I purchased a box of wipes at Costco, and within the last month or so after I take the wipes out of the big white packaging and put it into either the wipe holder or the travel wipe holder they have turned brown. I have purchased these wipes from Costco for years without a problem. When it first started I just tossed the remaining wipes, but it seams like I am tossing almost the whole box now. I have included a picture of the lot information from the bag, and what the wipes look like.

As I sit watching the current 2018 BET awards I have viewed 3 Huggies commercials air during this period advertising several ethnic backgrounds-yet non of which are African Americans.The only place African Americans are displayed are on one of your diapers boxes-which is to catch the attention of African American consumers as they choose a diaper product in clear sight/arms reach.But Huggies does not include African Americans in the commericals.I am a Texas resident.If Huggies airs any current commercials including African Americans...please direct me to that said network.I would appreciate viewings such.I do not want to seem close minded-therefore I plan to enlist the views of social media to ask the users of their honest feedback pertaining to the direction and specific targeting that Huggies chooses its commercials to potentially attract select buyers.While excluding certain consumers.Thank you for the time taken to read over my concerns.

I bought 3 packs huggies size 4+. Im very unhappy my little boy dont even have it on for 2 hours and all his clothes are wet. I cant take it back to the shop because I take all the nappies out and put it in a container. I wasted so much money im very unhappy. What is wrong with the Huggies. How must i trust to use any of your products again. I want to go to the newspapers

Hello, recently I purchased a bag of size 3 huggies little snugglers for my 5 month old son. Huggies are the only diaper that my son can use and we love them. We have never had a problem with any of the other huggies products however this bag that I opened today has many diapers that are basically half finished. There is no tab to close the diaper and no tab that goes under the closing tab either. This is rather disappointing as this is my hard earned money that I am spending on diapers I can't use. Please fix this issue as I see many people have had this problem. Thank you.

Hello I have just purchased the big box of little snugglers size 1 from Sams club and there have been multiple diapers that only have the tab on one side to seal the diaper. I have purchased multiple bags of Huggies little snugglers and never had an issue. My son can only use Huggies diapers and wipes since he has sensitive skin and this is the first issue we have had. Is there a chance you can send us another box?

Two of the bags of diapers inside this four pack case has missing or not adhering tabs. I want my money back or another case sent to me with diapers I can use. These diapers have caused me severe undue stress as well as the fact I am on welfare and have a very limited income and I can't afford this waste of my money time effort and hassle this batch of diapers has caused. I have been using your diapers for 25 years and all four of my kids used your diapers. All I ask is for replacement to be sent to me or a voucher via email

I have twin girls who are 10 months old And I buy all Huggies wipes and diapers. However I bought a new box of wipes and for some reason it's not the same. They are as wet as the last batch.
Is there anything that I can do. I just opened the box this week and noticed a big difference. They even feel different.

I purchased two packs of huggies nappy pants for boys, size 4 and the first pack I opened has been absolutely terrible. They are leaking badly. On an occasion I fetched my son from daycare at 15:00 and he was changed and at around 18:30 he was completely wet where I even had to change his pants and vest. And also during his night changes, he was completely wet to the point where his pants and even the bed sheets were wets. This is not the dryness promised as per advertisements. It seems as if the nappy is coming loose on the inside and not absorbing effectively. Very disappointed with the product.

I always buy Huggies Little Snugglers but lately they've been out of stock almost everywhere in size 4, so instead I bought a box of Huggies Snug and dry and I am not a fan of these diapers, they absorb faster then the snugglers and it seems like my daughter is just always going through and leaking on her clothes. These do not have a grip on the sides to prevent from leakage, I would appreciate it if I could get a refund on this box and I will gladly ship this box to your corporation. I would be one satisfied customer.

