Hungry Jacks mobile app.
Hi today 1/10/23 around 7 AM i made the order by mobile app and paid by pay pal before i goes to deer park Hungry Jacks to save my time but when i reached there to collect my order which is i paid already. On the app there was no order record app doesn’t shows any previous order only i had proof paid by paypal i mention the store supervisor he said i didn’t received any online order under my name. I don’t know what type of app is this. I want save my time but it took more longer then the normal order. Kindly fix your app to make Less hassle. Slow service. Wrong order, and badley made.
Friday 8.9.2023 it was a busy arvo with lack of staff, they were running off there feet.. It took over 40mins to get served... Then again another 40mins to receive my order... Then I got my food I ordered whopper jnr no cheese no pickle cut in half..3 nuggets, frozen mango and a water.. My order was wrong it had cheese in it and the nuggets were cold.. Got no straws for the drinks. Or no servetts.. I took my burger back and told them what was the problem. It was replaced with a throw together sloppy. End of a onion chopped poory burger.. With no servetts again.. The meal cost me $14.55 I used my card with $50 cash out... And im sure I was over charged.. My food I would like a meal replacement with extras for this crappy thing called fast food,. Cheers
Bug BBQ Brekky wrap
Purchased from Hungry Jacks Carseldine
Approx 10am Wednesday 13th September.
Purchased a small Big BBQ Brekky wrap meal.
Took a bite or two of the wrap noticed it treated a little unusual.
Looked down and saw a black colour running through the egg.
On closer inspection there was a black mouldy looking colour and film all through the eggs in the wrap.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a refund, but am also recording this as Iam now worried about becoming ill as I did eat some of this black egg.

Went in store and purchased the chicken fried burger. It was so thin and so tough and absolutely overpriced at $11.95. My husband purchased a junior burger for $2.95 and it was amazing. Toliets in female area had no toliet seat on it
I was busting to urinate other toliet was occupied so I had no choice but to squat.
I voiced my complaint with one of the people who worked there. So hopefully something should be done as it's unacceptable.
When we ordered we ordered a fried chicken burger meal large and
A double whopper meal large with 2 double cheeseburgers
We looked at receipt and it stated a whopper cheese value meal instead of a large whopper burger meal
I went back to staff and stated we Ordered a large whopper meal we still had to pay for it I believe that's wrong when it was the company's stuff up.
We are not happy and we will not be going back to that establishment in future.
And telling my friends about it

Many times we have got meals for us and for our families including our grand kids and as we are not close to the store we have had many items missing like burgers, toys and chips
These are hard to explain to the young kids when it’s a special treat and it’s so hard to drive another half and hour back to the store to get the orders fixed and then and half hour back home
Last week we got crispy chicken burgers and the chicken was cooked we also had bbq cheese burgers and the buns were dry like the burgers half and hour later after eating some of the order as a lot was missing yet again l got very sick
Diohieara and vomiting l had for a day and my partner said his was nice either
I have never complained before but as food is so expensive to buy and this is a treat for all of us enough is enough
I don’t eat at maccas or any other take away except Hungry Jacks
Please l would like this fixed up in some way

Went through drive threw 8/8/23 around 5.30 pm, got home order was wrong missing the burgers I asked and paid for. Rang store manager which he told me to come back anytime and get the right burgers, he even gave me some hungry jacks code to redeem what they stuffed up my order. Went today 196/8/23 around 6.30 pm to me made to feel like the ham burglar stealing what I had all ready paid for. The store manager said she could not find the code asked me and grilled me as if I was there stealing burgers. She did inform me that she could do nothing because the store managers did not record my name or the number that was given to me.. So in short not only did I get ripped off for what I had paid for I got to waste my time and my fuel to end up with nothing taylors rd store, the children working there need more training and the store should look to improve the management.
Desired outcome: for my trouble and time wasted by the keilor downs store they should give me my 3 double whoppers with cheese now in a large meal deal and one extra double whopper with cheese meal deal for my fuel wasted and phone calls to the store
Grilled chicken burger and onion rings
After driving for 9 hours I was looking for something to eat. I got to the roadhouse at pheasants nest nsw, what a horrible experience the grilled chicken was like a piece of wood, so hard I couldn, t even bite into it, and theonion rings were so overcooked could not even taste the onion they were jist like potato chip, I was so dissappointed and unfullfilled in my choice and would be apprehensive going to hungry jacks again,

