I still have not received a response to my email in regard to my experience at your Indianapolis LaQuinta. I would appreciate a prompt response as well as a credit to my bill. This LaQuinta was totally disgusting and the manager still has never returned my phone call. That is terrible customer service. I was staying at La Quinta inn Valdosta GA about a week and a half ago, I was in the lobby around noon time and I hear an employee ask another employee for a phone number and during that time the other employee snapped on the employee who asked. I was in total shock on how she snapped on this employee, not only was it rude but you can see the employee was visibly upset and embarrassed. I wanted so bad to say something to the woman who snapped on the other woman but I didn't feel it was my place. This wasn't the first time I've heard an employee speak in this manner to another employee. I'm appalled at the behavior of these employees. I feel this La Quinta could get it together in alot of ways. I will never stay La Quinta inn Valdosta ever again shame on them belittling an employee.

We stayed at the La Quinta at Quail Springs that is in OKC, OK. I had reserved 2 rooms for November 9 and 10 and checkout the 11th so staying 2 nights. We checked in and I Carrie Dowdy payed for my room with my card and my friend Sandra Paden paid for hers by credit card. We checked out Sunday morning the 11th at 0700 when we had breakfast and turned in our room keys. When I reserve a room I use a credit card but when I get to the hotel I use my debit card. After returning from our trip Sandra told me her credit card had been charged over $600 for the entire stay for both nights mine AND hers (the rooms were both in my name but we paid separately at check in) and that I better check my charges. Being a debit card I checked immediately and had been charged again but the new additional charges was more than the first charges that had been assessed to my card. I was now being charged for a 3rd night and at a higher room rate . I immediately called Steve the GM there and told him this story and that I had already been charged appropriately on my bank card and the charges he had just put on was overcharging my and needed to be removed. He told me he would "look into it". I asked him to do that and call me back as soon as he looked at it. He did not return my call but instead sent me an email that was confusing as he wasn't removing those additional charges. I tried to call him back and was told he was "busy" so I left a message. He still did not return my call so I called him back and he told me the reason for the larger amount was because I stayed 3 nights not just 2. I again told him we only stayed 2 nights and he then asked if I had turned in the keys at check out. I told him that I turned them in personally at 0700 Sunday morning when we had breakfast (we left early to play softball) and also informed the clerk there was never a hair dryer in our room so they would not think I stole it and charge me. I repeatedly told Steve that I had already been appropriately charged and todays incorrect charges just needed to be removed. Anyway, after about 3 days of repeated phone calls by me and not one returned call from Steve AND me having to email him a screenshot of my charges already on my bank account he removed his incorrect charges from my account. Well, all but an extra $14 dollars he left on there that should have been removed as well because he charged me a higher room rate. Also to mention I had added a 3rd room to my name for some unexpected friends that was there one night. So at this point I am only out $14 but what really has me irritated is that your GM Steve never apologized for this crazy 3 day mess and tons of aggravation! I would also like to mention he would not return my friend Sandra's calls either and she had to also call him repeatedly over 3 days and never so much as an apology either. Sandra and I are both reward members and as a resolution request at least enough reward points to get a nights stay at any location in the future.

I have been a La Quinta member since 2006. I have now reached Gold member status. Recently I received an email promotion concerning 15% off member stays at my favorite hotel and it had a link to my most used La Quinta hotel in Missoula, Mt. Upon calling for a reservation, as I spoke to the representative, the price continued to increase as we talked about pricing for hotel rooms. It literally went from 90$ to 99$ in one minute.
Also, I was inquiring about the 15% off sale pitch I received. Well, according to the clerk and supervisor, in fine print it says that you do not have to follow this guideline. I feel that this smacks of major FALSE ADVERTISING and I will from now on look for other hotels to do business with from not on.
I prefer talking and booking a room with human. All of the prices online were better than those with speaking with a human. There is something wrong with this picture. Really wrong. So I am penalized for wanting to have a human make my reservation as opposed to clicking on line a reservation that may not work for me.
I am aghast at your way of doing business. It is very cutthroat and has no human decency at it's heart. Do you really want to serve people in a better and more respectful manner than other hotels? Then I suggest you quit your false advertising to try and get people to book hotel rooms thinking that they are getting 15% off when they really are getting `15% more added to their total bill.
A shake down.
I am so disappointed in La Quinta I am considering closing my account and signing on with another more legitimate hotel.

