Failure to deliver my package
I sent a package from San Jose, Occ. Mindoro on June 22, 2021 to Ermita, Manila addressed to Unit 20A Tower 1 Adriatico Place Residences Condominium, Adriatico cor P. Gil. Delivery of said package was posted to the Security of the Condominium as well as the date of expected delivery which is June 25, 2021. LBC was also provided with the contact number of tge recipient. However, no delivery was made on that day nor a text message or call received by the recipient. The tracking history said that delivery was made and the house was closed and no one was there to receive. This is ridiculously false because no actual delivery was attempted and almost every guard is expecting such scheduled delivery.

Non delivery
Hi! Department of Foreign Affairs Tagum City branch released my passport to LBC Tagum on June 22, 2021. I have been trying to search my tracking number on the website ([protected]) but it says "no records found". I consider this very worrisome because I have a flight on June 30, 2021 and I have not heard or received any updates from LBC Tagum. I will file a formal complaint and claim if I end up missing my flight because of this. My flight is worth $1000 and I was guaranteed by the LBC Tagum personnel that I will receive it before the said date.

Cargo received damaged
My cargo from Singapore to Manila has just arrived today and ther is a hole on side of the box. And the condition of the box is really damaged. (As seen on the attached photo) I don't know what action you can do on this and there is some item that is missing. Hope you will have a proper action for this. As we will don't think twice to pass it to proper legal authorities if no action taken.

LBC delivery truck damaged our house (traffic incident)
On June 15, 4:35 PM, LBC truck plate number AKA 2433 damaged the extension roof on our house at VLTD Block 3 Lot 1 Villa Leyson Bacayan Cebu City. LBC personel Ezekiel Sunit left his phone number and said he would come back to fix the damages the next day. I am no longer able to reach him by the cellphone number he left [protected]. Fragile Parcel arrived Damaged
The parcel I received with fragile sticker on it was damaged. I have a video/proof that it worked when the sender sent it. But when I went to an LBC branch the same day I received the parcel, they told me that the sender should be the one to file a complaint in the origin branch. Item was broken
May 13, 2021 the parcel for Joan Yaras bound to Cebu for Cash on Pick-up basis. The item was for Back to Sender since the customer haven't picked up the items in the said branch. June 4, 2021, the item has been received at LBC Damosa Davao City, at the same day, the item was for delivery again bound to Cebu City. June 10, 2021 the item has been picked up by the customer. June 11, the customer reported to us that the item she ordered was broken. The said item was wrapped with a bubble wrap and wrapped with insulator for the items not to be broken.. I have a lot of transactions with LBC, but this is the first time the item delivered was broken. and the customer wanted for a refund. the item worth of 1440.00.
CSR of LBC Damosa should'nt be blame about this, since they are not the one who loads the item.

Return package to the owner with cod
irereklamo ko lang po yung package na ipinadala ko kahapon papuntang negros ngayong araw dito rin samin diniliver ng rider, eh ang nakatanggap po eh bata(usually naman talaga sakanya ipinagkaktiwala yung mga package or any deliveries) kasi nasa trabaho ang pinsan ko kaya akala nila yun yung package nainaantay ko. Tapos dahil sa COD nga sya kaya nagbayad pa 435 pesos kasi hindi nman makukuha kung hindi babayaran diba, saka yung hinanap talaga nung rider is name ng pinsan ko mismo, so ito na nung nakauwi na ako sinabi nila skin na yung package kung ito raw ba rin yung pinadala namin kahapon kaya tinignan ko at un nga pagtingin ko un nga yung package na pinadala rin namin kahpon so tinignan ko yung details kung may mali ba pero tama yung from and to nya eh kaya ibinalik ko sa lbc sm san jose del monte pagdating don sinabi ko ko yung concern ko tapos yung pinakahead pa don na babae sinisisi pa sa bata eh kung tutuusin di naman namin kasalanan kung bakit bumalik samin yung package dahil tama naman ang details, so kami pa pinag-aanatay na bumalik ang rider bago pa ibalik yung ibinayad namin sa COD at take note walang ibinigay na resibo yung rider in exchange of the package and payment. kaya sana po yung mga ganitong insidente eh gingawan nyo nalang ng agarang solusyon para naman sa perwisyo nyo sa customer nyo. kami na naabala kami pa mag-aanatay don sa rider kung kelan babalik eh kung tutuusin pwede naman nila irefund yung binayad namin sa mismong branch lalo na lumabas naman na na item delivered di sana hindi aksaya ng oras at pamasahe sa customer nyo at sana rin updated yung mga cp no. ng mga rider nyo para kapag may mga ganitong cases eh nahaharap nya sa branch yung customer

Delivery men at cruz na daan lbc branch
I would like to complain about the courier of the file from CDO to Cruz na daan. I understand that there was a mistake in the sender. But the delivery man was so rude to us. He called without manners. He even scold me for having a mistake about the parcel which is it wasn't my fault. He even command me to meet him in cruz na daan. Without asking what im doing earlier. I told him to left the parcel 3x at LBC branc cruz nadaan. Because i mentioned that he was on the area. I told him my mom will pick it up there. And he agreed, and say "next ayusin kasi ung papapadala". And after that he hung up. My mom go to LBC cruz nadaan, but the parcel wasn't there Its still on the delivery man, he even lied that i told them my mom cant go to get the parcel. He's such liar and a dick person.