Saturday 5th August 2023
Was at store from 8.30 to 8.840
I pulled up at drive through placed my ireder drove around to the window to pay and was ignored, no one came to take my payment, or let me know about my order I sat watching the workers talking to each other with ear pieces in, no other customers in drive through. One girl Handed man his food at front counter, meanwhile I was ignored, I sat there for 5 minutes then thought bugger this. When I got home I called the Dalby Hungry Jack's and asked to speak with the manager. Told her which order was mine and that I was ignored and her excuse was only two of them on duty, others were on a break and she was making my coffee. Not impressed with the new store management, have seen them doing g this before, though not to me.
Desired outcome: People be trained correctly.
Wrong product supplied & dining area very messy
Last Sundy night, at around 6.11 pm my wife & I visited the Tuggerah franchise for a dinner out - we are early 80's.
Ordered a Fried Chicken Roadhouse meal & a GM Chicago Angus (not a meal). Also 2 free Seniors Coffees.
We decided to eat in & selected a table - 3 other couples in the dining area.
While waiting we could not but notice the amount of chips & napkins on the floor, tables & chairs - photos taken out of interest.
We also took note of the 6 staff in the kitchen - all looked to be between 16 & 18 years old.
Got our meals in good time & given hungry status, immediatel started eating. Then realised that my chicken burger was infact a simple beef burger - but given our age could not be bothered going back & asking for the correct order & having to wait again. Also, albeit free coffees, they were only luke warm.
To rensure that the restaurant runs efficiently & responsibly, should not a senior manager with authority to whip the kids into action always be on site. They would not be employed in my historical businesses. Would appreciate a call back. Roger Palmer

