Package not delivered
This is the third package allegedly delivered by lasership. It was not stolen from my property but rather never actually delivered. The last time they admitted the package was lost and referred me back to the retailer for resolution even though they are literally stealing the packages. I have informed Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom and Fashion Nova of the issue and I will not be ordering any more items because of this problem. I have reported LAserShip to local police in Doral Florida.
Desired outcome: Full refund
LaserShip will show an item was delivered and literally not even drive down your street. Customer service is non existent they will hang up in you How do retailers continue to do business with them is beyond me and now my money will be beyond them.
Why Amazon WHY??????
They Amazon uses this sham of a company is beyond me. For years now, LaserShip has been delivering packages to me for orders I've placed on Amazon. As a Prime member, you expect prime service which is something this company clearly cannot provide. "Delivery attempted" is a lie. Even in the company website and phone greeting they give you a ridiculous response as to what that message actually means. It should only mean one thing, that there was ACTUALLY an attempt to deliver your package.

Everytime laser ship has a delivery to our address or even to my neighbors they say they always attempted to deliver. I believe that to be a lie, we live on a military installation and they have delivered her numerous times. Then when you call customer service about the issue they say oh they will try again in 2-3 business days. That is not reasonable. Then on top of that ask for a supervisor or a manager over them, oh we can't transfer calls to them. Since when does a business say they can't transfer you to someone over them. This was a first I ever heard of this nonsense. I would highly recommending for companies to stop shipping with them. They are garbage and a sorry [censored] delivery service.

I ordered 5 articles of clothing from JCPenney and it says they delivered it to my apartment complex. There is a designated mail room as well as Parcel Pending lockers - neither had it. It says it was delivered on 12/7, and today is 12/10. I have checked with my front office every day since the supposed delivery and they have not seen my package. I have asked neighbors and they haven't seen any package in the hallways of my complex. What's equally frustrating is I can't get a straight answer from LaserShip about where the delivery driver left the package. No customer support, no local number to call, and their email system is a joke.
What's even more insulting is that in this delivery driver's notes, they claim to have left it with someone named "Jue". I have never met anyone named Jue, let alone at my apartment complex, and I think this was done intentionally by my delivery driver because my name is "Joey". I was at work when this package was "delivered". I just want my clothing...

I purchased from walmart.com( signed up to be a Walmart + member specifically to purchase this itam as an early release, Lasership has delayed my delivery by 6 days, now it says "Delivery Exception" no attempt has been made to deliver, I've called, written emails- no response. I called the local Lasership facility in Rochester, NY, sat on hold for exactly 83 minutes, and then tried to make arrangements to pick up my item, as it's been sitting in their warehouse for 10 days, to which I was told that during the holidays they don't allow people to come pick up their packages due to volume( I live 10 minutes away) but that I can pick it up on January 2nd? What sense does this make? Contacting Walmart has yielded no results, other than they just continue to send me the same link to Lasership packing. I understand that these multi-billion dollar corporations do whatever and cut whatever corners they can to save a dollar, but continuing to use such an incompetant and unprofessional shipping company is beyond comprehension. I believe most consumers would be happy to pay to get their packages to them safeluy and in a timely fashion- I will never shop on Walmart.com again because of this reason, and will be cancelling my walmart + membership as well. TO ALL CORPORATIONS: STOP USING LASERSHIP! Spend the extra $$ and ship with a reliable service like UPS, USPS, FEDEX etc...

Delivery
Lasership drivers throw packages down my driveway. I have a long driveway. Every other delivery service brings packages to my door. Laser ship's drivers leave them in the dirt next to my driveway. Not at the end of the driveway…they throw it on the side. I know the packages are thrown because they're muddy or the boxes are crushed. I have ordered from several retailers that use laser ship. Only once was the package left at my door. Once the package was in the street…a busy street and it was run over by I don't know how many cars. Other packages were left on the ground under my mailbox, thrown in the dirt next to my driveway, thrown in the mud next to my driveway, thrown in a very large puddle. Boxes have been crushed, plastic packaging muddy and the contents soaked!
Carrier not delivering the packages
I am the manager at Carousel Court, a community in Chillicothe, Ohio. We have all our mailboxes in one spot. Our mail carrier brought me in 2 packages that were on the ground by the mailboxes, both were supposed to be delivered by LS, that's what the label said. Not everyone is honest and to just leave items people order where anyone can take them is extremely unprofessional. I will be calling Walmart and Victorias Secret Direct to inform them of the conduct of the carrier service they hired. The mail carrier that brought in the packages said she has had to pull them out of rural mailboxes because they could not fit the mail in.
This is a serious issue that needs taken care of. Maybe put cameras on the trucks or vehicles delivering and maybe these lazy workers will deliver the packages instead of dropping them where it is quicker for them.
Thank you for taking the time to read this, I have to go now and deliver packages.
P.S. While at lunch 3 more packages were dropped on the ground by the mailboxes, I have never seen such incompetence.

