Package not delivered promptly, no communication be courier

My package has been at the Dartmouth, Nova Scotia warehouse for a week. Delivery was attempted twice. No reason was given for the failure of the first delivery. The second delivery was apparently weather-related (I found this out talking with a person from the company when I phone the 844 number. The local delivery warehouse did not notify me). The last communication I had was January 8. It is not January 13. There has been no communication from the warehouse and I have been unable to connect by phone to [protected] for 2 days.
This is absurdly bad service. All I want is my package delivered. I have given specific instructions concerning the delivery and where the driver can park.
Please just get my package delivered!

Home Delivery
For several days I have been expecting parcels from AMAZON via Intercom Express. Every day the tracking shows delivery attempted, but no one has tried as we have been at home. Try to CHAT - never seems too be someone available. Phone the number after 15 minutes you get cut off.
They have delivered here at least 40 times before. What is wrong all of a sudden.
Fake attempted delivery
Not much to say... A Walmart online order to be picked up in STORE! Tracking stated delivery attempt... NO! NO! NO!
Why is nothing ever done about these clowns?! The internet is littered with these complaints.
Customer service
I received 2 emails within a minute of each yesterday yesterday: first one advising my package is on the way and one (1) minute later another email message that the package had been delivered. There was nothing delivered so I called. The representative yesterday was very helpful and told me he would contact the warehouse, etc because knowing who the driver was, the driver could be asked if the messages were intended and should have been sent when I received a package around noon (12:00). He told me someone would call me today and they usually call in the morning or afternoon. And if no one calls for me to call the vendor. I have been waiting all day (now 6:00 pm). I decided to follow up myself and the representative today was unprofessional and hung up on me! I am not calling the vendor because this is not a vendor issue. They did not send me the emails, Intelcom did. They do not deliver packages to my address; Intelcom does. I am back waiting for my call to be answered and I intend to ask to speak with a Supervisor as being hung up because I am not calling the vendor regarding YOUR emails and YOUR driver. I sincerely hope messages are really recorded so you can hear the communication and him hanging up.

Today is January 14, 2022 and I have received no emails or calls regarding the 2 complaints I filed. Today I submitted another regarding not receiving any written reply or call regarding my complaints, so this makes 3 complaints total.
I am from Sault Ste. Marie as well, and I had pretty close to the exact same experience! My parcel email stated that it was delivered, even signed for by the driver, but it was not received at my residence . When I contacted Intelcom, I was told they would contact the driver and within 24 hours get back to me via email. I waited the 24 hrs and called back for a follow up. I also got hung up on as well! When I called back, I was told that they couldn’t find it (I don’t even think they followed up with the driver at all) and contact Amazon. Nice eh! Imagine if my item was thousands of dollars to just not get it and the response is a shrug. Brutal and unacceptable!
I am not surprised. I would recommend that you contact Amazon and tell them about your experience. Yesterday, an Amazon Canada Supervisor was able to get someone from Intelcom Express on the telephone and we had a conference call. I was told the exact same thing by the Intelcom Express representative that I was told before; they would contact the driver etc. He even said he was unable to have a supervisor call because they are working from home. That is nonsense; they have phones at home and can access info from their computers from home. I am pleased the an amazon.ca Supervisor heard the excuses, mistruths, etc. They have been advised that their drivers do not have my permission to take photos of my house as proof for several reasons. They just need to knock when they deliver a package; simple solution. Please, contact Amazon! The more complaints they get about this company, the greater the likelihood will be they will discontinue using them. I am at the point where I no longer want to order from amazon.ca because of the unprofessionalism from Intelcom Express as a whole. The amazon.ca Supervisor was informed of this by me.
Am in the Soo as well and waiting for a package that has been in their warehouse - Industrial Park - for the 4 days.
I had another order in December that sat in their warehouse for 17 days until I finally went up and demanded my package.
Called amazon today and they are in the process of ATTEMPTING to get these useless Intelecom to deliver.
their tracking system shows item out for delivery Jan 19 at 5:41pm. Today is Jan 20 and still nothing. will get a refund as the driver has more than likely found a new buyer for it!
I think a lot of drivers take photos and take it for themselves as there is a lot of videos on you tube showing us all, this is annoying and Amazon needs to get rid of this courier company because they are annoying too many people.
Package delivery
Not only does this company take forever to answer your call, that's if they do at all. I've been waiting on an amazon package. Twice now i've gotten notification that they "attempted to deliver" my package. Yet no one has ever called or simply buzzed up! Every other package from amazon shows up no problem. No effort was made to contact me. I work from home, and have been home both times they claim they've tried to deliver my package. Just this morning I recieved another one of my packages from amazon, with another courier. Its extremely easy to deliver packages in this building. Even if my number wasnt provided, which it is, all the "courier" had to do was look at the intercom system and my name is right there with the buzzer number... The buzzer number is also provided on the order. I will be filing a complaint with amazon as well. They should never employ these people. They're completely incompetent... As I can tell from the other numerous complaints