I made an appointment for pick up three XL boxes on May 29, 2021. The courier did not show, did not call and did nothing. LBC company does not care if they have a long list of complaints. The couriers only goes back to former customers who tip them very generous. If you tip reasonably, they don't go back to you to pick up your boxes. If you are new customers, you will wait or have an appointment and will not materialized. This has been going on and nothing is done.

Lost package
Tracking No. [protected]. I sent a package last May 26, 2021 and was recieved last May 27, 2021 by another person. The item is still not recieved by the consignee until this time. Money Remittance always OFFLINE
My sister-in-law in Ozamis City, Misamis Occidental can't claim the emergency fund I sent to her through LBC.
Initial response from the teller is OFFLINE.
Other remittance partners rejected transactions related to LBC.
My sister-in-law is in trouble with the medical emergency the LBC being offline is making it worse.
We need this resolved or return the the money, the transaction fee, and interest for holding the money longer.
Desired outcome: Keep the transaction for remittances online. Downtime should only happen outside office hours. Or return the money and the transaction fee

I've been waiting for my parcel to be ready for pick up since April 28. But I did not receive any message from LBC. I thought it was because of the municipality's strict restrictions as part of our community quarantine until May 31. Just now, I tracked my order. This is the screenshot. Money remittance
Money sent was 95k (converted from dollar amount) to a certain location which was far from the receiver, who called customer service to have the money transferred to a different location closer to her home. The customer service agent confirmed that she will send a message for money to be transferred to the location of choice. When the receiver went to pick up the money, she was told that it was not available and she had to return the following day because they did not receive the email from the previous LBC location. That money was intended to be paid for hospital bills, and it took 3 days to be retrieved. I'm quite disappointed with the way things were handled by Customer Service. Your staff must be honest, reliable, trustworthy and capable of performing what they are expected to do.

Yung teller na lalaki ng LBC Express - North Edsa Congressional mag-isa lang nagduduty walang mask & face shield, tapos Dalawa lng pinapapasok niya ei ang nakalagy sa Door nila 3 customers allowed. So They not follow their own rule. Di niya din sinusunod Health & Safety Protocol. Ito pa po pinagbukan ako ng Pinto na galit na walang pagrespeto bilang customer niya ko na dapat kalmado lang siang nakikipag-usap. Maling-Mali na yung ginagawa nia na gusto lang ipaliwanag kung bakit mag-isa sia bakit 2 customers lng pinapapasok nia ei malinaw na 3 customers pwde pumasok. Pinapasok lang ako nung alam niang tama ako. Basto siang kausap po. Imbes na dapat long patient to interact to the customer. View niyo po CCTV nila 2-3:30pm. Sana marunong siyang makipag-usap sa Customer hindi yung idadahilan mag-isa at dalwa na lang pwde pumasok pwde nmn sabhin in a good way of talk at sumunod sia sa Protocol dahil pwde masilipan ung company niya. 2 months delayed on delivery

My box were picked up last Feb 17 and until now it's not been delivered. It's almost 4 months. This is so incompetent LBC! You can do better than this. I called the customer service few times and they can't even give me an exact date when is my box will be delivered. I don't know who is telling the truth, the other agent said that there is port congestion in china and other agent said that there's a problem with the vessels. I don't know what will happen to the goods that i put inside my box. Some of the goods are probably expired since you didn't delivered it on time. I want a compensation for this!

bad customer service
I brought 3 items just awhile ago (May 23, 2021 at around 230 pm) to your SM Trece Martires City Branch here in Cavite. The items were to be delivered to 3 places (2 in carmona, Cavite and 1 in Las Pinas. I approached your counter personnel named "Jimmy" and told him it was to be delivered. The items are in a gift bag and quite large. He asked me if the items can be folded and I said it is possible. At first, I already do not like the way he talks to me, he was not respectful or say things with courtesy. He threw to me 3 forms to fill-out and told me not to fill it out in front of him but in another counter. Once I filled-out the forms he told me if there are no contact numbers of the recipient. I told him that the package is part of a school activity and a surprise of the students to their parents. I would fully understand if the package will not be accepted if it is a company policy. Again, I told him that it is a package from the school. Then he said with a smirk "ano, ano, ano?! para saan niyan? ano gagawin dyan sa package?" He said it in a way that is annoyed to customer and is not respectful. That's the time that I raised my voice and said: "bakit ganyan ka makipag-usap sa customer?, kung hindi tatanggapin ang package walang problema. Pero hindi ko kailangan -justify syo.
