Waited 25 minutes for burnt burgers, first they said they couldn't burn as they are on a conveyor system. I sent photo, they agreed it's burnt, a week later I'm offer Medici I'm meals equating to half my order. The officer suggesting he "finds it very hard to believe that the burnt burgers weren't eaten and refuses to offer a refund.