Service…..we ordered a cappuccino and 2 hash browns…..we then waited at the window for 15 mins to receive our order….they were not busy and this is not the first time they have been slow. Another couple of times we have received our orders and it has been cold. I have seen where they make the burgers and then they take ages to give out the orders, so therefore they are cold when received.
Free uno competition
we have been purchasing hungry jacks for months and we had free coupons off the coke drinks when we purchased our meals in there uno competition. when we went to collect the free products no hungry jacks stores in toowoomba would honour the free burgers and drinks that came on the competition cups. they said they could not do anymore but the expiry date on the competion was the 10/7/23 we went in all times they did not honour so false advertising . We have emailed them weeks ago and still no reply. Can you please assist us with this please as for all other customers were all the same
Desired outcome: to be honoured what the competition was and get the products as advertised
Pickup of online meal order
On 11/7/23 I placed an order through the Hungry Jacks App at approximately 9:15pm.
The order consisted of 3 x double cheeseburger super stunners and I did the shake and win and had a $4 bacon deluxe burger. I paid for the order before heading to the West Gosford Store to pick up the food at the drive through as selected in the app.
I arrived approximately 10 minutes after placing the order.
I gave my order number (8919) to the assistant on the speakerphone at the drive thru.
I was given the drinks and ice creams at the window and told to park at the front where I would get the rest of the order.
There was no one in the restaurant and only one car in front of me who also parked at the front.
While waiting a car went through the drive thru and kept going. They got their order at the window.
It was 5 minutes before the car in front of me got the order brought out.
Another car came through and parked and within a minute was given their order.
I asked the attendant how long my order would be.
She said there is alot of meat to cook. (I didn't know Hungry Jacks cooks the meat in store)
At this point a group of young people entered the store and started placing orders.
I was still waiting for my order. I was getting frustrated.
Another car came through the drive thru and almost at the same time was given their order which was not small.
I asked again where is my order and pointed out that I had been waiting 10 minutes already. I was told in an arrogant manner that "I told you there is alot of meat to cook."
Another 5 minutes passed and someone brought my order out and gave it to me. I complained about the amount of time it took. The girl was dismissive and said " I told you there was alot of meat to cook".
I felt angry at the dismissive comment and told her that the staff there are incompetent.
I drove home with the melted ice creams and watered down coke (all the ice had melted) where I found that one of the double cheeseburgers was not provided.
In the pack was 2 cheeseburgers and the bacon deluxe burger which I got through shake and win.
I rang the store and told the girl that there was a burger missing.
She responded by saying "no there wasn't, I packed that order myself" and then hung up on me.
I have never encountered such a poor customer service attitude from anyone at a hungry jacks store.
It was as if the staff there just didn't want to be there.
I feel cheated and disrespected and being dismissed on the phone was the most offensive experience.
I don't think that I will ever place an order with hungry jacks online again.
Depending on Hungry jacks response I may even embark on a campain through social media to let as many people know as possible. (After doing a search, I found I am one of many who have had similar experiences.
Desired outcome: At the very least I would like an apology and a refund for the order.
Toilets, floors
Recently, 4th july, went the to the thomastown store, dalton rd, (melbourne, vic),
Food was lovely, manager was great, greeted nicely and friendly, went to the toilet afterwards... Totally disgusting, filthy, piss all over the floors, obvioulsy wasn't going to stand in that, went to the use the toilet bowl instead... Piss all over the floor again, no toilet paper, no lock on the door... Makes you want to vomit... Seriously disgusting... I can handle a little bit of a mess, your toilets need to be checked more regularly, have someone travel around the whole day maintaining a region... A person for melb nth, south east and west... Some one who is a handy person and can clean toilets... Its not that hard... And the person who was supposedly mopping the floors... Another disgusting mess, you could see that the mop had never been cleaned and they were just pushing the grease and oil around... And put wet floor signs around for safety... Clean up your stores... Filth
Desired outcome: clean your stores...get staff who know how to clean, ACTUALLY ADD detergent to the mop...dont just dip the mop in greasy slimey water...filth
Missing items
I went to the drive thru to get some food in Mentone
I order 2 medium meals one was the Carolina double whooper
The second one was Angus pulled porc
The order was taking more time than usual
So I moved out of the drive thru
Went to the door and waited
I received the bag and no drinks
I told her the drink were missing, she got them for me
Then only when I left I realised one fries as well were missing
I’m not the one who should remind the employees what to do

To Hungry Jack's
I started work, then a few hours into my shift Anjoli was shouting expletive words, and then after that she started treating everyone including myself horribly. I cannot believe she would talk to our coworkers like that. After I came home, I felt like I needed to cry, the way she treated me was not okay. I didn't feel comfortable standing up for myself because I was scared, she would scream at me. I haven't been with hungry jacks to long but I hope you will be able to do something about this.
Desired outcome: I would like her to be change to a different restaurant or fired if possible.
Orders
I have ordered and payed for a chicken royal burger with an extra patty, Mayo and a slice of cheese and did not receive any of them. My brother also ordered a bacon and cheese fried chicken burger and did not receive the cheese or bacon and 3 sweet and sour sauces where not received after asking for them directly.

Uno competition
we have been to hungry jacks in all toowoomba stores since the uno competition started. it said we had one a couple of free whoppers, and a bacon delux and a coke which was free on the coke cups. All stores will not honour the free ones as they arnt doing it even though we bought it there and it expires 10/7/23. They state the are not doing it anymore which is false advertisement
So how do we get our free burgers and drinks
Please let me know as i will go to fair trading and will let the media know if we are not honoured what we have got free in the competition.
