I am having a Consumer No. GK0010175 with the G. K. Indane Gas Agency, Kamal Kant Road, Ratu Road, Main Road, Ranchi - 834001. I booked for Gas cylinder on 11.10.2006 with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 3 working days. But the same has not been delivered till date. I have personally seen the delivery van distributing the same around the area.
I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay. They also harass me and ask to come time and again. They also do not respond positively.

These agency people are arogant and they are making lot of money by giving it to shop keepers.
"Unfortunately" I have an Indane Gas connection from BTM agency, bangalore, Karnataka. I really gone mad and felt like committing suicide because of the extremely disgusting and disappointing behavior and response of the Indane dealer office in BTM lay out. I have been trying to call at the following no. 080- [protected], [protected], [protected] (as given in the card from your agency) from the past 2 weeks, but either I find the call busy or no-one picks up the call...!. Till now I could not book the Gas.
Even the delivery of the gas also I had a very bad experience, they delivery agency will never come on Weekends even though we instruct them while booking. They always claim when they are coming for delivery, we were not there..!. They deliberately come on weekdays and they know that we are working class. Then we need to go and pick up the gas from them, and they charge additional Rs.15 as well. Ridiculous..!
Nobody is there to control these criminals.

I am highly frustrated with the behaviour of the people who are managing JAI JAWAN gas services. They are the gundaas and involve in lot of black services. JAI JAWAN is extremely unsafe if you have ladies at home collecting gas in absense of other home members. They are so rude and misbehave and are really criminals. Same like above cases is happening with me also. I have an Indane Gas connection from SRI VINAYAKA ENTERPRISES, #47/2, Near TVS Godown, Kudlu Main Road, Kudlu, bangalore - 560 068, Karnataka. I have paid for GAS Connection nearly one year back and really getting mad because of their behaviour and response. I have not received my Customer Book also and Last from 10 months 3 times they gave me commercial Cylinder (cost around Rs. 1200/-) and every time they promised me next time they will give regular Cylinder. Now last from 2 month daily I am going to their agency and asking for the cylinder, this time also the same story take commercial one and next time will give regular cylinder. I have tried almost all the way to get the cylinder from the agency but but unfortunately no success...
Now the question is how to get the cylinder ? Shall i go for police help or consumer court. I want to go for such type of way by which no one should face same problem. I have one last option using that atleast in that area next time this will never happen but the end result is i will lose my carrier and my family (Wife & my sweet baby) meight come on road after me. But even if I am ready to go for that.

Sir pls dont think it as a anonymous i m telling u the very truth. we the pupils of fatehgarh having the gas connection of indane gas from the Balramji Gas Agency are suffering from too many problems from ur distributors. they never use to provide the refil cylinder within time. from the bottling plant they use to get the refil load very properly but they r not distributing the load to the connection holder properly. first of all the consumer should go to their office and get the receipt voucher after showing the blue booklet, that the proper days are over without making any payment . and they never use to take the amount of the refil voucher their. than the consumer should go to thier Godown situtated far away from the city. their the consumer should stand in line in hot summer for hours for it chance to get the refil cylinder. their the agency holder stands with a wooden stick & mis behave wjth the consumers & says that because of them the public of fatehgarh is cooking food at their home. Any one who disobey their rules and regulation will not get any refil cylinder. the agancy holder get the ful load of truck of 306 refil cylinders. but he use to issue only 150 to 180 cylinders.
At the time of delivery time they use to take the money their itself at the time of receipt they use to take access of money and their they use to to show that they the most genuine persons of this world.
if anybody pays Rs. 400/= or more they use to give the refil in black. the main motive of them is to provide gas refil cylinders in BLACK MARKETING.
due to this crisis always occurs everytime, 365 days.
the behaviour of the agency holder is too much rude & always speaks to a consumers in a very bad & indecent way that consumer is a beggar & after paying Rs. 340/= for a refil because of distributor he is able to get the refil cylinders & will be able to cook his food .
they always use to take acess of money from which is printed on the receipt,
pls tell me why they use to take money at godown, why not at their booking office
if any consumer is not able to take the refil cylinder within two days of the receipt, the receipt will become invalid, & again he should go to the booking office and stands in long que, waits for his turn & again shows the blue booklet and submit the old, invalid receipt said by the distributor. and ask for the new one.
Is their any column in ur company that if receipt become two days older it will be invalid.
The payment should be made at the distributors godown not at the booking office. why is it so.

