King and Estate seems being the extended warranty provider for The Brick is looting people. Denying claims has gotten to their habit at random running with incapable and non-qualified technicians. We purchased Samsun TV 65 inch from The Brick Store in Hamilton and purchased signature warranty for CAD 210 having a total cost of CAD 1200 approximately. When it came for claim on this TV which has been mounted on wall for a screen defect, they simply deny making false accusations through their technician that its an impact. The Technician seems to be giving fraudulent report and did not explain what cause the TV screen malfunction and touched it so hard that defect increased all of sudden. Customer credit departments called us and said-we deny the claim and it will not be covered in warranty making false claim of impact damage to screen which was never done by us on a mounted TV. They are conducting frauds asking people to buy the warranty first and then just making excuses to deny the claims whichever comes to them. Brick store never explained to us about these issues with King and Estate fraudulency in covering Warranty . We would not have ever bought this warranty.
There is no official listed address for the company on their website neither have any relevant details of their organization. Each time we call- someone new picks up like call agents who gives [censored] each time on the company codes.

Received a call from King and Estate Call center- Again those agents calling and indicating of no appropriate service and mentioning they decline claims. No professionalism when selling these warranties and denial of their claims is highest based on ridiculous fraudster personnel without having any official address in Canada.