My wife and I had made reservations at La Quinta In Albuquerque New Mexico located at 5241 San Antonio Dr. Northeast, Albuquerque. New Mexico 87109. Check in was on November 10, 2018 and we would only be staying one night and checking out the following morning. We arrived at La Quinta at around 2200hrs and my wife went in and checked us in and retrieved the key to our room. We then proceeded to our room with our family to include pet only to discover that our room that had been reserved was in shambles and completely in disarray. We contacted the front desk immediately and the front desk clerk asked for my wife to return back to the front desk to try to find us another room. My wife then called me and advised that they did not have a room available with a microwave and refrigerator as we had reserved due to us having groceries but due to the time of the night and the chances of not getting another room, I told her to go ahead and take whatever they had available, to which she then advised me that they had told her that they did not have any available rooms to offer us, but would check the La Quinta across the interstate to see if maybe they could accommodate us, which also met with negative results. The front desk employee then basically told us there was nothing else he could do and left us to find another place to stay for the night. We then had to carry all our belongings back to our vehicle and start trying to find another place to stay. We luckily found another hotel within a few minutes that had a room available but ended up costing alot more then what i had already had charged to my debit card from La Quinta for a room that my family and I basically were turned away from due to its condition. The next morning i went back to La Quinta to speak with management and was able to speak with a female who identified herself as the front desk manager, I advised her of the events that had occurred the night before and showed her the pictures of what we had found in the room we were suppose to be booked into and she could not believe this had occurred and said she would have to contact her GM in which she went to the room located behind the front desk and i presume made the call. she then returned about 20 minutes later and advised us that the only thing they could do was add 2000 points to our members reward card and that the charge to my debit card would be refunded in a few days, she also made the comment that according to what she was seeing on her computer we were offered another room without microwave and refrigerator, but we had refused which is a LIE, like I stated previously due to the time of night and the chances of us finding another place to stay would be slim I was willing to let our groceries spoil just so that we could get some rest and have safety for my family . I was appalled that this was the only "thing" they could do for us being that my family was basically left stranded in a city to fend for ourselves when we thought we were headed to a nice warm room for some much deserved rest as we had been traveling all day. I asked her for a number to reach a district manager or possibly corporate office and she advised me that I would be able to find those numbers online under the rewards website.I have stayed in La Quinta's on all our vacations and always been very pleased with your services but I am very disappointed with the way this was handled. I received a cancellation reservation email this morning and I called to the Market Square Hotel and was told that I would have to pay all of the reservation up front. I spoke to Tiffany who is the general manager and she was very rude. I have been reserving the same dates for the past 5 Years and have never had to pay until I arrived at the hotel. What does it take to get proper housekeeping at this hotel? No housekeeping Saturday, Sunday, and today Tuesday. Not to mention I had to go to the lobby on Monday to get toilet paper which was completely gone. Good thing we had facial tissues. This is ridiculous. The lack of housekeeping is a repeating them here. I've witnessed people on different days requesting towels since their room had not been cleaned.

