Imperial Tobacco Australia jps blue 25 mg

Hi I bought my second pouch of JPS blue in a week and both pouches were full of chunks, hard big chunks. The amount I pay for a pouch I'm not very impressed with the quality. By the time I've taken out all the hard chunky pieces there is roughly a quarter of the pouch gone. I bought both pouches from coles swan hill. I've attached a picture of some of the chunks found...

Imperial Tobacco Australia jps endless blue tobacco

I purchased a 25g pouch of jps blue tobacco 12/11/19 i opened it and rolled my smoke and found a ball of what looks like poo! Its round and hard has tobacco through it! I have never seen anything like it before! Im not impressed as they are $42 a pouch and its now 9.30 at night and the shops are shut so i cant go buy another pouch unless i want to spend more at a petrol station which i shouldn't even be doing! I would appreciate that someone contact me as i shouldn't be out of pocket for something so disgusting.

Imperial Tobacco Australia riverstone - premium blend tobacco

Prices in Australia going up and quality going down, recent leaves I found in the packet.

I paid 28$ something 6 months ago and now pay over $40 per packet, only to have it full of leaves that won't roll properly in a cigarette paper.

Wtf Riverstone, I could almost roll a cigar out of one of them, maybe it's cigars you should be making 😂😂😂.

Imperial Tobacco Australia champion ruby

Hi I have been smoking champion ruby since about 2001, I've tried other tobacco but it's the best. I've noticed in the last 18 months that there are a lot more big, unsmokable bits in the packs. When smoked they ruin the whole cigarette, hence wasting more tobacco. Australian cigarette prices are insane and I feel that this constantly below average product is becoming unfeasible. I'd appreciate some kind of compensation for the last year's of lost product as I would love to be able to continue buying Champion. I have many photos of these large chunks if that helps. Thank you

Imperial Tobacco Australia parker and simpson 25 gram tobacco

To whom it may concern I brought parker and simpson 25 gram tabacoo and there was a tabacoo leaf in it that was not shredded and it's not cheap these days to not get full amount property packed I enjoy the tabacoo and I get it all the time and never had a problem before as I said it's way to expensive these days to have some of it not don't properly I wish we had no tax one smokes I really do you they would go down I hope you can help me with this thanks

Imperial Tobacco Australia riverstone rum tobacco 15gram pouch

I bought a pouch of 15 gram river stone rum tobacco and the tobacco it's self was intensely dry which is uncommon and has a foul taste I then bought a second to compare it and it was normal and fine the first pouch bought I had a few people try and they all had the same complaint it tasted bad and was super dry. The store I bought wouldn't do anything to resolve the issue and now I am stuck with both pouches one that's basically rubbish and considering it isn't cheap I would like this resolved as it isn't fair. Please contact me to clear up anything as tgis is the brand I always smoke and after this I don't feel like I should. There were also large chunks of like bark which I do get from time to time which I just pick out and throw away as it's not smokeable or too big but there was significantly more in this pouch as I was throwing them away I started to realise that instead of one or two here I've picked out at least half a dozen and again left me unhappy and felt ripped off. I'm not trying to be rude or scam you guys I just felt it wasn't fair $30 wasted on tobacco that everyone agrees needs to be thrown away and I can't just have it sit there, and I can't just smoke it, it left me with an unsettled feeling and made me want to vomit. I hope someone reads this I hope I jusy got a bad one but I do feel like something should be done to correct this. Thank you for reading this and please get back to me as soon as possible.

Imperial Tobacco Australia long beach yellow original 25s

After purchasing a pack of 25s Longbeach original yellow from my local supermarket (Coles) i found the cigarette to be different the taste is now somewhat more like that of a cheaper brand of cigarette, it's is also different in appearance. Despite knowing the risks of smoking I Continue to smoke and regardless of the high price I have stuck to my long beach yellow for many years i expect quality for price I pay

Imperial Tobacco Australia riverstone premium rum blend

Hi as a regular purchaser of your riverstone premium rum blend tobacco I have noticed of late the amount of uncut tobacco in a 25g pouch is increasing.. the last pouch purchased from john [censored]s at margate qld had a ridiculous amount in it and have taken a photo to show.. I purchase at least 4 to 5 per week but the last one was the worst. Also the availability of late has been ridiculous here with my local tobacconist only being allocated minimal amounts.

