Im 1 pissed off football mom, my son was not told about or given a separate order form on w picture day. All I was given was the simple fall pictures order form, so as always I bought a package so I will have my sons school pictures each year, however... On picture day after having his picture taken and money turned in he finds out from classmates that individual and team football pictures were also being taken on this same day and a separate sports order form was supposed to of been sent home as well with the regular form, needless to say it wasnt therfore no one took his individual football picture and im pissed.. Talking to many other parents that day to hear the same stories from them as well, my son was in the team football picture but since form and $ was also due on those that day too, my son wasnt even given a opportunity to even purchase his team picture either thanks to someone not sending the sports order forms home so we cld buy them... These pictures are very special memories and half the school wasnt given a sports form to even have a chance to buy them. I have already e mailed this complaint to you 3 times and ive yet to get a reply. Cant u take the missed sports pics on the day yall go back 2 school to do any re takes? I wld like some sort of response.