I drove 10 hours to stay at the La Quinta hotel because my brother is in hospital in a coma. I was up for over 24 hours and came to the room to sleep. Around 2:30 or so in the morning a wedding party came in drunk and had two rooms worth of people coming in and out yelling and cussing and partying. I was in an ajoining type room so with the door and wood floors between the rooms the sound just carried so loudly. I walked to the front desk and had to say hello, excuse me three times to get the girl at the counter who was playing on her phone to acknowledge me. I asked her if there was any way possible she had another room I could move to because I needed sleep to drive back another 10 hours and work the next morning. She said no that they were booked and said in a snappy voice that she would take care of the loud guests. I told her no please never mind if that was all she could do because I was scared to go back to the room by myself next to a bunch of drunk men if they knew I complained they may get louder or harass me. She snapped back and said Ill take care of it even again after I said please don't. So... as I expected they got much louder for several more hours. I am going be making a lot of trips there though out my brothers coma and your hotel is very convenient for me and honestly the first night there was nice. I would like to plan to stay there in the future but also am not happy with paying for the night that was worsened by your employee after I said please don't.

I had stayed at the la quinta in Las vegas on paridise road from October 30th-november 2nd. My business partner and I had attended the Sema show. On Wednesday after returning to the the room we had noticed the room had been cleaned which was nice however we had purchased some alchohol and had put it in the refrigerator and when we went to have a drink noticed it was missing. I went to the management but they showed absolutely no concern. For the next couple days I had stopped at the front desk and asked if they had any resolution to the situation with absolutely no response. It just seemed like nobody took us ver serious. As a business owner myself I address every complaint with urgency and take care of every customer no matter what the situation. I would appreciate a follow up call after looking into this if possible. I did want to say that on the last day when we checked out they did credit the cost of the bottle that was stolen but the lack of concern when it happened was just un acceptable. Thank you

Well first off this complaint is about the laquinta inn located in West Monroe la The general manager Reggie is having sexual relationships with his employees and on top of that he's stealing the hotels money and smoking marijuana on the premises the manager renisha is having sexual relationship's with the maintenance man Roy and he's living at the hotel in room 418 and employees constantly catches her coming out of his room with him on several occasions while on the clock the staff doesn't do they job at all and I would like for Mr. Marice to look into his management because if not the laquinta is gonna crumble

On Oct 27th 2018 my husband and I checked into Laquinta in Moon Pa for a 2 night stay. I made these reservations several months ago. Quoted rate was 193.80 for two nights. I used Booking .com to reserve room but as always pay at the hotel. When we checked in at 6pm Sat Oct 27th Bruce checked me in and asked if I wanted to use the card On file, I said no I want to use my Navy Federal visa card, he said okay and swiped my card for the 193.80. The next day I see a charge with my AmeriCu Visa card for 193.80 and see the same charge also on my Navy card two different banks 2 different cards. So after returning from the football game I stopped by the front desk to inquire about the double charges. Bruce the same young man who checked me in said oh it's just a deposit pending, I said why is it pending on 2 different banks? His reply was "I don't know but there's nothing I can do just call your bank". I said Bruce I only have you one credit card to swipe how did 2 cards get charged? He said oh I see you prepaid on a third party site. I said No I did not because if I had prepaid it would have charged my card several months ago when I booked the room not last nite. He then got an attitude with me, I was highly upset as I was trying to explain that 2 banks don't just up and charge a hotel on my card by themselves. I asked for a manager, which there was not one on duty. The shuttle driver was very nice and so I tried to just deal with him since Bruce was so rude, and then Bruce said "I quit, I don't need this [censored], then he called Frank the General manager and in front if me and my husband said he was quitting as he didn't get paid enough money to deal with this [censored]" literally said this in front if me. I said fine then I'll just handle things with Brian the shuttle driver, and yet he still Sat there and argued with me yelled at me I finally said fine call the cops, your yelling at me and someone here has committed credit card fraud. He just laughed and yelled at me. Frank the General manager was on phone offered no help about my double charge just said he was in Cleveland and couldn't do anything till 9am tomorrow. This young man at desk had the worst customer service I've ever encountered in my 50 years. He was completely unprofessional and beyond rude.i I have never been treated so horribly and I will never ever use a Laquinta again. I now have to call my bank and report the second charge as fraud.

