I keep trying to log onto Kizoa but, I am unable to retrieve kizoa via internet. I have been a paid in full member with subscription. I have unfinished and needed videos already on file. How do I obtain access? I have been unable to log on thru home computer nor Android Cell phone with metro internet service. I am in dire need of access to my already recorded clips. Is this site a scam and if so, what are the actual complaint procedures as well as the process in my receiving my submitted and documented paid fees?

Have not been able to access www.kizoa.com whenenever I try I get this message: "www.kizoa.com's server DNS address could not be found. This has been going on for 3 days Nov 20 -Nov 23 2019 so far.
Cannot get anyone at support number to answer call. Email Messages to support team are undeliverable.
I think the product is great but the support has deteoriated.
I have paid for a lifetime membership, and expect better service.

I have been a premium members for several years. For the last 3 days, I have not been able to view my videos or get into my account. I wonder if the company has ceased to exist? I never downloaded any of my 20+ slideshows so all my work and effort have been for naught. There seems not to be a way to contact Kizoa which should have been a red flag. I think I, and many of its customers have been duped royally.

I have tried to access the Kizoa program and each time over the past 2 days and it keeps saying... www.kizoa.com's server IP address could not be found. has the company going out of business or is their another issue? I purchased the lifetime membership professional account and have never had an issue with the program until the day before yesterday. Will I even get a response to this complaint or question?
It's been almost a week now. Once when I checked they posted that they were having trouble with their web site and were trying to restart it as soon as possible.
In spite of all the nasty comments above I have had no trouble with Kizoa.com for over 2 years making videos, collages, etc. so it is a fact of Internet life--here today, gone tomorrow. I hope it is just a glitch but if not I'm looking for another site. Any suggestions?

Hi only came across Kizoa two days ago as i received my wedding pictures and wanted to make a video for them. I was so happy to finally find an easy to use website that worked! I paid €30 for the basic membership until i got to know the web more and just one day late the site crashes?!?! after taking my money! I have emailed twice and tried calling. Can someone please help me out i just want the video to work!
To me this feels like a scam - take your money and then not work! [censored]ers!

Since 6:30am EST this morning I (and many others who are voicing their frustrations on other sites like Twitter) have not been able to access www.kizoa.com whenenever I try I get this message: "www.kizoa.com's server DNS address could not be found.
I have paid to be a premium lifetime member and at 9am EST this morning I called the company's Customer Care Line for Premium Members and briefly spoke with a woman who informed me they were have some issues, but they would be resolved and the site would be back up in an hour - that was 9.5 hours ago! I have tried contacted the company no one is there, nor do they have any recorded messages to inform customers of what is going on. I have searched the internet for any information Kizoa may have put up somewhere for their customers including checking on Twitter and FB, but to no avail. It is uncomfortable, disheartening and completely frustrating having paid for membership, needing to complete a project and this company has all my work thus far, all my photos, videos and music and I cannot access to work, but more than that this company doesnt have the customer service side working well to care enough to find a way to let their customers know what is going on, what to expect. Right now if feels and seems as if they are suddenly defunct and it is scary... What do we as consumers do? Its like this company has very important, very personal stuff of mine that they are holding hostage and not saying why.
When I am trying to log in after paying for the Kizoa Business Class life time membership.
The Pop up says that I must allow Flash to be loaded. The problem continued in-spite of having given the Permission.
So I formatted and reloaded Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Word.
However, the problem continues.

I've made a slideshow which i paid for and the entire site is gone. Its for my mom birthday party. It took me forever to get it how i want it and now its gone. Im soooo stressed. I called customer service and they told me the site will be back up by 2pm. Its 6:23 and NOTHING. i called back and no one is answering. Now i have to start over on another site which may take forever.
I'm having the same issue, mine is for my mom also she passed away and on Nov 19 it was the 9th anniversary, I was finally able to post after paying and now people are asking what is the video because it says page not found, im so upset
movie video
I spent 2h to make a movie (4 min total) and found that I can't download it without being primum member.
Lets assume that I didn't disappointed to understand that I might spent 2 h abd make movie for nothing, and lets assume that I may become primum member, but why ask for life time membership only with expensive packages?! Why can't I purchase one time usage for specific day whenever I want to.
I dont make movies often, I don't think I have to pay so much money for one movie.
I ask you support about it abd if it possible to make one time deposit for one time usage. However you ignore my request and didn't reply to my email.
I disappointed of youre services and in that time I doubt that I recommend you to my friends.
uploading gifs/videos
I've been using Kizoa for years now, and recently I haven't been able to upload any new videos or gifs to my albums which is hindering my ability to make videos. Every time I try the upload fails, and I have no idea why. I have a professional membership with Kizoa, and I'm getting tired of trying to make my videos without being able to upload what I need.
downloading/uploading/burning dvd
I have used this company without issues for years and years and have been a very happy customer until now. I tried for 3 days to download my latest video to my computer and it does nothing each time I try. All the other videos that I have done in the past worked without issues. I've emailed and called customer service with no contact from Kizoa. I am very frustrated and I am at Professional level and the lack of customer support is disappointing.
kizoa - burning video to a dvd disk.
I am having a problem burning my video to a DVD disk. It stops every time at 37 percent during the video grabbing process. I have tried changing as many variables as possible, such as changing disks, using different formats, etc. but I always get the same result. It all seems to work until that point. I have done this before without any issues. Your assistance is appreciated.

it seems Kizoa having problems with adobe flash ( which is going to be unsupported by major browsers sometime in 2020)

I've just subscribed today (19 Sept) to Kizoa's STARTER membership so that I can edit the movie that I made recently. When I logged in, I realized that I used the wrong email account because the movie i made was not there.
I am not asking for a refund but for my subscription to be transferred to the correct account.

Paid for first level license then changed my computer and lost login credentials.
Used password recovery feature but never received email from Kizoa with link to make change. Tried 4 times with 4 different email addresses. It seems t accept any email address and sends nothing to any of them.
Called US customer service number and no responded.
Need password reset!

unable to unsubscribe emails
I made a slideshow some time ago on Kizoa which I then didn't even get to finish as it costs and extortionate amount of money to download a simple video. Anyway, at some point i must have given my email to the website and now I am getting emails every day telling me about new offers and deals. I am not interested at all, and when I click the 'unsubscribe' button at the end of the email it is a dead link. I have no way to unsub from these incredibly annoying emails from a company with no integrity who consistently lie to and in turn push away their potential customers. I am at my wits end with Kizoa. I need help in how to unsubscribe from their mailing list so I can begin to forget about this company forever.

I've had kizoa for about a year and a half. I use it VERY FREQUENTLY! I'm a youtube and I've used it to make many videos, most of my videos are 12-15 minutes. The other day, however, I went on to make a video and something popped up saying I could only make a (1-minute video) . It's never done that before. It said if I wanted to switch to a longer video I would need to switch to premium. Not happy. It gave me NO warning of the changes. I have all my photos on Kizoa, not even on my computer because I trusted it, but now it pulls this fast one on me and changes things. Now, I was pretty upset, but I have no other site I would rather use, so I went to purchase the premium and it was saying there was a payment failure. I have money in my account, so I don't believe it's on my part. It's just stressful because it changed on me and when I went to fix the problem it wasn't giving me a chance. I tried to contact customer support but I have to have a premium membership to do so. I'm looking for help. I want to just make videos again, I'm already very late posting. This is really just stressful.
