this morning holly giggling to private jokes
I feel like an intruder on a private joke .Philllip and Holly, dont need an audience, they have each other, that giggling is so annoying and frankly rude, she really is rather vacuous very pretty, but so up herself, well we dont need to watch I suppose. What more could I say They have private jokes which make me feel like a voyeur, cant they have thier jokes off screen or if they must joke .share it.

family program
I am disgusted that the powers that be at itv have not told the female judges on BGT that it is not appropriate to wear such revealing dresses on a family program such as this, last night Amanda Holdens dress (or what there was of it) went too far open all the way to her navel and down at the back as far as it could without seeing the rest, it is NOT the Amanda Holden show it's about talent someone should be telling both ladies to dress appropriately for a family show and not try for all the attention for their own ego .
britain's got talent
Amanda holdens dress says it all it is a family show not all about her someone needs to tell her this is not appropriate dress wear bosses get her told or is this their way of getting free publicity sort it out its supposed to be about the acts the judges are getting paid enough for them to not need publicity both female judges need to look at what they wear not appropriate for family shows have a bit of respect for yourselves as well as viewers you want to dress like tarts go on another program respect yourselves you are not 20something it's about time they act their age no dress appropriately for a family show as said before it's about the acts not them they are supposed to be role models I hope to god kids don't act and dress like this as there will be trouble itv stand up and tell them how they should dress APPROPRIATE for a family show

Tonight I was appalled at Amanda Holden's plunging neckline dress. This program is on before the evening watershed and is meant to be appropriate for the Queen to view. I have noticed in other episodes the inappropriateness of many of the outfits that the female judges wear and have to wonder who is designing their wardrobes. BGT is a family show and the judges whether they like it or not are role models which many of your younger impressionable viewer's look up to. There are any number of beautiful gowns that they could wear that would set the correct tone and example worthy of a Family Show.
I also complained to ITV and this is the reply I got...
Dear Angela,
Thank you for your email regarding Britain's Got Talent.
We are sorry to hear that you were offended by Amanda's Outfit worn during the live show of Britain's Got Talent. The judges are known for their glamorous outfits during the live shows, and we do not consider any of the outfits worn by our judges to be unsuitable for the audience or the show.
Nevertheless, may I take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time to contact us here at ITV.

...needless to say I am appalled!
I agree about Amanda holdens dress what is she thinking ! Family show impressionable kids watching ! what do her children think ? The back as bad as the front was that intended for the audience ?
britain's got talent (thursday 1st june semi final)
Sitting here with my grand daughter at the start of the above programme and the 4 judges come on and I was totally shocked at Amanda Holdens attire. It does not leave very much to the imagination being extremely revealing at both the front and back. Even my 9 year old grand daughter commented "that dress is quite rude". Not something I would expect to see on a family show, totally inappropriate. She (Holden) should be ashamed and be hauled over the coals for her appearance. In fact one of the other judges David Walliams, has just passed a throwaway comment on "someone wearing an appropriate low cut clothing, so even her fellow presenters feel she is not dressed correctly. Resolution of this - get her to apologise and cover up!
coronation street
i am writing to complain that i am not happy one little bit that you have moved coronation street to 21:00pm this is un acceptable as most viewers dont have time to watch it at this time of night with duties that need carrying out it is unfair on us people who dont like entertainment shows ie.britains got talent. so pleas enext time u move the soaps to a late showing please give plenty of notice as i was not prepared for all of this thank you
britain's got talent
David Walliams should be taken of this show, I am fed up with his perverted innuendo's about young men with good bodies, the magician ask for top middle or bottom he replied I will have the bottom, , last week hove stood up on the judges desk and dropped his trousers. This is INDECENT EXPOSIA, if I were to do that in the street I would Ger arrested but because hove is a celebrity he gets away with it numerous people are fed up with him and if he remains a judge then you will lose a lot of your viewers.

