as many people have mentioned, the amount of large pieces of bark and large tar balls found in your products has increased exponentially in the last 24 months. I have removed whole grams of waste from your products recently and today I received what appears to be part of a rope in your product. As a resident of Australia this is really upsetting as each month we seem to pay more and more for cigarettes due to tax but receive a lower and lower quality product.

What a waste of time posting this. If you take consumer concerns so seriously why not just forward the information on? Because you know people aren't going to wait for a reply on here just to get the customer support number that should be publicly available anyway. What a load of BS

Hello there my name is Timothy Hancock,
I have been purchasing Parker and Simpson red for a few years now and always seem to come across cigarettes sometimes the whole packet, the cigarettes are 3/4 full!
It's almost eyebrow burning in the first light!
I haven't complained before as I pass it off as a fluke but I have now had 2 packets In a row that 90% of the smokes are mot filled properly!
I pay just under $30 AUD for 20 smokes and I would like to enjoy them all not just some!
By the way my eyebrows are fine!

Horizon blue 50 gram
I bought a 50 gram pouch of horizon blue on Friday the 29 oct 2021 mid morning at TSG in Fairfield shopping centre in Townsville QLD 4812 and I have found hard chunks with tobacco stuck in it in the pouch and I can't smoke, they aren't small chunks either which now have to go in the bin. I've been a smoker of your product for a long time and enjoy the tobacco just not the chunks.

White ox
I've been buying 100 grams of white ox for many years and have recently noticed that my pouches have ALOT of bark and other foreign matter in them and they are extremely dry and hard to smoke, as I previously stated I've been buying your product for a number of years and I would be disappointed to see such a good name be ruined because a lack of quality control. Dr Pat distinctive "pipe" tobacco 50g
Greetings, This is not really a complaint, more of an inquiry.
I purchased a 50G pouch of Dr Pat Distinctive tobacco. I asked if it was Pipe Tobacco, as I had only ever purchased it in tins, I had been buying it for around 20 years, but had not been smoking my pipes for around 12 months, I was assured it was Pipe Tobacco. Upon opening the pouch, the aroma was different to what I remembered, the tobacco appeared to be a finer cut, not as dark, and it smoked "hot". Certainly not what my Dr Pat used to be. If I am to continue to smoke my Pipes, I need to know I can purchase good quality Pipe tobacco!

Hi, my housemate and I share tobacco, today he brought a fresh pouch and while I was rolling from the brand new pouch I happened to find aomething weird inaide of the 25g pouch, it is almost like a black squishy sponge like object in appearance and it is sticky, it breaks apart strangely. I am unsure as to what this is and would like to have the situation resolved please. I've not seen this in my rolling pouches before but I am unhappy with this outcome

JPS RYO pouch
I am extremely disappointed in the number of stalks/sticks that I am finding in my tobacco pouches. The attached photo shows the amount from half a pouch of tobacco purchased recently. It is incredibly frustrating due to the price and the effort required to siphon these out each time I wish to roll a cigarette. Pleas do something about it I don't want to change to another brand

parker simpson blue 25 gram
bought 3 packets this week (24th 10 oct 2021 ) from smoekmart in Rutherford like normal for my fortnightly shop ...out of the 3 packets this was found inside all 3 ... a tar like substance that made me extremely sick ... the tar was found in all three packets ... the photo is what came out of just one packet ... the other 2 packets were the same ... basically was unsmokeable after a while ... big waste of money

I found something that looks like tar in my 50gram packet of rolling tobacco it doesn't look like a lot but with the price of tobacco ATM it's annoying more then anything but also I thought it's something that should be brought to your attention. I purchased this at the BP service station in castletown not sure if it's a 1 off or it's in multiple packets of rolling tobacco

Hi there, the last 3 pouches of 25 g tobacco I have brought have had a lot of lumps of tar in them which weigh slot more than the actual tobacco, I have taken a picture of what I've found in the most recent pouch, I don't want to stop purchasing your product but may have to, just wondering what can be done about this? Some kind of compensation would be appreciated as it is expensive and feel that I'm not getting what I pay for with these chunks in each pouch.

Parker & simpson red + firm touch filter 20
Been smoking Parker & Simpson Red cigarettes for about 3 years now. Had the occasional cigarette with a tear in the paper somewhere along the cigarette which would effect the way the cigarette is consumed, nothing to complain about until today when I bought this park of 20's, about Halfway through the packet of cigarettes I noticed the filter end of the cigarette was getting moist quickly and felt weird in my mouth. Then I noticed the problem when I looked at my remaining cigarettes. See pictures attached. The filter end of the cigarettes have the "rolled paper" around the filter fitted incorrectly, over hanging on several cigarettes by 2-8mm. The quality and consumption of such was effected.
I have provided this feedback for Q/A so you may avoid this happening again. Thankyou

JPS Abundant Gold tobacco - 25g - too dry
Date of purchase/incident: 17/10/2021
Purchased a sealed JPS gold pouch of tobacco on 17/10/2021.
Upon opening, the tobacco felt extremely dry resulting in difficulty rolling and keeping tobacco in the paper.
Normally, the tobacco from an unopened pack would feel slightly wet and fresh to the touch and remain this way until the pack is finished however this particular pack felt like I had left the tobacco out for a few days to dry out - it was crunchy and broke down to a dust-like consistency at the first touch.
I have never had an issue with JPS in all the years I have used this product but felt I needed to raise this as a complaint given I felt strongly about the quality of the product.