I too had bed experince with gas distributor at Kosli in Rewari District Haryana. Here always remained shortage of gas stock. Ithink it is due to selling gas at backdoor for higer rates. Here for one gas cylinder you have to devote whole day and you are lucky person if you got. They have six or seven muscular body persons for those customer who make complaint . So they behaved rudely. I dont no why systm is not taking action against these persons.

there will be big fights on agencies and the company officers too will have to suffer a lot for it.

I am a consumer of SRI LALITHA AGENCIES INDANE DISTRIBUTORS, RAJAPALAYAM 626 117, Tamil Nadu. My Gas connection NO is: 411883. I book gas cylinder every time by telephone and their line is always busy. After longtime they pickup the call and do not speake properly.
Even they did not respond properly after a long try, I booked refilling gas cylinder in that agency last month. After 20 to 25 days complete, they did not send any gas cylinder to my home. When I contacted them through phone they did not respond to me again. Then I went to that agency personally and enquired about my booking status. They said that the cylinder allotted to me was given to someone. They apologized to me and said that your booking cylinder had been wrongly sent to others.
Problems with the agency:
1. While booking gas cylinder through phone they did not pickup the phone call and did not respond to the customer.
2. Cylinder is illegally sold to someone other than consumer.
3. They do not keep the stock (gas cylidner) always. But they sold the cylinder with higher price.
4. The cylinder filling place is 3km away in my city. They easily say to go and fill it your cylinder.

गैस बुक कराने में 21 दिन की बाध्यता नहींबरेली, जागरण संवाददाता : घरेलू कुकिंग गैस की बुकिंग के लिए कोई समय सीमा नहीं है। उपभोक्ता को अपनी वास्तविक जरूरत के लिहाज से गैस आपूर्ति का हक है। यह खुलासा सूचना के अधिकार कानून के तहत इंडियन ऑयल कार्पोरेशन लिमिटेड ने किया है। इंडियन अ़ॉयल कार्पोरेशन लिमिटेड के नोएडा कार्यालय से जब यह जानकारी चाही गयी कि क्या उपभोक्ता के लिए घरेलू कुकिंग गैस रिफिल हेतु एक से दूसरा सिलेंडर हासिल करने के लिए इक्कीस दिनों की अवधि की बाध्यता है, तो कार्पोरेशन की ओर से खुलासा किया गया कि ऐसी किसी समय सीमा की कोई बाध्यता नहीं है। कार्पोरेशन ने यह भी खुलासा किया है कि गैस रिफिल की होम डिलीवरी मूल्य मात्र 309.80 रुपये है। जबकि नये कनेक्शन हेतु 14.2 किलो के एक सिलेंडर की जमानत धनराशि मात्र 1250 रुपये है, जो कि वापसी योग्य है। रेगुलेटर की जमानत राशि मात्र 150 रुपये है जो कि वापसी योग्य है। नये कनेक्शन का शुल्क 35 रुपये है। डीजीसीसी बुकलेट की कीमत मात्र 35 रुपये ही देय है। नये कनेक्शन के वक्त चूल्हे का निरीक्षण मूल्य दो सौ रुपये देय है। मगर यदि उपभोक्ता वितरक से नया चूल्हा खरीदता है तो उससे मात्र चूल्हे की वास्तविक कीमत ही प्राप्त की जा सकती है, चूल्हा निरीक्षण मूल्य हासिल नहीं किया जा सकता। इन तमाम तथ्यों का खुलासा कार्पोरेशन की ओर से उस समय किया गया जब यहां के आजमनगर निवासी एक कुकिंग गैस उपभोक्ता मोहम्मद खालिद जिलानी एडवोकेट ने सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम 2005 के तहत अपने कुछेक सवालों के मद्देनजर कार्पोरेशन से जानकारी मांगी।

I am shocked to state about the unscrupulous activities of some Indane gas dealers in Kankurgachi Area. The name of the dealer is Auroshikha bearing the code 40368 addressed at 73 Dhandevi Khana Road. While accompanying my elderly grand aunt who had earlier sent an application for getting a second cylinder.I was amazed and shocked to find that the dealer was forcing her to buy soaps, aprons, phenols, oil etc from some dubious local manufacturers at a very high cost, It is really shameful that they were saying that the products were supplied by Indian Oil and it was mandatory to buy those products otherwise they would not provide the second cylinder connection. I would request you to kindly look into this matter and take necessary steps so that no one is harassed in this way. I will also request you to take a decisive step to curb this activities that happens due to interlinks between some officials from your agency and the dealers as they are both hand in glove.
