Absolutely worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Took over week for some one from king and state to get into contact with. Phone support was absolutely garbage, couldn't answer or help me with any of my questions or concerns i had. Its been 2 days since i requested a manger or supervisor to contact me. Not a care has been giving. Took me over a day and half to just be able to talk to someone on the phone.

ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR PROBLEMS

THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR WARRANTY AND MAKE A COMPLETE DISASTAR WHEN YOU NEED TO USE IT

Desired outcome: CONTACT ME, FIX THE PROBLEM, TRY TO PRETEND LIKE YOU CARE

Yes it is very bad company they don’t have any customer service I am without fridge from last 2 months they don’t answer any phone calls or email and I went couple times in brick store and tell them the story they said I have to talk to them after many complaints they email to king and state until now they sent 3 emails but they didn’t reply worse company

This is the ****WORST COMPANY EVER**** it takes about 1 hr to get someone on the phone and then they hang up on you with out answering your question. They don't help you at all and WHEN you get someone one the phone all they say is WE ARE WAITING FOR A RESPOND, you ask something else and they just repeat and repeat the same thing over and over. This company is complete GARBAGE

I called them, sent an email, no respond for 2 weeks. I then called the brick and told them this third party insurance they’re selling is a pure scam and garbage! An agent said she will email king and state on my behalf. I haven't had a chance to follow up because of the holidays. They should stop selling this insurance to their customers. I told them il bring this up to social media and have them answered to all the complaints. I believe not once has been fixed with this insurance company. I will submit a story to daily news. We are TV less since dec 5.
