it's old style so I can continue to enjoy them. A replacement for this bag that had to be tossed would be nice, too. Coupons are always appreciated by shoppers.

Hostess Brands Hostess Brands LLC/Widespread negligence

On June 11, 2022, I purchased two Hostess Snoballs. Eight the first half with no incident. While eating the second half, I put down on some thing extremely hard and sharp. I immediately spit it out to find a square, jagged, sharp black object. I notified hostess immediately even though it was a Sunday night and did not hear back from them right away which I found surprising. After getting an emergency evaluation, I suffered two broken molars, with one of the molars being extremely damaged and a damaged root into the nerve. The pain is undescribable. I was told by hostess to get estimates and they will take care of the emergency situation right away… This did not happen. My treatment requires oral surgery times two including full sedation, and seven trips to the dentist for crown work and other procedures to make it possible to keep both teeth. Over the weekend, I began to develop an abscess which appears to be spreading to my jaw and to my neck. The insurance adjuster for a Hostess has proven to be not only extremely unprofessional but unaware of how close Hostess Brands is getting to a lawyer stepping in and filing a major lawsuit. Since my injury, I have found 17 victims who have discovered foreign materials being found in cupcakes, donuts, zingers, Twinkies… Etc. in the last 6 months. There is a definite pattern of negligence which is widespread within this company… A class action “may be” forming… Hostess, you might want to get a new insurance company because this one has failed you.

Hostess Brands Hostess baby bundts strawberry cheesecake

It’s June 23rd and I just opened the box of strawberry cheesecakes hostess and 2 of the plastic packagings on 2 separate cakes look like the ends were burnt shut. But the plastic is open and deformed. The plastic is actually in the cake. Looks like it was sealed wrong. I got it at the Dollar General in Spring Grove PA. Just yesterday June 22nd. Expiration date on the box is July 10th 2022. Just wanted to let you know this just incase someone wouldn’t of seen and ate some plastic. Probably wouldn’t go to well with the strawberry!

Hostess Brands Chocolate donettes

Hello. We just purchased (June 13) a little pack of donettes at the Raley's Aisle One and there were only 5 donettes instead of 6. We love your product, but were surprised that 1 was missing. The bag was completely and safely sealed, so I know that 1 didn't fall out.

Hostess Brands Hostess cupcake birthday cake flavor

I opened a box we purchased and there was a closed individual cupcake package sealed with no cupcake in it. It only had the card board in the wrapper. I am very dissatisfied. Today is June 11th 2022 at 10:15 pm.

Desired outcome: A reimbursement for dissatisfaction or some sort of restitution for my disappointment.

Hostess Brands Ding dongs

I have been in the hospital since December. My daughter brought me a family size box of ding dongs and Twinkies. On the ding dongs the seam is open and they are stale.

I had my leg amputated, so I cant take them back to the store and I consolidated the twinkies with the ding dongs... so I dont have the box either. I usually dont complain but I was looking forward to my ding dongs.

Hostess Brands Ding Dongs

Bought box of Ding Dongs on 6/6/22 at meijer in Toledo Ohio on central avenue.

Opened them following day at 9 pm.

First one out of the box had been tampered with an was partially eaten.

This obviously had happened in one of your facilities because the box was sealed.

Hostess Brands Hostess donettes

Purchased a 10 oz. bag of donettes to take to work on Thursday morning - I picked them up at the gas station. Expiration date was good - 7/18/22. (Code on bag: J [protected] 134 08:08 D2) When I opened them up to share, there were 5-6 donuts literally smashed in the bottom of the bag. I was embarrassed as these were not shareable due to being in smithereens. I suppose something happened during delivery...?

These could not have met quality control. Over done (hard) plus the individual bags did not seal. Very Disappointing. Bar code scan

Hostess Brands Hostess baby bundts

Dear, Hostess I love your Hostess Baby Bundts the lemon drizzle and strawberry cheese cake baby Bundts. I usually get them from Giants and when they don't have them I can't find them anywhere else. I also think you should sell the strawberry cheese cake baby Bundts all. Year long not just on valentine's day. Please can you keep giants stocked on all Baby Bundts flavors.

Hostess Brands Twinkies

I bought this box of Twinkies about a month ago at Walmart in South Milwaukee, and they are quite stale and hard, and the cream filling had squirted out of some of them. Upon further inspection I see the expiration date was two weeks ago, meaning the store sold them only two weeks before expiration.

Hostess Brands Strawberry cheesecake donettes

The incident I am complaining about occured on May 25th 2022 at approximately 11:30 pm. My husband and brother picked up up the donuts and milk from the grantsville Ut maverick. Unfortunately the first donut I grabbed and took a bite from had a black, bug looking thing on it, so I spit it out in a hurry and showed my husband and my brother. None of us could figure out what it was or why it would be in the donut package, I even took a picture and used Google lens. All I know is it was enough to make me cringe and I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to eat one of those donuts again. It was terrible.

Desired outcome: I would like compensation for my pain and suffering.

Hostess Brands Mold

Purchased raspberry zingers from grocery store. Product had not expired, product was moldy. The mold was underneath the cake on the cardboard backing side so unfortunately this was not noticed until after a bite had been taken. Product clearly rancid

Hostess Brands Dingdongs

My wife bought a box of Dingdongs Thursday 5/12/2022 at the Meijer store 1800 Holton rd.north Muskegon Michigan. We had 4 out of the box so far and none have any filling inside. The bar code on the box is [protected] By the time we opened the box she already threw away the receipt. We opened the box on Sunday.

I bought a box of ding Dongs at a food lion on 5-12-22 most had little to no filling some had literally no cream I was highly disappointed I am used to some things without much filling but that's the worst I've ever had food lion on Rose Hill Rd Fayetteville N.C.
