Hungry Jack's Australia review: Regards order and manger behaviour

Hi my name is J. I have order online order no [protected] on 2nd of December 23. I was at work so I order for my family. But when they gave order they did not provide Drinks with order. It was take away order. Even hungry Jack has offer on large order the giving glass. The staff at counter is not giving with order unless the customer mentioned and want the Glass.

When I came home around 6pm and my kids complained about drinks that why I did not order drinks with meal. I told them I did so I called hungry Jack Clyde north [protected] and spoke to Else if this is correct name manager at Clyde North Branch.

I explain my complaint and she wasn’t interested to listen she cut me and asked me so you did not get drinks or Glass. I said I am complaining you about the drinks with my large meal. And she cut me again and said ok I will put you in system that next time you will get free drinks.

I did not like the way she said free drinks and second I explained her I already paid it’s not free and we should serve today with meal. And she replied ok I will change my word to you will get drink when you will get order next time . Then I tried to explain about how I feeling and she cut me and was very rude and told me first you are calling after 3 hours of order and now you are constantly saying and without listening me she hung the phone.

I called again and no one pick in the 4th try another person pick and I asked what was the name of the person who have no manners to listen complain but the. She hang up. I tried 12 time calling.

I felt so much insulted and we have paid for the order which we did not get properly even the burgers and chips was served Cold and without drinks and when complaints she said come next time we give you free drinks.

So I went personally and want to see that person and when I was talking to her I said I just came here to get your name so I can complaint higher and she she use the word “I am not giving my name because of the social security and I am threatened”

I was shocked so I mentioned her my alll call is recorded and I am making video right now so I have proof that my entire talk regards my complaint towards the services which we received today. And the way you handle it.

For me It was shocking and horrible experience I have at hungry jacks.
