my parcel
My parcel should be deliver on jan 17 but until now we still dont get it and when I checked it on your application where i can see where is my parcel now it was sent to the wrong place even though it already indicate on the parcel where it should be send its already February 1 and i still dont get my parcel i already called your service but it doesn't help. That parcel is very important to us and it was urgent so we need it already. We are so disappointed
dresses are missing
My mother sent me 3 dresses last Tues (01/28/20) but I only received 1 dress. The 2 other dresses are missing. It is a big inconvenience because I am suppposed to use those dresses on Sun (02/02/2020). Please do something about it. My mother tried so hard to look for them because I specifically asked for those for my graduation pictorial. Thank you.

My TOR and Diploma were sent to me by my school registrar with tracking no. [protected] from Cavite to Davao on Jan.20, 2020. Unfortunately, on Jan.23 it was received by different recipients whom we do not know. We went to LBC express Ulas in Davao to clarify that we did not receive it, they promised to investigate, but every time we follow up on the progress they made a lot of excuses. We went again today to LBC Calinan in Davao in the hope to get some information, but the staff advised us to ask all the houses in our subdivision, maybe one of them has the documents. I've been to sleepless night because of what was happening, those documents were very important to me, I need those very badly. To the people who are in charge of customer care in LBC express, I'm appealing you to please help me to find those documents, you were also a student before and 4 years in College was no joke. However, I have not received any since we were out of town on January 25, 2020. I am filing this complaint for the immediate retrieval of my parcel sent to me by Ms Maylene Curativo from Dinalupihan, Bataan. I've been calling your customer care hotline, messenger and email but no feedback has been made or just an update. This is to formally complain about my very bad experience with your delivery.
Jan. 24, 2020 (Friday)
1. No text message sent on Jan. 24, 2020 regarding the scheduled delivery of my package.
2. Before 6pm of Jan. 24, 2020, I called your Customer Service No. 8858-5999 to follow-up because my work is until 6pm only and it was nearly 6pm already. As informed by the lady who talked to me on the phone was that your delivery is until 7pm so I should wait a little bit because it was scheduled on that day.
3. Followed-up again at past 6pm because I have to go somewhere but unfortunately, as told by your lady on the phone again that it is still on the way. Told her to trace the Driver because I haven't received any call yet from the driver. She said that she already reported my concern to their TL and I can just receive my package the next day. Told her that I don't have work last Saturday so I asked if it can be delivered instead in my house. She told me that it can be done provided my Cousin who sent the package should go to LBC Daraga Branch to arrange the change of address before it closes at 7pm. Unfortunately, my cousin was in Legazpi and can't travel back to Daraga before 7pm. So I had no choice but to cancel my appointment.
4. I waited until 7pm but still no call from the Driver! Called your Customer Service again but nobody answered my calls!
5. Searched your Facebook and found your messenger account. Sent messages by I was only seen-zoned!
6. I was ready to leave the office (pissed-off already) when your Driver (his mobile no. 09502202327) called! It was already past 7pm! Then I asked him what happened.
His story: Around 4pm, he said he called me but I can't be contacted. He didn't send me any text msg because I can't be contacted anyway. He said he went to Shangri-la Plaza in Mandaluyong. Talked to the guard and didn't know Level 7 Projects Office. He said my address was confusing because it was also stated the location in BGC. So since he can't contact me, he left the mall. He said he will only wait for 5 mins. because he was using motorcycle only.
My say on his story: I never received a call or text from him. I was in Shangri-la at the Fort (inside the hotel) at the time he said he called. When he told me that he went to Shangri-La Plaza (Mall in Mandaluyong), I asked him why he was there? He was supposed to deliver in Shangri-La at the Fort (Hotel in BGC, Taguig)! He told me that my address was confusing/incomplete so since he can't contact me, he returned my package on their warehouse in Muntinlupa! He suggested to just pick-up the package in Market Market but I told him that I paid for delivery, not pick-up. He should deliver on our office as stated on the address written on the package. He was so "Pilosopo"! He told me that I should have asked Lazada to deliver instead! What really made me lost my temper to your Driver was that he kept on insisting that he was right.. never heard him say sorry! It was my first time talking to a very rude Delivery Driver! So to end our conservation on the phone, we agreed that I will text him where he will bring my package on Jan. 27, 2020 (Monday).
Jan. 25, 2020 (Sat) - Finally, i received a PM from LBC Express.. The only message i received from you. Just ignored me all the other messages I've sent!
Jan. 27, 2020 (Monday) - Messaged the Driver on 09502202327 of my address at 9:09am. No reply from him. At 2:34pm, this no. 09102988452 called saying he was the LBC Driver who called me last Friday. Again, he demanded that I should be there in 5 mins. otherwise, he will leave already! It this really your SOP, LBC? I was kind enough to get the package from him at the entrance of the hotel so he will not go up to our office in Level 4 as stated in my delivery address but he was really a demanding guy! So you see, I was not okay while on my way to meet him because of his attitude! When I got hold of my package, I saw that there was nothing wrong with with address at all! It's all complete! The Driver reasoned out again that there are a lot of Shangri-La! My God! Why he can't just say sorry and admit his mistake!
Now, LBC, will you please enlighten me of your SOP on delivery?
1. No text message confirming the delivery
2. As stated by your Driver, they will call only once they are already on the area and within 5 mins. the client should be able to get the package, otherwise, they will return the package to their warehouse. They are only using motorcycle that is why waiting time is 5 mins? What happened on the door to door delivery? Our office is not new on the LBC delivery as we have received packages from your company before and the Drivers usually come to our office in Level 4.
3. Your Customer Service hotline doesn't answer anymore after 7pm.
4. Your Facebook Messenger replied only once, no update even if the problem is not resolved yet. They don't get the update from your Driver real-time.
I have attached a lot pictures as evidence that there was no problem on my delivery address contrary to the report of your Driver. He just went to the wrong location and not sorry about it.

