Hi I have been having an absolutely terrible time convert ng my files with Kizoa player it is so terrible I am on the verge of asking for a refund then I read something that said I can contact you to ask for you to make an adjustment to my account so that I can burn my movies outside of Kizoa player this is what I did last year when I had Kizoa. it seems like that feature disappeared from my account even though I upgraded on top of everything else please it is taking me way to many hours and is terrible I need you are immediate help.

Hi, I am unable to login to KIZOA online app to create movies.
I am trying to reset my password but I do not get my password to my e-mail. When I try to login it says connection not possible so I am trying to reset my password thinking I am entering a wrong password but I still get the same error and also I have not received my password via email.
I have also paid 16 Pounds to use this app to create big videos
Can you please let me know how can I login to this?

When I attempt to log in all I get is a grey screen that doesn't allow me to log in this is especially annoying because I had a presentation which I have had to postpone and the same thing has happened to many of my colleagues. As you can see this has had a very disruptive problem which I really hope that Kizoa's creators will be able to solve and prevent from happening in the future.
movie maker/visitor mode
December 3, 2017. After looking around for a good photo movie maker, I found this and was very happy with it. I spent six hours making a movie for my mother for Christmas, it said I could sign up/log in to save it. I tried to sign up but I already had an account, so I logged in. It said my account was expired so I bought a premium account, it re-directed me to the main screen. All my work was gone.

Tried to log in to Kizoa. Was told "connection not possible". Figured I may have entered the wrong password so I clicked "Forgot your password?". Submitted email. Have been waiting hours for an email with a new password at that account. Thought maybe I entered wrong email, tried my only other one. "Connection not possible". Tried for a new password. No email with password. Emailed customer service about this, no response back still.

movie maker
Hi,
For the second time it appears that my slideshow has failed to send to the recepients.
A month ago it happened . Tomorrow I tried to send the slideshow "Koen & Pilar" to the emails as provided ([protected]@yahoo.com and [protected]@yahoo.com)? The latter one is my own email address, that is why I know the movie has not been sent. Could you please solve the issue? I made quite a bit of effort so I like this wedding couple to receive the movie as soon as possible. Thanks again for your help!
Note: I lately upgraded from the free service to DVD Pro.

I signed up to a free trial, spent weeks on my video getting every detail right only to be told afterwards I have to pay £24 to download the video which was not stated at the beginning, knowing i needed the video I paid the money. Upon paying this I down lauded Feb video and it doesn't play anywhere and it's highly frustrating highly irritating that I've pay money I was not expecting to have to pay and still not received a product I am happy with. I called and left a message no one has returned my call and I am just appalled at the customer service and would like a full refund.

I was so happy I have finally found an awesome online video maker that could bring all my photos, videos and music up together into 1 awesome video/slideshow.
I was so happy few minutes ago at how it turned up and so proud it turned good, but I am so mad and disappointed now that it seems you have to buy it before you can download your creation!
Why not mention it before I have spend hours into creating it?!
Not even a mention when you open the site, everything works fine and then BAM! We couldnt care less you just spent so much time into it, here... buy it first...

kizoa slideshow free online
I designed a slideshow online with pics and music, posted to Facebook. I received a message that said it posted successfully. I and others attempted to view video on our cell phones and iPads, etc. however, we are unable to view the video. It NEVER plays the video. It will only play it when I log into Facebook using my desktop computer. What can I do so that my shared video is actually able to be viewed by others?

I had the same problem as many other people. When I found this site Kizoa I thought I was signing up for a free trial. I was very excited about Kizoa and used it to make a slide show for the project I was working on.
I spent about two weeks working on that and when I wanted to download their site said that I have to pay for that!
They left me no other choice and I really paid because I had no time to waste. Sad that there was nowhere mentioned that downloads were not free. Watch out!
false advertising! kizoa is not free!
I wanted to make a slideshow as a present for my sister. So I went online and found Kizoa website and it was supposed to be free. So I spent hours on making the video and when I wanted to download it I was told that I have to pay $30! Then I tried to post it on Facebook, but was not able to do that without paying. No way I'm paying for that! I could have spent this time using another program that was actually free. Such a disappointment and a waste of my time.

I went online and found Kizoa website. I wanted to make a free slideshow for my 70 year old mothers' birthday. I checked the reviews about Kizoa and was very impressed. So I decided to give it a try, because it also stated that service is absolutely free. I spent days working on that slideshow and then realized that I cannot actually download the video or upload it to Youtube without signing up! I spent so much time making a perfect slideshow, wanted to make mother happy. This website is not free! I'm very disappointed, just wasted my time. Scam!

I was stupid and didn't check them on the web before paying for their services.The same things here. I spend hours and hours creating that f..ng video. Payed as they asked me on their web site. Then been told I will get a details on my email how can I download my video. But its two weeks gone, no money no video no respond, most of all. I can’t log in in my kizoa account; my registration email disappeared, so everything is just f..ng gone.
I’ve send them already two emails.NO RESPONDS. This week I’m planning to go to the police to fill the complaint. This is absolutely SCAM, be aware, stay away.

The website has been unavailable for the whole of today, 20th September 2015. I got a 503 service unavailable message saying "The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later"
Totally fed up, having paid for a lifetime membership and cannot even use it. I had a very important slideshow I needed to access today :-(
I have similar issue today! Unable to login or do anything! Became paid lifetime member last month and had good experience so far! Now I am wondering! Also for those from USA, be warned that you credit card company will charge a foreign transaction fee since this is based in France!

