I went the game today and all my gold and extra fish, color balls, suckers, switch hands, wheels, combos draped candy,
All gone nothing left, this is the second time it has happened to me, we spend a lot on these games and win a lot of extra's, just upsets me when I log on to play and me stuff is gone,

Twice now I've lost all my "special candies" and constantly when there is a special event it will be there, shows 72 hours or whatever left, logout and when I play again it's gone. I love candy crush, but it's seriously annoying. My messages are also frequently unavailable, even when it shows "connected to Facebook". I play on my mobile phone mostly.

I used to get kicked out when playing side games in Farm Heros and sometimes during both games. Now I am kicked out often in Farm Heroes and cannot even start a Candy Crush game. This is so on both my iPad and my nook.
I have not been able to play Candy Crush for about two weeks. Sometimes I get to the "play" button before it kicks me out/shuts down and sometimes I don't even get that far.

Game cuts off as soon as you start or waits until you have used your prizes and then cuts off. Happens with every start of the game and after losing most of your 5 plays. Please fix this glitch. It doesn't happen with other King games I play. I have cleared cache and all other sites and this doesn't help. This has been going on for a few weeks. Please help. I have even deleted game. And redownloaded.

King.com candy crush soda and jelly

Game keeps crashing. Unable to open apps when I can game crashes midway. Please fix bugs. iPad is updated. I have been playing for several years and am at level 417 on soda and 148 on jelly. Issue began several weeks ago and are getting worse. I enjoy playing however, it's very frustrating when you can't open the game. I would appreciate a fix for this issue.

I lost all of my accumulated scores for Candy Crush Soda Saga. I play every day and therefore should not have lost the score I had. Now I have to start from day 1. Please adjust my score back to what it should be.

I have passed level 1152- 3 or 4 times now. I passed it a few days ago and moved to the next level and played that level for a little while then It kicked me back to 1152. I beat the level again and it won't let me advance. It has done this a few times now. I have used numerous lives and boosters that I shouldn't need to use. Please fix the problem

King.com all king games on my ipad

All King Games (e.g., Candy Crush, Soda Crush, Farm Heroes) on my IPAD constantly crash. I may be able to get into the game and make one or two moves but then I get kicked out. My wife sent King an email - she got a reply that our IPADS were probably too old for the newer applications. If that's the case, then they should know what the problem is be able to patch their software to make it compatible. They (King) seem to forget that it is some of us long time players that got them where they are today - buying a new IPAD is not a solution.

You guys really need to stop rigging levels to make someone have to purchase stuff. Sick and tired of rigged apps like this. I'm going to put a stop to it. I've already alerted apple and itunes about it and they to have heard a lot of negative complaints about this and others and they are looking into it. It's ridiculous and should be posted as a scam. Nothing but selfish money hungry people this company is built on. And I for one will be part of many that will make these illegal to make purchases on a fing free app

King.com candy crush customer service is horrible!!!

About 2 weeks ago my candy crush had crashed and I lost everything! I emailed customer service at king and 3 people responded right away saying not to worry, they are aware that there are technical issues and that once everything is up and running I would be reimbursed for my losses. I have not received anything to date and now not one person is responding to the messages I keep sending asking for what I had lost. It is absolutely disgusting that this is how they treat people who take the time to play their games! I have also spend good money during my play times and clearly it was a huge waste of time and money!

Beginning about 2 weeks ago, my tablet (iPad, I have no idea what generation) started crashing when I open certain applications (namely, Words with Friends, Candy Crush etc). So annoying. Upon opening the game, pushing play, then selecting whichever level you are playing, the game freezes and then kicks you out. And, I have the paid version, so those who do not, please do not think that might be the reason for your trouble. I even uninstalled the game, restarted my tablet, then downloaded again and are still having the same friggin issue.

Used to have so much fun playing the game on myiPad, now it will crash every time I get to the play part. I am not the only one everyone that used to play it it has the same problem. Either remove the game or fix the bug. I guess since it is free, except for the time I will pay to advance a level, you are probably not caring. I know of so many people that hate what has been happening.

For the last few weeks I have not been able to play candy Crush Soda and so have my friends. Just when you get to the play part it crashes. Very frustrating, when are you going to fix this bug.
I have had so much fun with this game and now for some reason it will crash just when I get to the "play" part
This bug needs to be fixed, I am not the only one that is having issues with this game

King.com candy crush played through my facebook page on my pc

I am just an individual user, not a company.

I run facebook through firefox, although I also tried to run it on IE and got the same results. My pc runs windows 7.
I am working on level 2157. When I played yesterday there were 50 moves. Today it starts with 24. I can't possibly win in 24 moves. How can I get it back to 50 ?

OK I play this game daily I was on day 92 and when I reopened the game yesterday to start playing IT started me at days 1 Im not happy about it. Is there a way to put me back on day 93? And why if I played the game 2 to 3 times a day it doesn't reset the time when playing. THE GAME still has glitches .Please fix them this is not a new game. Since I updated these games they are not loading and always crashing if they do load. I used to look forward to playing these two games but now I hate the thought of even trying . I researched the Internet and discovered that there are a lot of people with the exact same complaints. If it doesn't get fixed soon my new year resolution is to delete both games to save on the aggravation of trying to play them.

I have been playing this game for 3 years and in the time I've been playing I have yet to win a jackpot on the bonus spin. I lay damn near everyday and no one I know has never won it so stop cheating people and at least let someone win it at least one time in a year especially when you are making money off of them. Y'all are some cheating money hungry scavengers and it's not fair to keep cheating day by day.

Level 2134 on the iPhone is impossible to beat. It is asking for 15 chocolates to be captured and I have been playing for two days and have not had one fall yet. The checked candies that turn into items needed are not coming down the protals. I went online and several others are complaining about the same problem. You have to let the chocolate grow when you are playing the game, so that you have enough crushed to finish the level. Be patient let them grow and then crush them. Level 2142 is bad because of it calls for crushing 43 sugars spots and there is only 41 sugar spots and there is no way for the sugar spots to be made.

It is impossible to get past this level... King has been aware of this problem for a couple weeks and has refused to fix this...
It does no good to complain... They ignore the useful idiots who complain.

I also have had a lot of trouble. My Mac froze when I was going to win 2134 candy crush. I wonder if it was intentional. My iPad won't from any special candies. Another glitch in Candy Crush. Getting very frustrating

I have played for years and ever since King sold to who ever you are things have been awful. 2134 does not drop any chocolate. The glitches have become overwhelming. I am a client who has sadly spent money on this game because I found it fun and entertaining. I am sadly going to have to delete this game because it has been way to frustrating the last few months. Such a shame. I played every day and looked forward to it.

30th November all my items on candy crush have been stripped from me, and reset to nothing, this has now happened on three other occasions.
I have spent lots of money on this game and am not happy.
The game as slowed and I have struggled to get on and play the game, then next minute it turns it self off and when it comes back on all my items I have brought and won are stripped away.
I would like you to look into my account if possible and see what you can see, I would also like a refund as everything I have brought over the past two months I have lost and not due to how I play.

King.com accidentally pressed a 'buy' button and lost 20 golds

Complaining about candy crush saga ios app.

I accidentally clicked a continue button after a level failure. Without a confirmation window/popup, the purchase process started! I tried to stop it so I closed the app immediately but no luck! Finally lost 20 golds.

This happened all the time! Why can't you add a confirmation window asking people if they really want to buy!

I am not able to provide a photo or video because I closed the app right away. Isn't there a purchase history in the app?
