I purchased a 2015 chevy cruze from Meagan at byrider in Greenwood IN. She promised me that my car had a bumper to bumper warranty. I immediately commented on the oil smell that was in tbr car. I was told it was because of the oil change. The smell continued. I took it back and they said I needed a gasket changed. When I took it home, that same day, it leaked a ton if oil on the driveway and started running horrible! Called and Jen in service said to bring it back in. I did and they forget to tighten down stuff so it blew out the side of the engine! Then it got worse! It's been in their shop 4 times for same issues along with chugging, stalling and A/C going out. Each time I was told there was nothing wrong with it. It finally died and had it sent to a different mechanic and then they said nothing was under warranty. It was smoking! There are evaporation codes, timing chain is off, oil is still leaking, compressor is shot, catalytic converter is shot and they refuse to fix it. I've had this car 4 months! The mechanic said these cars are throw away cars and are famous for engine issues. I was told that it would be under contract
Desired outcome: I want to be released from my loan and they can take the car back. Why would I make 3 years of payments on a car that is in the shop or broke more than it is on the road.