I'm so happy with the service I received from Kizoa that I wanted to get my voice out there since there seems to be some not so nice reviews. I wanted to make a slideshow video for my sister's wedding and i was really pleased with the options i had on kizoa. I was able to put together a slideshow with over 200 photos and i was even able to use my sister's favorite song in it which she loved, she even cried! I highly recommend kizoa and will be using them again =)
All in all I am satisfied with the service I received from this website. They had customer support in German which was good and they helped me make a collage easily. I appreciate their fast response and the result of my work.

non-working product, poor support, will take your money
Do NOT order from this site. The email of my slide show did not go through and burning/download also did not work. When I contact customer service, I was told that I was in error...that they have many happy customers. I informed them that I was going to refer to my bank because their product did not perform the way it was promised and they told me their headquarters were in France and they didn't have to comply with US rules. BOGUS! If you sell somewhere, you have to support that sell...period. Or have criminal intent in my book. They are rude. Their product doesn't work as it indicates and you will end up fighting to be treated with respect, or worse, to get your money back. Don't do it!

I worked many hours on a slideshow and it states it is free. Did not find out till the end, you must pay. This is how they get you, you work hard and then you force to pay to get the product of your work. This is not an ethical business practice and should be disclosed up front.
non working product
Website has been inoperable for a week. (I have been a customer for maybe 10 days). As you can see by the attached photo, logging into the product freezes at 39%, so it is completely inoperable.
No response to email, and not answering phone.
Finally a couple days later I get someone to answer the phone.
Customer service rep agrees it isnt working, assures me it will b up and running
by 8am yesterday. Apparently not. Actively refused refund.
Not able / willing to fix their product, nor are they willing to give back my money.
This site is c***. They took my money, then 2 days later the site no longer works for me. They cant fix it, and they wont refund my money. Then they had the gall to email me and tell me that they wanted me to change my reviews. LOL why would i tell people a site is good when it doesnt work, they wont refund my money, and they keep feeding me a line of c*** about how a paypal refund takes a week because they are in france. THERE ARE TONS OF OTHER SLIDESHOWS OUT THERE THAT WORK... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE LYING SCAMMERS!

I liked the features of this site and signed up for a free account. I put 1.5 hours in creating a slideshow and when done they said I have used some premium features, hence I have to upgrade my membership to a premium one. I was really frustrated at that time as I was planning to surprise someone with that video. It was like a sheer wastage of time and it actually spoiled my plan. My point is they should have mentioned the premium features so that the user thinks twice before using them. But from the very first you are alluring people to create videos/slideshows for free and suddenly after wasting their time, you come and tell that they need to upgrade their account. This is cheating! And you cannot run a cheating business for long. I will not use this site and will ask everyone to think before using kizoa. It's hopeless.

I have, on your request, attached the Screen shot of where your Portal is blocking the entry of all my own and that of my relatives into their Kizoa account.
They all have, like me:
Windows 10 Pro(Licensed Version)
RAM: 4.00GB
System Type: 64 bit OS
There were no problems reported until we paid for the highest membership. All of us
are now facing the same problem, as per the screen shot.
It says, please allow Flash.
But our permission for Flash is already given.
In the past, your server, was also asking us to permit Flash when we had not paid for the final and Top Most membership.
At that time there was no problem for any of us. We got entry without Premier membership!
Why are we being blocked now, especially after our Premier Membership!?
Having gone online, I notice that a lot many clients are facing the very same problem and that they have written to you in November 2019
Here is my suggestion:
If your server is not permitting globally spread out clients to login to their work space on your server then it may mean that :
(1) Your technical team is in trouble while trying to solve the problem
(2) Your technical team is unable to solve the problem. Or you have enlisted the services of expensive external technically qualified professionals but they too have been unable to solve the problem.
(3) The company is facing a temporary financial crunch and hence cannot solve the problem now
(4) The company has folded up for whatever reason
(5) All of above
(6) Some of above
(7) None of above
If you have not closed down and in the event that you are unable to solve the technical problem due to financial constraints then, I can organise Software Programmers or Software Coders in India for you.
You can if you so desire, talk to them over Skype and you can, if you so desire, trust them with your remote access of your server. They shall help you retrieve as much of your past records as possible from your server, then, they can help you get your server back on its feet.
You must of course guarantee them a five year maintenance contract so that your server backup is always maintained to protect it from being hacked, or sabotaged
by virus attacks.

Helping you, I help myself and I help my relatives and friends who are terribly embarrassed.

It is at best deceiving. DO NOT USE this online program, it will be a waste of time and energ followed by a disappointment. It is impossible to use any of the videos made with Kizoa without paying AT LEAST 50 dollars.
Same happened to me. I worked 3 days to upload 26 videos for a collage for my husband''s birthday. just played them in order, no music no nothing.
At the end I tried to download it and received the message. You should have told us from the beginning that it will cost me this download, I would have chosen another site with features that interest me. I will never recommend this site. Really disappointed:(
Got exactly the same. I was lured thinking I can make my own video music for free and so I did. Spend 1+ hour and then tryed to post it on YT and guess what? Pay 30+ Euro to be able to do it. Maybe I can download? Nope. Must pay. This is utter trash site.

I've been struggling with Kizoa for 2 months and can't burn a dvd...I write them and they suggest this and that but I think it doesn't work because it's a french program that does not work in the USA...want a refund! And they should be reported to the BBB.

Your removed the BURN TO DVD Option on my site. So how am I suppose to burn my movie to a DVD. I just wasted 5 blank DVD trying every way possible. Terrible. very upset. I have been a pro member for years and that is the only reason I PAID YOU . fix the problem or give me a refund.

TERRIBLE. I had to "upgrade" by paying to see if the slideshow had the features I needed, and it didn't. I asked for a refund a few hours after purchasing, and they shut me out & refused. Ridiculous.
