12/31/24 - I'm handicapped and it is visible that I'm. I went to the Capitol Heights Lane Bryant (Lane Bryant - 1723 Ritchie Station Ct, Capitol Heights). The store had 3 sales persons on the floor on today 12/31/24 (2:00pm). Two were folding and having a conversation and one was on the cash register. I was the only person in the store. First I asked the ones that were in conversation if they could assist me (if they did not mind) with my bra size (I stated if they do not mind). It was 2 rows of bras and I could not reach the top to find my size. I told her that I wore a size 36 DD. She browsed a little and then told me that they do not carry size 36. I told her that I would go to Bowie Town Center store. Then I saw a sign with size 36 and up. #2. I started shopping and found several items as I attempted to walk around the store. I kept dropping the clothing I wanted because my arms were full and I have difficulty standing. There is a chair in the store so I had to sit down many times. The ladies attention was still on folding and the cashier was still behind the cash register. I was totally ignored and still the only one in the store. Finally, I got so frustrated that I took the hand full of clothing to register, laid them on the desk and stated that I was too frustrated, put the items on the desk and left. I have been a customer for years but not handicapped until recently, and have never had such an experience with sales staff. That is why I'm writing this. I wanted to shop because of the sale. Please answer me this, does your store accommodate customer that is handicapped. Please let me know. My daughter is going with me to the Bowie store.
Desired outcome: My desired outcome is service for someone that visually needs help. Thank you. Sandra Singleton, (email. [protected]@gmail.com, 2903 Matapeake Drive Upper Marlboro, Maryland 20774, (301) 310.6280)

I just made a complaint about the loose toilet seat at the Hendersonville, TN location because of handicapped people mostly but any woman doesn’t want their back jarred as they sit down but especially a handicapped person
Please have employees check and tighten or have maintenance on loose toilet seats. They are very dangerous to employees and customers.
I had to physically go to the store because of the ridiculous experience of getting a free item coupon exchanged for a different size and trying to speak to a person from some other country with extremely bad reception and having to pay twice for expensive shipping just to go back and finally get $10 instead of a free gift had to physically go into the store because it was such a ridiculous. Two phone calls.