Hi! My daughter is 13 months and since day we we have been using huggies. Since she was about 8 months we have bought huggies little movers. The last 4 boxes have been purchased from Costco and we have never had a problem um until this last purchase. A size 5 box from Costco the last 6 diapers she has worn open up from the side and spill out the gooey substance they contain which is odd since they are not a full wet diaper! I'm not sure if we got a difected batch but all 6! l diapers have torn from the same side. I would like to see if we can get the box replaced but not sure if I needed to contact you or the store purchased. Thank you

Hi i just want to start with saying i absolutely love your products and have been using them for the last18 months for my son. However, i ordered a new box of wipes and it came with water damage and mold growing on the box. I'm attaching photos of the damage and mold. I'm very disappointed beings this is for a baby and me myself being allergic to mold could have had health issues due to this. I'm not sure where too go With this but wanted to discuss the Matter. We've always bought the huge Huggies one month supply box from Sams Club. We've alway preferred them and never had a problem, until now. This last box has about 50% of the diapers with no tab on the side to seal with the sticky line. And the ones that do have them are half torn off. It is all on the right side of the diapers. I want to believe it's just a bad batch. If it'd were a small pack I wouldn't have a problem, but since it's a one month supply box.. I hate to have spent $40 dollars on it. First off I would like to say I love love love Huggies diapers and have always exclusively used them with my kids. But I have came across a huge problem with the last 2 packs I just bought. All Walmart had was bags in my daughter's size so I bought 2 bags and when I go to use them the tabs keep ripping off! I'm not pulling to hard. I was going to let it slide with the first pack I was only able to use 2 diapers out of the pack and the rest were thrown away bc they broke but now it's doing the same thing on this second pack. It's very frustrating having to drive 30 mins back to Walmart to buy a different brand bc I'm scared another pack of Huggies will have the same problem. I took pictures of the second pack before I threw them away. But I am so upset we are on a tight budget but I still spend the extra money on Huggies and now that's 2 wasted packs. It's like throwing our money away. Any help would be appreciated bc I am a loyal customer and want to continue to be one.

Bought my baby a box of diapers because people kept telling me that is was the "best" brand out there so I decided to try them, but to my surprise was that your so called "best" brand gave my baby a yeast infection that's what his doctor treats it as so I'm very disappointed with the brand and probably will not be recommending to mommies to be, I really wish the testing and results should be monitored more careful. What a waste of money because the box is still new he only got to use a couple.

I am a parent that have used huggies with all 5 of my children and have not have this issue before. I purchased the little movers for the twins and the fibers in these broke them out so bad that they had to seek medical attention for the burns form the irritation. I therefore donatated the rest of the box to the baby sitter and she used them on her son and she had the same issue and he uses huggies also and this was the first time that he had an allegic reaction to huggies.

I purchased a box of Huggies gold from baby boom, everyday my 9month if baby gets up with wet clothes, I have notice the back of the diaper will be dry but the front will be very wet, this is after we change him almost twice a night. I would like a full refund on the diapers as this is absolutely ridiculous and I will make a purchase of another brand that will be more comfortable for my baby

I bought a bag of size one hugges from Wal-Mart and for some reason, all the super tabs are gone like they were never put on...and this 8 week old baby is not even mine a family member of mine had him in jail so I am caring for him for the next 2 years and I have 4 kids of my own my baby is 4 I can't afford the ones I have let alone him so I am asking to please REPLACE them Wal-Mart said no cause there open like what am I supposed to do...?

Hay I just want to ask what is the difference between these two nappies ?I am not sure what name Nr 1in my photo is. If its also the ultra gold?I am a little confused.I Bought Nr 1 since my baby was 6 months and it works great.Ive been using only Huggies since he was born .

This month i used diaper Nr 2in my picture witch is the Huggies ultra gold boys medium and I found even if it does not show the blue that much or even if its not that full my son's skin feels wet even after a hour.
So I would like to buy Nr1 again if you can please tell me the name and show me the package of it .

i hope someone can help mecwith this, the box of diapers i bought recently seem to be missing half of the absorbant material in half a box of diapers.they just leak liquid instead of absorbing😢i was hoping to get a credit cause ive had to pi k thru and not able to use half of the diapers.i normally am happy with your product but this batch was a really bad one.the package was over $35 and had to buy new package sooner than expected to replace defective ones

I'm disappointed cause iv bee using Huggies for 10 years and had no problems.My baby is 2 years of age and is itching and is wet cause the nappies is leaking every time he pees.And I mean iv been using it since birth and no problems but now using number 4 its really pissing me off with this wet nappies and I had 2 give out a lot of money cause I had to buy ointments for his bum.