It's a shame for this hotel chain to be as filthy as it is. I went to St Petersburg FL for the weekend with 10 of my family members and we stay at LaQuinta on 7500 Hwy 19 North
Pinellas Park, FL 33781. My room smelled like smoke and mold. The bathroom tile was disgusting. I went to the store and purchased bleach, Lysol and other cleaning supplies. I sprayed the tile, sink and toilet with bleach. Some of the dirty came off of the tile in the shower. The curtains were filthy and disgusting. I have pictures. My sister's room had roaches on the wall and over the headboard. Her bathroom was disgusting. My aunts room had to be sprayed with bleach. She went and purchase sheets so she could sleep. I had to purchase towels due to the hotel towels were dengue. We could not leave because other hotels were booked. The people next door to my room were smoking in there rooms and you could smell it when you walk by their room. They look as if they were doing drugs. The outer appearance of this place is disgusting. The pool was filthy. Just a mess. And you charge all this money for your rooms only for people to be disgusted. LaQuinta need to do some upgrades or close their doors. You should be a shame of yourselves. My room was 225 and I can't remember my other family members. One was 222.

Upon arrival of coming to the hotel I checked in regularly and proceed upstairs to later find out that there was no hot water within the room.
After speaking with the front desk about my issue no custoner service was given being that this establishment is ran off of hospitality and custoner service I feel that requirements werent filled and this is a huge inconvenience to me and my co workers being that we are here on business.
Unfortunately since the manager wasnt in nothing was accomplished and something needs to be done asap

To whom it may concern, I am writing in regards to my stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites, in Jupiter Fla on October 17, 2018 thru October 21, 2018. From the first day until checkout, and NOTHING was done about it. We arrived about 10pm on the 17th. When we entered the room and the floor was filthy (pictures included). It had not been vacuumed. I went downstairs told them about the floor, and then they swapped my room. Got into the new room, and there were NO washcloths in the room, so again had to go to front desk. Next day when they came and cleaned our room, only replaced towels with ONE set. I again went to front desk. Spoke to manager, and she was not helpful at all...but I got another set of towels. My son asked for an extra blanket, and the next day, they took the blanket. Night three, I asked for one more towel, to take a shower, because my son, whom was in town playing ball had used them, and the guy at the front desk gave me two freaking hand towels. By the way, I'm 6'4 300 lbs. I AGAIN went back to the desk and said "how am I suppose to shower with this?" He then brought a towel to my room. Lastly, on the last day, a reptile of some sort was in our bathroom (see picture). You guessed it, I went to the desk AGAIN. They came to the room and said "oh yeah, that's an iguana, we'll take care of it". They never did. I never write these complaints, but it was almost as if I was being pranked during my stay. No one should have to pay what I paid for the stay I had. I was skeptical of staying there because I know how
La Quintas are back home, but I got what I paid for. Never again.

I work for la quinta in bannockburn illinois! When I tell you as a whole it is the worst job ever! Management sucks! I've been waiting on a 300 bonus for months that they promised for employee referrals! When I ask for corporates number they try to say they'll fix it and never gives me the number! The supervisors take the houskeeper tips every morning! And nobody cares! This is the worst job ive everrrr worked!

We ALWAYS stay at La Quinta every time we travel and this was by far the worst, most disgusting, hotel room ever! Toilet barely flushed, there was a bad odor, roaches crawling on the walls and on the floor at night, some old killed roaches smashed on the carpet, pool area and pool were not clean. We let staff know about everything when checking out and nobody seemed to care. We were just told that is gross and you should call the manager in the morning. We will NEVER stay here again and I am not sure if we will continue using any La Quinta. This hotel claimed to be newly remodeled but all they did was slap a coat of paint on the walls. The kitchen area where they serve breakfast was the nicest part of this hotel but the food was horrible. We paid $265 for the two nights there and the manager is sending us a free night at any La Quinta. I am NOT satisfied with how horrible our stay was we should have been given a complete refund. All the staff claims to have no knowledge of the of the terrible roach problem yet there was roach bait in the bathroom and the roaches were moving slower like they ate poison. When people go on vacation they should be treated with way more respect and concern but the staff did not care. My husband is a Veteran and he was never even thanked for his service after we asked about a military discount for our hotel stay. Any and every place we have ever been to always acknowledge him but not here. I am beyond upset with this hotel, our stay, the staff, how we were treated, and the resolve of these issues.