My package was delivered to the wrong apartment and I never received it. They got a random signature for that package yet didn't require one for my recent package.. Lasership offered no real answers as to what happened and my most recent package was just left outside my door. No one knocked to notify me and I was home.

Item not delivered, no response from customer service
I ordered from Macy's. Item said delivered on 21st Oct 2021 but doesn't show to whom or where. There was no delivery. I contacted later ship on Oct. 23rd no response, again on Oct. 29th no response, then again on November 5th still no response. Finally after a long on call, one sale representative was vague and dodging all my questions. Didn't assist me with loss of my package. Then send an email saying package can't be located. Has no details of when, where and how the delivery was attempted or who took the package. Absolutely nothing. They are either stealing, selling or simply not competent. They believe seller and buyer should suffer for their lack of professionalism and ethics. Why and how are they still in business?

I finally found a package from Carter's that was delivered by LazerShip. It was STUFFED into my mailbox, which I know is not supposed to be done! I can almost never easily find packages delivered by LaserShip. They are often left by the road, dumped behind a shed, left out in the rain, even though I have a covered porch at my front door!
This time my mail was wrecked by the good-sized package that was JAMMED into the mailbox. I'm tired of this! I've had enough! I've contacted the Carter's company!

My package was delivered by your company today. My security camera noticed the van pulling behind my house, and throwing my package out the drivers window. NOT GETTING OUT OF VAN AND PLACING IT AT MY BACK DOOR BUT THROWING IT AT MY BACK DOOR. It landed about 10 foot from rear door in an unprotected climate area. I am away from home and have ask a friend to retrieve the package for me. But it will not be retrieve till tomorrow, so it is a very good possibility that the contents will be damaged from the climate. If so I would expect it to be replaced. I have also notified the company that I purchased the items.

I've had several problems with Laser ship. I placed an order on September 1. They are saying it was delivered but it wasn't. We've had nothing but problems with them.
They delivered 3 packages to the wrong address that was supposed to come to ours.
The addresses are not the same. Thank Goodness the people were able to contact us about those packages.
Will not order from any company that uses them.

At approximately 1:10 p.m. today, October 4, 2021, a van was stopped in the middle of the street, at the corner of an intersection in front of my home. They sat there with music BLARING for several minutes. I went outside and told him to turn it down, which was completely ignored. Finally they decide to turn around, so they back out of the street they were sitting on, into the other street and proceeded to drive further back into the subdivision as fast as he could get the van to go. Posted speed limit in this subdivision is 25 mph! There's only one road in and out of this subdivision. A minute or two later, he's flying through and turns onto my road again, with no signal, and again drives as fast as he could get the van to go, down my street. I think the number on the van was 36 or 38, not positive as he was driving way too fast to see it properly.
There are many young children in this subdivision, and they ride bikes, play, and walk around these roads, he would have killed one if he hit them at the speeds he was driving! There are three schools that are maybe a quarter of a mile from the turn into this subdivision. The track teams all use this subdivision for running practice since it is so close, and ideally safer than the main road. Again, he probably would have killed one if he had hit them.
I looked up the van description online, as I had not seen the logo before, and no other identifying information was on the van. Turns out it's Lasership. I scrolled through their website looking for a way to contact them, and clicked the link that says "contact" and nothing happened. Tried several times with the same result, it is not a functioning link. There is no other contact info on the website, except when looking through FAQ section. You have to actually read everything in that section to finally find a "customer service" number. I call and say I need a phone number for, or be directed to the appropriate dept or person about a complaint on a driver. She says "uhh ok hold on and I'll connect you with corporate". Get there and listen to a menu of various options, none of which are what I'm looking for, so I press 0 to get to an operator. It rings many, many times, with no answer, finally get a recording telling me to leave a message. Still waiting on a call back...
While I was looking online I saw a link to this site, with over 100 complaints about this company, so I added mine too. This company should not be in business if they cannot hire, or train, competent staff! I'm not even sure how they have clients with all of the bad reviews and complaints against them, including theft of packages! There's absolutely no reason or excuse for the way he was driving, nor for him to have the music so loud that I could hear it clearly over the tv, and aquarium two feet away from me, inside my home. No windows or doors open. Not to mention my dog going ballistic over the loud booming music. Hire people that understand RESPECT! Of which this driver clearly has zero, and he should be fired!