Large chunks of un-chopped tobacco in pouch. They are not smokable and are going to waste. This is not the first time but the first I am getting around to complaining. It happens too often! Given the price now it's not an insignificant cost to lose a percentage of many packets. Can I get some compensation for this? Do I need to start seeking another brand? Suggestions welcomed.

I was given a replacment 50g pouch for one i forwarded you about 2 weeks ago...
My greatfullness dimmed too disapaer when o opened too find even more than normal amounts of bark etc etc..i again am forwarding the item portion i am talking about on the pouch it was supplied in.firstly in the hope the a replacment is given.but more that the problem in your quality contol is found and addressed . This is not the first time I'm over the five years and I've been smoking this brand of tobacco I have found several of these pieces if not larger in most packets considering the amount of money that we pay for the tobacco I would like to think of the quality was a bit better or at least up to standard I'm losing weight in the In the packet with these whatever they are that should be tobacco

I purchased a pouch of the 25g JPS blue today (29/10/2019) and upon rolling my 3rd Rollie, I pulled this tinsel like piece out of my cigarette.

I almost smoked this.

What is this? It has a gold tip and the rest is silver. Unless your last year Christmas decorations some how got into your production line.

I'd appreciate a answer... especially paying $42 a pouch now, you'd thing you'd have strict regulations in this process.

My name is les karamoshos I purchased a pouch of 25 g champion ruby from woolworth's in the suburb of dingley 3172
When I went home and opened the packet I found it to be very dry and crusty I drove pack to woolworth's and I explained to the lady that I would like pouch to be replaced with a new pouch or a refund.
He response was that she cant refund or replace the pouch of tobacco because I had opened the packet.
I replied well its not my fault I had to open the packet of tobacco to consume.
I am very surprised at this as it has never happened before.

I bought a 25 gram pouch of tobacco On the 25th of October 2019 from Sorell Tas Woolworths and since opening the pouch I keep finding sticks and barky stuff all through it I would like a new pouch of tobacco cause I virtually cannot smoke the [censored] and this isn't the first time it's happened to me buts it's the first time I've ever complained about it so I would like a new pouch to replace the one I bought full of [censored] thank you

Imperial Tobacco Australia rothman blue 20g rollies

I have smoked Rothman blue 20g tobacco pouches for 7 years now
And the last 3 packs I have purchased the ziplock on the pack has been broken
Not glued one side to the pack so the freshness does not last I'm very disappointed in this as I have had to throw away 2 packs now because of this
They are expensive and I am now considering changing brands

I purchased a 40 pack of JPS Menthol Cigarettes from my local woolworths and I found that one of them has only about a quarter of a filter in it. Normally I would be happy to just brush it off and not worry about it but at the price of over $50 for each packet and this not being the first time this has happened, I expect to get what I'm paying for.

Well I bought two packets of Parker & Simpson blue on Wednesday 23rd of October 2019.
First packet normal, but when opening this packet today I was surprised to find that it came with a large strip of tape which had ruined a chunk of the tobacco not to mention there is also sticky bits on some of the other tobacco as well. Also to mention I've been finding chunks of bark throughout the packs I have been buying.

Purchased tonight at Coles in Hastings Victoria.

Tobacco is artificial looking, very finely chopped, fluffy and very uniform. Nothing resembling plant matter at all. Tobacco has an odd plastic taste, and makes my gums and lips tingle, and feel a little numb.

Have tried rolling another cigarette with different papers and filter and it made no difference.

Imperial Tobacco Australia white ox 25gm

Hi recently I have been getting a lot of bark n chunks of bark throughout various pouches of white ox I have brought. I haven't complained in the past as I thought it may have just been a random mess up from the factory but the last pouch contains a large unsmokable bark. I've been a loyal white ox smoker for over 16 years and love smoking it.
But due to the amounts of bark recently I am thinking of finding another brand. I feel saddened that your quality of the product is declining and at the cost of the product these days getting the quality that I'm getting isn't justifiable.

I have added photos of the bark and the pouches I have brought since july2019. I'm a single mum and can't afford for this to keep happening. I'd like some kind of acknowledgement and response to this complaint and the issue rectified.

I used to smoke jps gold taylor mades until they got to expensive never had any complaints now i have to smoke jps tabacco it is the worse tabacco i have ever smoked its full of dry stemy bits and its very dry tabacco i have brought it about six times now and i will not buy it again and most of my friends smoke as well and i have told them not to buy it im so dissapointed in the tabacco its such a shame because like i said i used to smoke jps taylor mades and enjoyed them