I am having a problem with laquinta southside savnnah ga i have also had the same problems with laquinta midtown before. As a family member to a worker i feel i have fallen victim to this hotel. Recently, a situatio. Involving sexual harrassment was brought to attention to my husbands manager Glenn on my husband. The female coworker quit because nothing was done. My husband has been recieving calls from a few female coworks both housekeeping and front desk and he has been making advances to them such as i have a master key, you can bend over or give me head, I'll meet you in my office, you know i really want to... So on and so forth. It has even gone as far as me being told "they" have been taking showers at work and him bringing linens home. There is nothing i can do to prevent this. I was told by a relative that if I'm having that many problems to contact corporate. I tried calling but couldn't get anybody on the line. The problem is that I was told by him that if i contact corporate that he ia going to have me and my kids evicted from our home. He has even gone as far as saying it's because i have mental provlems and i need to just get high on crazy pills. Irrelevant, but I don't feel like rules are being admi istered priperly at Laquinta. I wish to stay anonymous and thus is a reason I did not want to put anything in writing. I do not want my husband fired because that is our o ly source of income but I can not take this type of behavior coming from any workplace. Please help! Thank you!

Had a reservation for Denison, Tx LaQuinta Inn and Suites. Had traveled from Kansas to here and was treated like a dog from the General manager Saurabh (Sau) Jain. Our reservation rate was not honored, and our Jacuzzi tub had to be cleaned twice. Once as soon as we checked in noticed hair and used shampoo bottle on tub, after GM Saurabh, Jain came in to wipe it down, we filled it up turned the jets on and dirt was visible in the tub. The night shift lady came and cleaned the Jacuzzi again but after traveling and tired, we never got to use it that night. We were going to enjoy it the next day, but went to ask about the room rate and that's when GM and front desk lady said they will not honor that. So we politely asked them to check us out and for that one stay since our Jacuzzi hadn't been cleaned properly if they could just give us the rate at the rate we were reserved. GM said no! They checked us out and locked our stuff in the room while we were down discussing our bill. We went to get back in our room to gather our belongings and the GM stated "Check out was at noon and you need to leave" meanwhile we were unable to get into our room to gather our belongings. We had to contact local authorities to have them escort us to get our belongings out of the room. Mind you, this was a Sat evening in Texas where it was hard to find a room to begin with. We were kicked out of a hotel we reserved only to be left wandering Texas looking for a place to stay. Very dissatisfied with how the General Manager handled this. Poor management at its finest.
unethical reservation/check-in policy
Arrived at 8:20pm for reservation on 10/20/2018 . After confirming reservation, was advised that there were no rooms available. period. There was no empathy, no further assistance as to finding another room in another location, no explaination as to why we had no room.
We wanted to call customer service for assistance, but LaQuinta customer service was closed on Saturday and Sunday. The reservation line was closed at 6:00 pm. There was no manager on duty, nor would he be there until Monday.
We have stayed at other La Quinta properties and have always had excellent service and stays. I know I am only one customer and I am sure my money doesn't mean much to this property, but this was very very poor business

Everything was great.room, customer service.on sat.morning .there was very little food.hot food was cold.there was a lot people there.
Oct.18th. We stayed in tuscaloosa al.at the new la qunita inn.for wedding anniversary and birthday.
On Fri.9am..only eggs and sausage.eggs were good..there was a bus of soccer players that stayed there on 18th.
The hotels know when there is a bus staying over night.they should have help there to have a lot of food cooked and ready so everyone can eat..schools stay at hotels that have breakfast. Free.
The lady in tuscaloosa was doing all she could to keep everyone happy.
And they need more than 1 toaster so you don't have to wait..thank you Mary gregg.