Shoes orderd November 29th from Steve Madden. Shipping by LaserShip. My original email states I would received an e-mail when it is shipped which was not sent. LaserShip say they delivered it 12/12/2022 at 2:07 pm to my home in College Park Ga. It has not been delivered! According to their tracking #1LSCZFM250427498 it Was out for delivery 12/06/2022 in Kennesaw GA at 10:57Am and Pebblebrook Estate Mableton GA at 10:58AM. Says it was delivered to my address today 12/12 at 2:07 PM. Where had it been for those 6 days before it disappeared? It was not delivered to my address. I was home all day and outside during that time. No one came to my home. This is a dead-end street with only 6 houses on my block. There was not a delivery truck on my street. Steve Madden says sometimes LacerShip marks delivered when they have not delivered because they have to many deliveries. They asked me me wait another day to see if it is delivered. I called LaserShip at their [protected] and [protected] Customer Service number and received messages to call the company I order from for assistance. Horrible shipping company!

LaserShip is affectively stealing peoples packages I had an order that I placed with Nike on September 10 The package was at laser ship by September 12 it never moved I contacted Nike they started a claim I received my refund back then September 30 I get a notification package was delivered there is no way packages delivered I have a ring camera and the packages out for delivery at 12:33 PM and delivered at 12:34 PM that's impossible you guys need to really investigate this company and possibly shut it down because it is causing a lot of loss of money. Also when you called LaserShip they tell you to call the seller and then they report to the seller that the package was delivered so the customer is losing money because a lot of times these retailers are not refunding due to the last package or stolen package.

On 9/24/21 the driver left the heavy box so far away from my apartment door that I literally had to come out of my apartment to retrieve the heavy box. I have a doormat in front of my door therefore he could have placed the box on the mat. A resident could have injured themselves with the box being so far in the hallway. Courtesy, common sense, professionalism and respect goes along way when delivering packages. Also the contents in the box had leaked out too.

an adidas package stated it was delivered 9/18 and it never arrived i ahve bee having so many problems with who ever works the route because many packages have said delivered and they dont arrive. To my luck adidas can replace the item until i have a reference number from lazership. the address which the package stated it was delivered is 2620 glenwood rd apt 1c, brooklyn, ny 11210. During a two week period I tried to contact customer service about a package that was supposed to be delivered and the driver was unable to make the delivery.
First they verified my address, it was correct. This was done online via chat.
Then I provided detailed information on how to get into my building and ride the elevator up to my floor. I was told the package would be there within 3 days and they were escalating my situation to the local office as urgent.
Then I received a second notification that they didn't have enough information and the driver couldn't get into my building. It was within 5 minutes of the delivery attempt and I asked to find out if the driver was still there and I would meet them to get the package. No luck, but was told I'd get the package within 3 days and they were escalating my situation to the local office as urgent.
However, per their tracker, this package didn't get back to the local facility for 5 days. When I followed up again, I was told to be patient, I'd get the package within 3 days and they were escalating my situation to the local office as urgent. No one would answer my questions or give me a phone number to call. I was also told to just contact the seller.
When the package still didn't arrive after 3 days I got back on the chat and asked for a supervisor. I was given the same spiel over again. One person "disappeared" on me so I thought the next representative was a supervisor. Apparently, I just got hung up on. The next person asked me what I wanted him to do about the situation after I told him he was the 4th person who was telling me the same story. He verified he was a live person and I finally got a phone number.
Here is where is gets good. I get this smooth talker on the line, who acts like he's all concerned and tells me he's contacted the local facility and the manager has the package on his desk and will have the most reliable driver deliver it the next day. AND I BELIEVED HIM!
The next day I wait around until 3 putting off a client visit and then tried to follow up for the 6th time. That's when I saw they were unable to located the package posted at 8am.
I called again, was asked the same questions, verify my address and phone number, etc. I asked to talk to supervisor or director and was told they don't have that information, but the supervisor would call me. The person would not answer any of my questions about who to contact. Just silence. Then I asked if she didn't have the information or if she wasn't allowed to answer. Silence. I asked again. Still silence. After I asked the 3rd time, I was hung up on. I REALLY hope she just couldn't handle being in customer service for an unreliable company and that she was not being monitored and abused.
This is my third package that Lasership has lost in the past 3 months. Two of which were within the last two weeks. I really wanted this last shipment because it contained a limited edition item that is no longer in stock. I wonder who has all these things and who gets stuck with the bills.
Desired outcome: They need to run their company ethically or get out of the business. They should stop lying. If the package is lost/stolen, they need to admit it so people don't keep wasting their time.