Missing parcel
The parcel was delivered to the intelcom warehouse on December 15. On December 23, I chatted with Rahib, who told me there had been no movement of the package and that he would email the warehouse supervisor and get back to me in two days. Two days later, I hadn't heard from them and again chatted with Rahib, who told me the same thing. I tried to talk an agent by phone and was disconnected each time. it's December 31st and i still have no idea where my parcel is . The tracking number is LPKEN0000009088897857
transport delay problem
My parcel from the uk was customs cleared on december 8 in Ontario.
When I use the tracking number of intelcom express, they still- it is now december 23 -say that they have not received any information . This is not the first time my parcels goes wrong with them. Every time I see that the courier is intelcom, I fear for the delivery. The tracking number is IGB178322361N1

Ebay Package Missing - Intelcom lying about delivery attempt
- Date: December 22nd.

- Incident: On tracking page it says that the item was out for delivery but later marked as Delivery attempted and re-scheduled, which is not true, as I had provided exact information of the address and even a buzzer number, which they didn't use (as it's linked to my phone). This is the 5th package in a row that Intelcom does this for in the last 3 months, and every time they get the address entered wrong in their GPS. Additionally the drivers have repeatedly taken the packages somewhere else. I've already presented a formal complaint to ebay and the seller.

Driver stole my package
Intelcom Driver claims to have delivered my package on Sunday at 7:49am. When I asked for proof as I was home and awake they claimed no photo. They claimed I signed for it but say they have no signature. My home has 24/7 recorded monitoring. I also have two very large dogs who bark when deliveries arrive. No driver came to my home. I downloaded the video to share. Called headquarters 4x and still get the same story. Said they will email me in 24hrs. 72hrs later crickets.
Worse company out there. Stealing packages before Christmas and refusing to take ownership of their driver's behaviour.
Happy to share with them our door monitoring video or share with the authorities.
May I also add that they have now blocked my email for following up as they continue to say they will email me stating it was lost. But don't.

Their inability to deliver to the right address
Just when you foolishly think that Intelcom Courier Kamloops edition can't get any worse..."BOOM"...they set the bar even lower (& it was subterranean to begin with).
So was expecting a delivery today, and suddenly receive a Facebook message from a neighbour down the street (way down the street), telling me she has my package. Well, while I was chatting with them, I get a message from Amazon/Intelcom saying that delivery had "been attempted but failed". However, this failed delivery came with a photo that they sent to the homeowner of my package sitting on their front porch. I don't even know how they managed that considering the phone numbers aren't the same...but she received a text with the image attached from the Intelcom driver.
So, thanks to having a wonderfully honest group of people in my community I was able to retrieve my wayward parcel and get it back home. Checking the contents...yep...the same items they just said they had attempted to deliver and "failed". Oh you failed alright Intelcom. And this isn't even a case of the addresses being similar...or in the same number range. STOP TRUSTING YOUR NAV SYSTEM THAT YOU'RE IN THE RIGHT AREA...LOOK AT THE DAMN NUMBERS!

Tracking says "Package received at the delivering warehouse
The package has been received at our delivering warehouse. Once the driver picks it up, we will send you an e-mail with your estimated delivery date and time." I need it for Christmas and ordered it December 7. Sent an email yesterday and no one answered. Chat feature on their website doesn't work. I have been on hold with Customer Service for 45 minutes now and no one has answered. I just want my package for Christmas!

Order not received
My order IEN176772307N1 containing medical supplements has not moved from the warehouse in almost 3 weeks. I have made multiple attempts to find out why my order has not been delivered via chat, telephone calls, Facebook PM (no one responded to that attempt). No one can help me. I even had the CSR's email the warehouse a couple of times and also had them flag the item as a "medical need", which it is as I'm almost out of my current bottle. To date (Dec 17), nothing has happened. I contacted the seller and requested a replacement which finally arrived at your warehouse yesterday (IEN179525306N1). When are my items going to be delivered? I paid a lot of money for these supplements and need them by Dec 24.

EDIT: Spoke to the owner after leaving a bad Google review regarding my order that was received by Intelcom on Nov 30 not being delivered. It was FINALLY delivered today (Dec 21). I had to go through a LOT of aggravation and stress to ultimately get this order delivered as none of the CSRs were any help at all. It was only after leaving a bad Google review that I got anywhere. Intelcom - please improve your customer service. I hesitate to have anything delivered by this company in the future if something positive isn't done to improve your customer experience.
No delivery and no information
I have a package that was promised to Friday Dec 10, then delayed to Sunday Dec 12. Received an email saying that the driver could not deliver it but I was home the entire day sitting in the living room and there was no driver attempting nothing.
Called CS multiple times, they just don't know what's going on, they say will send an email to the warehouse for an answer in 24h, no answer too. What a scam.

