I have made a complain to LeRoy Merlin in November 2025. Incident number [protected].

After that you new authorized installation company game and made a new installation review and promised to came and install the awning. After installation review he promised to game and install. LeRoy Merlin informed me soon after again a new installation date (now fourth date), but nobody game . I waited fourth time whole day again for installation team to come.

Now you people in Fuengirola are saying that they have quality and safety problems and cannot install. I have negotiated now more than one month to make them install, but they just want to return my money. I have asked what quality & safety problems without getting proper answer. We have many awnings installed in almost identical places in our house without any problems. Those awnings has been there many years without problems and neither of the the installation reviews didn't show any problems. I have even offered to do the installation by myself, offered to make the special supports needed for installation, but they do not accept any of my proposals. (Incompetent people there managing the installations. The person who seem to be responsible didn't give me her business card. I did ask. Tel number is Paula / [protected]).

I have invested a lot of work for this project (see the attachment). If you really will not install the awning I want good compensation for my work what I have done for this awning project.
The work estimate do not include hours and hours of e-mail writing work done for this.
In addition of my work the lawyer who has been helping me will send an invoice to you.

Please take care of this or LeRoy Merlin rebutation is totally gone.
