They deleted my adds randomly calling them duplicates.
I was in the process of moving so my time was very limited and I needed to sell items quickly. I created an add for a couch then another for a loveseat. they deleted my add for the couch saying it was a duplicate. I then recreated the add for the couch being very careful to word it much differently from my love seat add. In response, lotgo deleted my add for the loveseat siting once again that it was a duplicate.
I wasted a lot of time on this site during a time that I had no spare time. On top of this issue, I have never sold a single thing through letgo and I have posted several items for sale. I would like to let other people know to not waste their time using this terrible platform.

This is not the first time this has happened; this is my first time complaining because it is becoming ridiculous. Letgo should require verification before sending notifications & allowing the sale of items from that account.
Again, someone is using my email (Selin. [protected]@gmail) to sell stuff. I have told them to remove my email from their account. I also expect their account removed as well by customer service. I do not wish to only unsubscribe from emails. I want my email removed from a stranger's account. This is ridiculous. We are not even in the same state! I did not post to sell this truck! Remove my email immediately!

This is one of many post this individual has for sale and possibly other things already sold. I can't believe this person hasn't been flagged and investigated.
Besides this TV, go through the rest of the items for sale and take a good look around at each picture and tell me if these things couldn't have been stolen. The background from the picture with the TV possibly looks like meth could be made there.
The name is wrong which is another big flag.
Why aren't these things being policed better or policed at all. I could have picked this out a mile away and would have reported it to the local police to investigate.

the allowance of minor children being allowed to sell their property on let go without parental consent
My twelve year old grandson has created an online account with this company without my permission. He has been selling his belongings, such as his gaming systems for a lower fraction of the cost to actually purchase them. My complaint is that, because he is a minor, why isn't your website monitored in order to prevent these types of situations like these. This is also dangerous because, I have strangers coming to my home, whom I don't know to pick up things, that I had no idea were being sold through your site and that's a problem. My grandson name is Markez Jones and he is only 12 and does not have my permission to use your site at all. Please monitor the activities of minors! Thanks
paid $1.99 for five items to move up on sellers priority but never got the service.
I paid $1.99 to upgrade your service for five items ( total of $10.00) but never got the upgrade. I used your email about five hours before it expired to make you aware of it and asked for my money back. but no response .
In fact I could not even find any of my products after scrolling for at least 20 minutes and could not a single item that I was trying to sell after paying $1.99 for each item to move up on the listing.

Caroline jones pretended to be selling her car due to going over seas for military. I received an email stating her car was for sale and all fees for transportation we're paid. I also informed this buyer that on oct 3rd I lost home and car. I feel then she took advantage of my situation. I did trust the invoice that appeared to be from ebay. I purchased an ebay gift card for $500 and sent pictures of the redemption code. I then received an email that appeared to come from ebay stating it would take 6 hours or less to verify my funds. After 6 hours I emailed "ebay" asking if this was a scam and why I haven't received any shipping info. The reply was I needed to send$500 more for more transportation fees. I knew then I was possibly being scammed. Now the balance of the gift card is zero and caroline or ebay has yet to respond. Leading me more to the fact that I just took my last and someone took advantage of the fact that I informed caroline jones at [protected]@gmail.com that I just lost my home and car due to a house fire that destroyed everything I owned. I'm so hurt and angry that some one used the military and my good heart to just take my money. Ive always heard of scams but this really floored me. Please I need help. featured item not listed even though I had 14 plus hours on each
I have two items that I have purchased the "featured item" on two different items, both cell phones. It currently says that I have 14 plus hours left as a featured item I cannot find any listing showing my items at all. I paid $1.99 for each item to be featured for 24 hours. No matter what category I look in on unable to find my items at all. I haven't been able to find my items in the general list for other customers since I listed them as "featured items" since the beginning of the 24 hour period. Could you please help me find out what's going on with my items and why they're not listed as "featured items". When I look at my own page it shows they are "featured", with a count down but no much listing in main search. Thank you so much for your help.

need to be able to review users at any time
There have been several instances where I have asked about an item from a seller and they never showed up, asked me to pay more once in person, sold the item without telling me etc. I currently cannot review someone unless they review me first which is pointless! The people who need to be reviewed for poor selling habits won't ever be able to be reviewed.
I am complaining about letgo constantly changing my listing to be inaccurate.
I posted a candle stick grouping, they changed it to 3 glasses. I posted a heavy metal bed, they changed it to a white steel bed ( I don't know if it's steel). I posted an artifical Christmas tree and posted a picture of when it was set up, they randomly included the lights and ornaments that are not going with it. I posted 2 vinyl replacement windiws, they changed them to wood..they aren't wood windows. I posted an entertainment center, they said that was solid wood, it wasn't and I never said it was.
This is EVERY SINGLE POSTING THEY TURN IT INTO FALSE ADVERTISING.

Yesterday I have a purchase of iphone 6s in San Mateo where I face-to-face with seller for transaction of iphone 6s.
Case: Purchase (270 USD in cash) is a fraud and iphone 6s is locked.

1) He said Iphone is unlocked and ready to use. actually it is locked.
The previous owner Apple ID is needed to unlock this iphone.
Now iphone is locked and it is useless iphone.
2) He said iphone is ready for any carrier but it is only for AT&T.
3) He said the condition is brand new but actually it is a run down.
4) He is not willing to respond to me after he sold this iphone to me.

I had asked simply for a carfax being that I was purchasing the vehicle andWanted a clean report . The seller refused . So I simply told the seller with all do respect I cannot buy this vehicle without a carfax . I brought up me being in the military to the individual because of lack of funds. And I was disrespected about being in the military . I also was called a liar . And this is what I serve my country for ?
He's not refusing you; he's only refusing to pay for the information. There's nothing stopping you from getting the vin and retrieving the information yourself.
Your complaint would be with that person, not with Letgo. It's just one rude individual. Whatever reason you chose to serve for, I hope it wasn't for respect from every stranger.

I bought an iPhone 7 from Hype Style. I was under the impression I would get the iPhone 7 in 3-5 business once I paid him. I paid Wednesday night and he claims he will ship it Thursday morning. He never gave me a tracking number or any information except using the USPS. I have called the USPS and there is no record of a package mailed for me. I have called the place I paid him with and they are opening a investigation and I will call my bank to fill a report with being scammed.