advertisement in the north west
Hi,
I am currently sitting enjoying "jaws"the move. I live in the north west of England and currently have my t.v via virgin media.
In numerous adverts I have witnessed "the Sun"newspaper appear while the commercial adverts are on.
I would like an explanation as to why I.T.V (broadcasting in the north west) would advertise this newspaper knowing the incriminating lies it told?
I would appreciate a reply to this matter.
Many thanks.
britain's got talent
David Walliams has got to go off our screens now ! Week after week we have to put up with his perverted comments on young men & older men, it's getting very uncomfortable week after week. I've tried to watch this series again & tried to ignore his disgusting comments, but this evening was just too much dropping his trousers absolutely disgusting. Do we really have to be subjected to this outrageous behaviour. How can ITV have him on it's broadcast to look at some really talented people then go on the same channel when it's supposed to be for HRH the Queen. I really enjoy BGT but he needs to go with this behaviour. I'm really outraged by tonight's programme. I have never complained about any programme before, why should I be subjected to it as I like the BGT . I will not watch it if he's allowed to continue with his disgusting behaviour . I don't give a flying fig to his medical condition, if he can't behave then give him air time after 10pm.
Regarding Mr Walliams behaviour on ITV last night. If he were to expose himself in this way in the street he would be charged with indecent exposure, my view is that this should happen in this case. He is not funny and appears to only be able to make smutty comments which are not in keeping with a family show.
the keith and paddy picture show
This complaint is in regard to the program "The Keith and Paddy Picture Show" that aired on Saturday the 20th of May.
I find it extremely distasteful that the accent of the ewok ( a bear with what can be described as having a black face) in the sketch was clearly that of an black pimp as used in early American films to depict black people in a negative light. The point of humour was to have an aggressive ewok. So all in all this was not even a subtle play. I found it highly offensive, blatantly out of order, totally unnecessary and am surprised that the producers even allowed it. I can only assume that they all found the entire sketch totally amusing to make an aggressive ewok sound a black person.
It just goes to show that there are those in senior positions in ITV that can allow racist attitudes to air on prime time TV! Unbelievable!

