Jps superkings blue
Hi,
I generally wouldn't complain but I've noticed in the last couple of packets I have bought there is atleast one cigarette that has a default I guess if that's what you would call it. It's like it's not airtight or there's a whole in it so when you attempt to smoke it it's like smoking just air. I mean like I said I wouldn't normally complain but with the price of cigarettes these days and how much I actually consume which is about a packet a day it does all add up. Anyway just thought I'd give you the heads up in case I'm not the only one.

White ox tobacco
Upon getting half way through my white ox I've found leaves and pieces debris inside my packaging with my tobacco, which is not cheap to purchase as I've been smoking and supporting white ox for 30 years this is a little disappointing

Champion ruby 25 g pouch
Have been using champion ruby for years now without complaint but in the last six months have been getting balls of what seems to be like hash but from Tabasco. Hard resin putty like balls. Today I bought a pouch and it contained yet another but this was significantly bigger. My issue is these balls seem to be of a wheight that would alter the packet weight therefore probly not getting what I pay for. They are dear enough without losing out .

Hi there... I have had yet again another dud cigarette in my packet of 20s... I buy a week's worth at a time but seem to get at least 1 bad smoke in every 3rd pack the last couple months... I lit it and didn't see the issue til I looked to see why I couldn't work it properly... I've been buying pouches for a few years now and recently I have been getting alot of stems that are the length of a smoke and longer I found most of the stems in my most recent pouch and thought i had to say something because it's getting ridiculous now so I'm hoping that someone can help me with this reoccurring problem

White ox 25g
Good afternoon to whom it may concern,
Normally I would not go this far to complain, but the last pouch of tobacco I bought which was today 1/10/21 and last week have these big strands in it which are not smokeable and it's abit disappointing as I love white ox,
I didn't worry about the first pouch cause I thought oh its a once off but I've kept this one and took photos to show you.
It is expensive but I will still purchase white ox in the future,
I hope you can help me out on this and maybe send a new pouch if possible.

JPS 30s blue Firm touch filter
I bought a packet of JPS 30s blue firm touch filter and i pulled out a cigarette lit it and next minute i look at my smoke and the only thing in my hand was the filter, the smoke had fallen completely out of the filter as if there's been some kind of fault when they've been made, then i lit another and the same thing happened, all up i've had five faulty smokes in a packet of 30s, i have a photo of one of the last cigarettes that fell apart as i was at work when the first couple fell out

I have been getting a lot of back tar like substance in my tobacco pouches and im over it. It has gotten out of hand and the weight is getting into the grams and is costing me money i can't afford to smoke as it is with prices so high so if I can be refunded the seven packets I purchased that would be good and I'll continue to buy your products thank you very much and stay safe

Faulty product
G'day guys, I'm not really one to complain but this annoyed me lol
Most of the ends of cigarettes I purchased had overlapping paper over the filter and was also making it loose causing the filter to pull out while taking a drag :(

Riverstone tobacco
My pouches of riverstone tobacco have quite large clumps of tar in them. I have also found substantial amounts of big pieces of branch among the tobacco. The quality of the product is not what I first encountered when I started using it about 4 years ago
White ox tobacco
I purchased a 25g pouch of white ox a few days ago and was very disappointed to have opened it to find it was about 99% bark and 1% tobacco. I have smoked white ox for about 10 years now and over the years I've noticed more and more bark in pouches but could not believe my eyes when I opened this one. White ox is my favourite tobacco and I'm wondering who I can contact about this problem?

So today i went to get a pack of smokes from iga and when i got out to the car I opened my pack and went to pull them out to put in my cigarette tin and then i noticed 1 of the smokes was only the butt and the rest of smoke wasnt there iv got the video to prove it not good jps hopefully yous can do something about this for me would be greatly appreciated

Jps blue 25g tobacco
I bought this pouch of jps blue 25g tobacco yesterday 23rd September 2021. There was shredded cardboard in the actual tobacco. I can't afford another packet so I took photos as proof and I will smoke the rest of tobacco as I don't have any money to buy anymore. I am disgusted in this incident as I'm a regular jps brand smoker. Look forward to hearing from you.

Jps endless blue
Over the last 5 pouches of jps endless blue that I purchased from different locations, has been full of stems and what feels and looks like pieces of bark. I changed to jps thinking it was a better brand and of better standards. Not happy or satisfied one bit. Especially when the costs exceed the quality and quantity of the tobacco. The quality has depreciated along with the quantity. Not happy.

White OX
I have just purchased this 50gram white Ox Tobacco from my local food Works in Port Macquarie NSW I have been smoking white Ox for the past 12 years there is so much bark in this packet for the amount that I'm paying $117.55 this is disgusting. The last packet I brought was the same and I thought I just got a bad packet and didn't worry about it. But this time for the amount that I pay for the 50 gram pouch I feel like I should just roll up the bark that fall from the trees. I feel that you people do not care about the product you sell or the customers. I feel over the years the product is failing you and failing me as a loyal consumer. Does your organisation not care about quality control?

I have never had a problem before and have enjoyed your product. I am writing this to you, not with a cynical scheme to cop free product, and I am not some serial complainer or crackpot, but I'd like to make you aware of a dodgy patch!
This packet is the second pack in a week which, frankly, seems to be stale or inferior in some way. The batch number in this pack is 84585. I threw out the last one and shall be throwing this pack away. With service station prices, this is nearly $80 down the drain. Again, just making you aware of this problem.