Paki aksyunan naman po 😒😢 Araw araw kopo tinatrack pero sa tracking po nde gumagalaw ung unit. Wag naman po sana dumating sa point na mawala ung mga unit ko. Complaint for broken frame: Tracking # [protected]
I want to raise a complaint regarding the broken frame. When the item was sent for ship out, the frame was in good shape. However upon receiving & unwrapping the item, the bottom corners of the frame was alreasy detached or damaged. It seems the damage was caused by packaging and delivery method. The frame costs 1, 600 due to its acrylic plastic material.
I want LBC Cebu/Pampanga to take the responsibility of the carelessness packaging and handling of the item.

i'm very mad and dissappointed on how incompetent your staffs are... I've waited for more than 1 hour to get my package but the guy told me that he already called my name and my name need to be at the bottom again... I'm pretty sure that i never heard him since i'm paying attention, cause i need to go back to work...When i'm about to leave they are laughing which i think unprofessional and disrespectful.. I need this to be address... I need your answer what i'm going to do with the package cause i don't want to go back to that place anymore, if there's an option to send back to the sender or send to other branch or anything except to back there...

Nagpadala kami ng Documents from SM Mega Mall to Bacoor, Cavite last Thursday, January 23, 2020.
Upto now wala padin nadedeliver samin today January 27, 2020. Ang sabi sa tracking number expect the delivery within the day (January 25, 2020). We need the package January 28, 2020.
How we supposed to trust your company to delivery the important documents if you misrouted it.
Sabi ng kausap ko na misrouted daw, napunta sa Romblon, Marinduque. Bakit Marinduque? Pinadala namin yung package pa south (sa Cavite) knowing na baka madelay, kaya we shipped the documents early. Still nadelayed padin yung item. Mag antay daw kami for another 48 hours ang sabi sakin. Wala daw silang magagawang alternative actions.
LBC is a big company, siguro naman may alternative actions silang pwedeng gawin or alternative actions silang dapat gawin pag namimisrouted nila yung documents lalo't mahalaga ito at ang deadline is hindi aabot kasi nagkamali sila ng lugar.
Humihingi kami ng ticket number sa complaint kasi sabi sakin finile-an daw nila ticket yung complaint pero wala silang binibigay, yung tracking number daw yung complaint namin.

Why your courier is not calling the person whom they will give the items before sending and now that person went to get to the nearest lbc branch but they said they need to ask the one who sent to change for pick up and send the nearest branch. At exacty 4:35pm, I arrived at the branch to pickup. The money, the teller lady told me it is already cutoff, I said what?! Its not yet 5:00pm!
So then I proceed to argao branch, and I was able to process my transaction, whats your with the teller of dalaguete branch? They tend to reject me, your dalaguete lbc branch are so lazy, please investigate your personnel, check your cctv I was there at 4:35pm!

LBC sm valenzuela sucks! They cant provide an answer about what's going on with my parcel. They always keep on saying "di namin masagot yan". They are also rude and masunget.