coronation street
I have watched coronation street for over 50 years, it was an iconic programme, it is not iconic anymore since the use of changing the name of the rovers return eg:- implying that it is written in Russian/polish, I can just about stand the meercats, but the starting credits now of coronation street have taken away the originality of the programme. It has now become racist in my eyes, and I find it offensive. I shall be making my feelings known through the media, facebook etc. The content needs bringing back to reality and as for the back to front K for Corononation street, plus other letters, the Cabin etc. This is GB for gods sake not the bloody USSR.
one very miffed off viewer.
pierce morgan interview with diane abbott
I am writing to inform you that I will no longer be watching or supporting your TV channel. I watched Pierce Morgan interview Diane Abbott on whether labour would press the nuclear "button" or not. I found him and your other presenters highly arrogant and rude. Please note they are not as educated as this MP on current political and world affairs. He came across as a total right-wing reactionary and pro-trump supporter, who clearly lacks any kind of diplomacy and was clearly interrogating her. Is this the kind of politics you want to promote at ITV? Surely your presenters should be impartial and interview people properly if you wish to practice good journalism. To me he looked very stupid and uneducated when interviewing her this morning and as a result I now believe you will lose certain viewers.
I am writing to inform you that I was appalled by ITV Good Morning Britain's coverage of an interview between Pierce Morgan and Diane Abbott. I watched Pierce Morgan interview Abbott on whether Labour would "press" the nuclear button or not. I found him and your other presenters highly arrogant and rude. Firstly, they are not as educated as this MP on current political and world affairs and secondly, I found the way they questioned her highly disrespectful. Pierce Morgan came across as a total right-wing reactionary and pro-trump supporter, who clearly lacks any kind of real meaningful diplomacy. He was interrogating Diane Abbott and was using the interview as another way to attack and undermine the Labour party. Is this the kind of politics you want to promote at ITV? Surely your presenters should be impartial and interview people properly, if they wish to practise valued journalism? Diane Abbott was composed and was not answering his questions with a "yes" or "no" answer, because she was trying to avoid feeding into his blatant right wing sensationalist views; something perhaps one of your more ignorant or uneducated viewers may not have picked on? The interview conveys Pierce Morgan's lack of knowledge and understanding around using a nuclear deterrent. It is not a simple "yes" or "no" answer, but an extremely complex one. If Good Morning Britain is going to persist in this type of politics maybe it needs to inform it's viewers on the benefits of having a prime minister that will press the "button" of a nuclear device. Perhaps you could give examples? Do you think a lot of your viewers understand the message you were trying to put across this morning? Do you think you are putting this message across in an appropriate, measured and informed way? More to the point you have a responsibility as a TV channel to promote fair, respectful and impartial media coverage. This kind of sensationalist right-wing TV does nothing more than feed peoples fears.
inappropriate spotify advert aired during family show bgt 29.04.17
I was disgusted tonight by ITV airing an advert that was totally inappropriate for family viewing. My two children age 6 and 11 love to watch this family show every week. For ITV to air the advert for Spotify that shows a mum talking about her son being conceived on the dinning room table was disgusting, especially when my 11 year old daughter asked 'what does she mean by her son was made on the table' that he was currently sat at.
A family show means children are watching it, so you should avoid this type of advert being aired on a family show ever again.
The person who made the decision to air this advert should be severely reprimanded or even sacked.
This is the first time I have ever made a complaint about an advert on TV but could not let ITV get away with this decision to show this advert during a family show. I love tongue and cheek TV but for the right time and place without being made to feel uncomfortable in front of my daughters.
I'm also equally annoyed that I've even had to write this complaint tonight but someone should be made accountable for this poor decision to air such an inappropriate advert during a family show.
I expect a response to acknowledge my complaint.
Your sincerely
Mr Steen
loose woman
I have just been watching this show and the panel where interviewing Caprice talking about her having had a brain tumour which she had removed.
Caprice was talking about not telling her family etc about her operation and how she had to be a pillar of strengh the presenter then said ...this is what woman do! I was so very offended by this comment. surely the presenter should have said woman and men have done this. I can't count the times this show has caused offence to me by making blanket statements about men and what they do and don't do. It seems to be ok and accepted when these comments are made. Woman and men experience and react to lifes trails in very much the same way and this should be broadcasted by your presenters through your shows.
live coverage of the westminster incident.
While watching the aftermath of this terrible incident unfold ITV had a so called security expert Glenmore Trenear Harvey voiceover giving his take on the events. I couldn't believe my ears when he referred to "PC Plod". These officers risk their lives on a daily basis, as indeed did the officer who lost his life yesterday. To refer to these men in such a derogative way disgusted me.
This man should be ashamed of himself and if he is half the man he thinks he is should want to write to the family of the dead officer and apologise for his stupid comment. In any event he should be made to apologise on air and never be used for his comments ever again. The man is a disgrace.
I made a formal complaint to ITV News and the Metropolitan Police Federation Chairman. I am informed by the Editor of ITV News that Mr Glenmore Trenear-Harvey has written to the Deputy Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police to apologise for his comments and is also making a donation to the Police Benevolent Fund. Hopefully the media will re-consider using him as a supposed pundit. As a retired Police officer I prefer to be a plod than a knob.
The words used at one point where chubby plod ! Totally agree with above but won't hold my breath for an apology as it appears this man has history of opening his mouth with brain disengaged

itv news coverage of westminster terror attack
I was watching your coverage of this incident this afternoon which was supported by a so called security expert who kept referring to police officers as 'plod' or 'Pc Plod'. Having served in the Metropolitan Police for 30 years and watching this terrible incident unfold, I found these comments insensitive and unforgivable. A police officer and members of...

On this afternoon's ITV news report, during the interview with the late Joe Cox's husband when he was talking about extremist groups and terrorist why did the news show a clip of people with SNP and the St Andrews cross flags?
I am very unhappy that the report should show a peaceful demonstration whilst talking about extremist groups
But it doesn't show the same report on the ITV .com it only shows the interview
your advert for the 6 nations
29/02/2017
For the second time in two days I've heard the announcement that the 6 Nations starts on Saturday the 4th February with England v France.
This is not the case, the competitions starts Saturday the 4th February at 2:30pm with Scotland v Ireland.
This is what I expect from the BBC not a Scottish television company.
