On November 15th I got a notification that the package will be delivered in 3hrs. Never got it. When checked the website next day November 16, there was a message that I gave a wrong address. Intelcom was delivering to my house for over 3 years since we moved here but the address exists for over a sentury. I phoned the company and confirmed that my address is correct. A lady said that she sent that info to the warehouse and it will be delivered next day. Next day, November 17 nothing was delivered and when I phoned Intelcom, another lady said that she confirmed that the address is correct and it will be delivered on 18th. Today is 18th, the last update on the website for my tracking number is from 16th. I phoned the company once again and another agent told me that he sent the information to the warehouse and they will deliver it tomorrow. When I asked what happened to two previous "notifications" to the warehouse he just read the script that he notified the warehouse and it will be delivered tomorrow. I asked two agents if the delivery can be speed up as in the package there are items that I purposely ordered for my son's birthday on 19th. There is no speed up, no phone number for the warehouse. No one is responsible for anything! It's a shame that I cannot opt for a different company when ordering from Amazon. Since Intelcom appeared I was amazed by the drivers and how good they were doing their job. Now, I really curse you as you ruined my son's birthday.