Delivery - or lack there of more accurately
I've had multiple shipments, literally thousands of dollars in purchases, that have magically "disappeared" once allegedly picked up from the "warehouse", or other location. Intelcom refuses to accept any responsibility, blaming Amazon, when it clearly states Intelcom "picked up the item". Intelcom has a package of mine that's been sitting in the warehouse for almost a week and refuses to deliver or allow me to pick it up. I have filed several complaints with Amazon, but they are limited in what they can do. They are trying to get Intelcom blacklisted from my deliveries. Where are these products going? Seems as though there could be a few people "re-directing" people's purchases...just like the RCMP discovered in Delta, BC last week.
Desired outcome: All current items of mine that Intelcom's responsible for delivering...delivered asap & then to never have to deal with them again.

This so-called "courier" service is in desperate need of the RCMP conducting an investigation into the sheer number of packages that go "missing" when in the hands of Intelcom, particularly if more than one transit point's involved. I have lost well over a thousand dollars in merchandise purchased on Amazon.ca thanks to the incompetence of Intelcom. Amazon has been flawless at reimbursing me. However, many of these items are out of stock, or just not available any longer, not to mention my time being wasted.
I just got back from their Kamloops "office" determined to rescue a package that, according to both Pitney Bowes and Intelcom Courier tracking, had been sitting there since Thursday, 9-Dec-2021. According to the first person I spoke with the package was still in Calgary. Then when I showed him the tracking info on-line...well of course now he has to go and get someone else.
This woman comes out and says that the package is "probably still in Calgary". So obviously I asked the obvious question of how can it be in Calgary when it's tracking information says that it's here in Kamloops (a driving difference of 620.2km...& 2 totally different provinces). She then revises her statement to say that the package could be in transit, or maybe in Kelowna...because apparently once it's scanned in Kelowna...it counts as being in Kamloops according to this woman (a driving distance of 167.3km providing that way is open). Next question that seemed obvious to me was "How can a package that's scanned in Kelowna, be registered as being here in Kamloops...that seems to disqualify the entire point of being able to track a package, increasing the chances of it getting..."lost"?"
Well...surprisingly enough she had no response for this. So my mission was a failure and my poor little package had "disappeared" into the vastness that is Intelcom. I've come to the conclusion that Intelcom is to packages and parcels, as the dryer is to random socks...they may enter, but many will never be seen again.
Now I've already had a fairly lengthy discussion with an Amazon associate about these clowns, and once again they've reimbursed me for my loss. What kills me, is that Amazon is having to do this. That this "courier", despite the horrendous reviews that can be found at nauseum across the internet, are still being used by what must be the largest global internet based enterprise. Now, I understand that they can't stop using Intelcom Courier Canada just based off of one person's issues, but holy [censored]balls...I know I am not the only person who's had delivery problems, lost/stolen, damaged packages as a result of Intelcom's incompetence.
At first glance Intelcom looks reasonably legit...contact numbers for customer service or the ever-handy chat window for those who hate dealing with the automated shenanigans of calling. Well...the chat window never works because apparently there's no staff. The same must be true for the customer service line (God...I can't even type that with a straight face), because once you call you will remain on hold basically until pigs can fly. So you can't actually try to resolve your own issues...you have to rely on the companies, like Amazon Canada, to help their customers.
I completely understand that there are severe and significant issues in relation to the transportation of all but essential goods and services right now...especially in BC. However, if Tim Horton's can restock their stores...then Intelcom should be able to deliver a damn package. This "company" is a complete scam. Yes...occasional packages do get through. This is how they manage to barely maintain an image of a competent company (plus having friends and family post positive things always helps too I suppose).
DO NOT RELY ON THIS "COURIER" TO DELIVER ANYTHING OF VALUE & PLEASE COMPLAIN LOUDLY IF YOU USE AMAZON. Think about it. Amazon may refund our money, but they are going to make that loss up again somewhere down the line, and who do you think pays for it?

absolute GARBAGE for delivery guy and CS rep at phone number. no notice that they were going to deliver, got a phone call that he was at our door, asked to wait, we would on our way less than 10 mins. he said no, to call when we got home, i said he could wait. got home 5 mins later driver already gone, called 22 times to arrange a drop off. no answer. Called head office, 22 mins on hold, talked to someone who asked for tracking number i gave him the number that their driver filled out. "oh thats not a complete tracking number" I told that is what is written by their driver on the notice. guy said call back when i have tracking number... i asked to talk a boss, he hung up on me. Called back 16 mins later got through same guy, immediately asked for his boss, he hung up again. On the slip it said it would try to be delivered today (next day) NO call nothing, their office is right around the corner from my place, i even saw they load up their truck, and NOTHING. Called their office again, asked to speak to a boss. he refused ... and hung up again. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE HORRIBLE SERVICE, ... HAVE LOGGED A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH AMAZON.

My package had an original delivery date of Dec. 3rd (2021). The package was received at the local intelcom delivery warehouse on November 30th and has not been moved since. It is now Dec. 9th and I have not received another update. When attempting to email to ask for an update, I have not received a response in 4 days even though the page specifically states that responses will be issued within 48 hours. When attempting to chat with a customer service representative online, I have gotten three different stories about where my package is and have had the chat ended during the conversation multiple times. My package is possibly missing, at an incorrect warehouse or in transit to my house. These are all stories I was given by different customer service representatives. My package is almost a week late and I am not impressed.
